1Long-term follow-up of the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation in combination with soluble dietary fiber as a therapeutic regimen in slow transit constipation显示文摘As some studies have reported that strategies targeting the gut microbiota such as fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT) with or without other microecological therapy might have efficacy in treating slow transit constipation(STC), we conducted a singlecenter, open-label trial to study the long-term effect of FMT combined with soluble dietary fiber(pectin) on STC. Thirty-one adult patients with STC were enrolled into the trial. Patients received 6-day FMT procedures repeatedly for the first 3 months and soluble dietary fiber(pectin) daily during the follow-up. The rate of clinical remission and improvement, stool consistency, the Wexner constipation scale, and assessment of constipation-related symptoms were evaluated at week 4 and 1 year later. The clinical remission and improvement rates at week 4 were 69.0%(20/29) and 75.9%(22/29), respectively. At the end of the study,48.3%(14/29) of patients continued to have at least three complete spontaneous bowel movements per week and 58.6%(17/29)of patients showed clinical improvements. Stool consistency, the Wexner constipation scale, and constipation symptoms improved both at short-term and long-term follow-up. 2粪菌移植应用于慢传输型便秘的临床疗效及疗效影响因素:一项前瞻性研究的长期随访结果显示文摘背景和目的肠道菌群参与结肠动力的调控,菌群失调是便秘是病因之一。粪菌移植被证实可以恢复肠道平衡。本研究旨在评估粪菌移植治疗慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床疗效和预后影响因素。方法:52例STC患者接受标准的粪菌移植入组研究,对其进行至少6个月的随访。记录入组患者的排便习惯、结肠传输时间、便秘相关的症状(PAC-SYM评分)、生活质量(PAC-QOL评分)、治疗满意度和不良反应。主要疗效指标是平均每周完全自主排便≥3次的患者比例。结果:治疗后34周、912周、2124周,每周完全自主排便≥3次患者的比例分别为50.0%、38.5%和32.7%,均较治疗前显著提高(均P<0.01)。其他排便情况、结肠传输时间、便秘相关症状和生活质量方面,治疗后亦有显著改善;但这些短期改善在治疗后12周和24周逐渐减小。治疗前排便不尽是唯一的疗效影响因素。治疗和随访期间未发现任何治疗相关的不良反应。结论:本研究显示粪菌移植治疗STC安全有效,但远期疗效有所降低。治疗前排便不尽感较少甚至没有的患者接受粪菌移植的治疗效果更佳。Chao Ding Wenting Fan Lili Gu Hongliang Tian Xiaolong Ge Jianfeng Gong Yongzhan Nie Ning Li 2018Gastroenterology Report2018,6,2:7
3Manipulation of Band Degeneracy and Lattice Strain for Extraordinary PbTe Thermoelectrics显示文摘Maximizing band degeneracy and minimizing phonon relaxation time are proven to be successful for advancing thermoelectrics.Alloying with monotellurides has been known to be an effective approach for converging the valence bands of PbTe for electronic improvements,while the lattice thermal conductivity of the materials remains available room for being further reduced.It is recently revealed that the broadening of phonon dispersion measures the strength of phonon scattering,and lattice dislocations are particularly effective sources for such broadening through lattice strain fluctuations.In this work,a fine control of MnTe and EuTe alloying enables a significant increase in density of electron states near the valence band edge of PbTe due to involvement of multiple transporting bands,while the creation of dense in-grain dislocations leads to an effective broadening in phonon dispersion for reduced phonon lifetime due to the large strain fluctuations of dislocations as confirmed by synchrotron X-ray diffraction.The synergy of both electronic and thermal improvements successfully leads the average thermoelectric figure of merit to be higher than that ever reported for p-type PbTe at working temperatures.Yixuan Wu Pengfei Nan Zhiwei Chen Zezhu Zeng Siqi Lin Xinyue Zhang Hongliang Dong Zhiqiang Chen Hongkai Gu Wen Li Yue Chen Binghui Ge Yanzhong Pei 2020Research2020,,1:6
4Magnetic performance and corrosion resistance of electroless plating CoWP film显示文摘The CoWP film with good magnetic performance and corrosion resistance was electrolessly plated from alkaline solution. The technical parameters of the electroless plating system were optimized. When the pH value of electroless plating solution was 11.0 and the reducing agent (NaH2PO2) content was 0.4 mol L 1, the target chemical reactions proceeded in the electroless plating solution smoothly with negligible interference and side effects. CoWP film prepared under optimal deposition condition contained more hexagonal close-packed (hcp) cobalt (ε-Co) of [110] and crystallographic orientation of Co [002]. VSM analysis reveals that the saturation magnetization of the CoWP film is 100~220 Am2 kg 1 and coercivity is (2.87~4.38)×104 A·cm 1. The corrosion behavior of CoWP film in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution was studied by electrochemical experiments. The results prove that the corrosion resistance of the CoWP film deposited under the optimal depo-sition condition exhibites relatively lower corrosion current of (3.054~3.162)×10 6 A·cm 2. 5Ultraviolet-to-microwave room-temperature photodetectors based on three-dimensional graphene foams显示文摘Highly sensitive broadband photodetection is of critical importance for many applications.However,it is a great challenge to realize broadband photodetection by using a single device.Here we report photodetectors(PDs)based on three-dimensional(3 D)graphene foam(GF)photodiodes with asymmetric electrodes,which show an ultra-broadband photoresponse from ultraviolet to microwave for wavelengths ranging from 10~2 to 10~6 nm.Moreover,the devices exhibit a high photoresponsivity of 10~3 A·W^-1,short response time of 43 ms,and3 d B bandwidth of 80 Hz.The high performance of the devices can be attributed to the photothermoelectric(PTE,also known as the Seebeck)effect in 3 D GF photodiodes.The excellent optical,thermal,and electrical properties of 3 D GFs offer a superior basis for the fabrication of PTE-based PDs.This work paves the way to realize ultra-broadband and high-sensitivity PDs operated at room temperature.YIFAN LI YATING ZHANG YU YU ZHILIANG CHEN QINGYAN LI TENGTENG LI JIE LI HONGLIANG ZHAO QUAN SHENG FENG YAN ZHEN GE YUXIN REN YONGSHENG CHEN JIANQUAN YAO 2020Photonics Research2020,8,3:4

8Preparation of CoP films by ultrasonic electroless deposition at low initial temperature显示文摘Electroless deposition technology has been considered as a kind of common ways to obtain cobalt alloy films. However, in order to get cobalt alloy films, high temperature(353 K) is necessary during the electroless deposition process which will increase costs and energy consumption. Ultrasonic was introduced during electroless plating process to obtain cobalt alloy films at lower initial temperature. It was found that the cobalt thin films could be prepared at lower initial temperature(323 K) with the introduction of ultrasonic. Therefore, different powers of ultrasonic were applied during the electroless deposition process to prepare CoP thin films on copper substrates from an alkaline bath in this investigation. The effects of different powers of ultrasonic on deposition rate, surface morphology, anticorrosion performance and magnetic property of films were studied. It was found that the deposition rate increased gradually with the rise in ultrasonic powers due to cavitation phenomenon. All the CoP films presented the typical spherical nodular structures with the impact of ultrasonic. Smaller and regular shaped structures could be observed when the films were deposited with higher power of ultrasonic which contributed directly to enhancement of anticorrosion performance. Saturation magnetization and coercivity of thin films increased gradually with the rise in ultrasonic powers during the electroless deposition process due to the higher amounts of cobalt.& 2014 Chinese Materials Research Society. 9Social-Aware Cooperation Among Mobile Terminals for Wireless Downlink Transmission显示文摘This paper investigates the social-aware cooperation(SAC) among mobile terminals(MTs), motivated by the fact that modern smart devices have much improved context awareness. Aware of the social ties, the cooperative network contains two layers of property: social and physical. In order to observe how the social awareness benefit the cooperation performance, we first formulate the social ties between MTs into parameters that can describe the cooperative behaviors by taking the mobility feature into account, defined as the conviction-approval-suspicion(CAS) model. Limited by the processing capability, partner selection is of great practical significance. To this end, the social-aware partner selection strategy is analyzed, and a significant superiority is observed compared to social-unaware selection. By analyzing the cooperative throughput, an explicit relationship between the degrees-of-freedom gain and the social-physical property is finally derived. 12CTCs Detection and Whole-exome Sequencing Might Be Used to Differentiate Benign and Malignant Pulmonary Nodules显示文摘Background and objective Low-density computed tomography(LDCT)improved early lung cancer diagnosis but introduces an excess of false-positive pulmonary nodules data.Hence,accurate diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer remains challenging.The purpose of the study was to assess the feasibility of using circulating tumour cells(CTCs)to differentiate malignant from benign pulmonary nodules.Materials and methods 122 patients with suspected malignant pulmonary nodules detected on chest CT in preparation for surgery were prospectively recruited.Peripheral blood samples were collected before surgery,and CTCs were identified upon isolation by size of epithelial tumour cells and morphological analysis.Laser capture microdissection,MALBAC amplification,and whole-exome sequencing were performed on 8 samples.The diagnostic efficacy of CTCs counting,and the genomic variation profile of benign and malignant CTCs samples were analysed.Results Using 2.5 cells/5 m L as the cut-off value,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was of 0.651(95%confidence interval:0.538-0.764),with a sensitivity and specificity of 0.526 and 0.800,respectively,and positive and negative predictive values of 91.1%and 30.3%,respectively.Distinct sequence variations differences in DNA damage repair-related and driver genes were observed in benign and malignant samples.TP53 mutations were identified in CTCs of four malignant cases;in particular,g.7578115T>C,g.7578645C>T,and g.7579472G>C were exclusively detected in all four malignant samples.Conclusion CTCs play an ancillary role in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.TP53 mutations in CTCs might be used to identify benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.Changdan XU Xiaohong XU Weipeng SHAO Hongliang SUN Xiaohong LIU Hongxiang FENG Xianbo ZUO Jingyang GAO Guohui WANG Xiongtao YANG Runchuan GU Shutong GE Shijie WANG Liwei GAO Guangying ZHU 2023中国肺癌杂志2023,26,6:1

15Analytical optimization for field emission of carbon nanotube array显示文摘To optimize field emission (FE) property of carbon nanotube (CNT) array on a planar cathode surface, the Fowler-Nordheim formula has been used to discuss the maximum of the emission current density with the floating sphere model in this paper. The emission current density is dominating as the analytical Fowler-Nordheim function of the intertube distance, and the maximum of the emission current density is deduced and discussed. The results indicate that the intertube distance in CNT array critically affects the field enhancement factor and the emission current density, whose maximum occurs at the intertube distance approximating a tenth of the tube height. 17High-precision stress determination in photoelasticity显示文摘Stress separation is usually achieved by solving differential equations of equilibrium after parameter determination from isochromatics and isoclinics.The numerical error resulting from the stress determination is a main concern as it is always a function of parameters in discretization.To improve the accuracy of stress calculation,a novel meshless barycentric rational interpolation collocation method(BRICM)is proposed.The derivatives of the shear stress on the calculation path are determined by using the differential matrix which converts the differential form of the equations of equilibrium into a series of algebraic equations.The advantage of the proposed method is that the auxiliary lines,grids,and error accumulation which are commonly used in traditional shear difference methods(SDMs)are not required.Simulation and experimental results indicate that the proposed meshless method is able to provide high computational accuracy in the full-field stress determination.Zikang XU Yongsheng HAN Hongliang SHAO Zhilong SU Ge HE Dongsheng ZHANG 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,4:1
