2Design of lightweight magnesium car body structure under crash and vibration constraints显示文摘Car body design in view of structural performance and lightweighting is a challenging task due to all the performance targets that must be satisfied such as vehicle safety and ride quality.In this paper,material replacement along with multidisciplinary design optimization strategy is proposed to develop a lightweight car body structure that satisfies the crash and vibration criteria while minimizing weight.Through finite element simulations,full frontal,offset frontal,and side crashes of a full car model are evaluated for peak acceleration,intrusion distance,and the internal energy absorbed by the structural parts.In addition,the first three fundamental natural frequencies are combined with the crash metrics to form the design constraints.The wall thicknesses of twenty-two parts are considered as the design variables.Latin Hypercube Sampling is used to sample the design space,while Radial Basis Function methodology is used to develop surrogate models for the selected crash responses at multiple sites as well as the first three fundamental natural frequencies.A nonlinear surrogate-based optimization problem is formulated for mass minimization under crash and vibration constraints.Using Sequential Quadratic Programming,the design optimization problem is solved with the results verified by finite element simulations.The performance of the optimum design with magnesium parts shows significant weight reduction and better performance compared to the baseline design.Morteza Kiani Imtiaz Gandikota Masoud Rais-Rohani Keiichi Motoyama 2014Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2014,2,2:24

5A Review Featuring Fabrication, Properties and Applications of Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs) Reinforced Polymer and Epoxy Nanocomposites显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have long been recognized as the stiffest and strongest man-made material known to date. In addition, their high electrical conductivity has roused interest in the areas of electrical appliances and communication related applications. However, due to their miniature size, the excellent properties of these nanostructures can only be exploited if they are homogeneously embedded into light-weight matrices as those offered by a whole series of engineering polymers. In order to enhance their chemical affinity to engineering polymer matrices, chemical modification of the graphitic sidewalls and tips is necessary. The mechanical and electrical properties to date of a whole range of nanocomposites of various carbon nanotube contents are also reviewed in this attempt to facilitate progress in this emerging area. Recently, carbonaceous nano-fillers such as graphene and carbon nanotubes(CNTs) play a promising role due to their better structural and functional properties and broad range of applications in every field. Since CNTs usually form stabilized bundles due to van der Waals interactions, they are extremely difficult to disperse and align in a polymer matrix. The biggest issues in the preparation of CNTs reinforced composites reside in efficient dispersion of CNTs into a polymer matrix, the assessment of the dispersion, and the alignment and control of the CNTs in the matrix. An overview of various CNT functionalization methods is given. In particular, CNT functionalization using click chemistry and the preparation of CNT composites employing hyperbranched polymers are stressed as potential techniques to achieve good CNT dispersion. 6氨基酸肥料施用促进切花菊‘优香’养分吸收及品质优化显示文摘为研究不同施肥配比对切花菊‘优香’营养吸收和品质的影响,筛选出其品质达到最优的施肥配比,以切花菊‘优香’为试材,设置了5种有机-无机施肥配比,分别为农户常规、企业常规、企业常规减量、氨基酸施肥1和氨基酸施肥2,测定比较植株营养和品质相关指标。结果表明:施用氨基酸肥料能够促进切花菊营养吸收及品质优化,其中氨基酸处理1效果显著。在营养吸收方面,促进采前植株干物质积累,达15.1g/株,前期促进植株对氮的吸收,后期促进对磷和钾的吸收,氮、磷和钾含量在采前达258.9、27.0和473.3mg/株;在品质方面,能提使花芽分化完成时间提早2~5d;提高采收时花枝株高、茎粗和花序直径,分别达到127.4cm、6.3 mm和22.6 mm,增加70cm长的切花鲜重至56.7g,达到优级出口标准;延长采后瓶插寿命2~5d,达17d,减缓花朵前期开放速度和叶片衰老程度。因此建议在适量施入基肥与追施无机复合肥的基础上,增施氨基酸肥料。欧阳琳 李春杰 夏鲁卿 刘枫 张黎黎 MUHAMMAD Imtiaz 洪波 高俊平 2015中国农业大学学报2015,20,3:10
7菊花花色嵌合花瓣的离体培养及植株再生显示文摘以菊花‘粉妆’粉色和其发生嵌合花色的花瓣为试材,研究了6-BA和NAA不同浓度配比对花瓣离体再生的影响,建立了花瓣外植体的再生体系,观察分析了花色嵌合花瓣再生植株的花色变异情况。结果表明:菊花品种‘粉妆’花瓣再生的最适配方为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L,再生芽分化率达93.3%,单个外植体平均再生不定芽数为10.0个,采用1/2MS培养基,生根率和移栽成活率达100.0%。花瓣再生植株的花色发生广泛变异,粉色花瓣再生植株的花色呈现从白色到黄色多色变异,且粉色占的比例最高,但没有花色嵌合体出现;而嵌合花色的花瓣再生植株发生变异的花色更为丰富,从白色到橙红色均有分布,且与亲本相同或相似的花色占的比例最高,部分植株还可以保持花色嵌合性状,但嵌合的花色仅为白色与粉色的嵌合,嵌合花色形成率为4%;因此,菊花品种‘粉妆’经过组织培养可以部分保持嵌合花色。魏曼曼 王江民 Muhammad Imtiaz 洪波 2014北京林业大学学报2014,36,4:5
8Cancer models in preclinical research:A chronicle review of advancement in effective cancer research显示文摘Cancer is a major stress for public well-being and is the most dreadful disease.The models used in the discovery of cancer treatment are continuously changing and extending toward advanced preclinical studies.Cancer models are either naturally existing or artificially prepared experimental systems that show similar features with human tumors though the heterogeneous nature of the tumor is very familiar.The choice of the most fitting model to best reflect the given tumor system is one of the real difficulties for cancer examination.Therefore,vast studies have been conducted on the cancer models for developing a better understanding of cancer invasion,progression,and early detection.These models give an insight into cancer etiology,molecular basis,host tumor interaction,the role of microenvironment,and tumor heterogeneity in tumor metastasis.These models are also used to predict novel can-cer markers,targeted therapies,and are extremely helpful in drug development.In this review,the potential of cancer models to be used as a platform for drug screening and therapeutic discoveries are highlighted.Although none of the cancer models is regarded as ideal because each is associated with essential caveats that restraint its application yet by bridging the gap between preliminary cancer research and transla-tional medicine.However,they promise a brighter future for cancer treatment.Humna Sajjad Saiqa Imtiaz Tayyaba Noor Yusra Hasan Siddiqui Anila Sajjad Muhammad Zia 2021Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2021,4,2:5
9乳液催化剂存在下空气辅助甲酸氧化法使油品脱硫(英文)显示文摘Catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ODS) of model oil and commercial oil samples was investigated using an air-assisted performic acid oxidation system with a phase transfer or emulsion catalyst comprising a quaternary ammonium salt-based heteropolyoxometalate.Different emulsion catalysts with a Keggin type heteroployoxometalate anion(containing W,Mo,and V) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide cation were prepared and characterized by X-ray fluorescence,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.[C16H33N(CH3)3]3[PW9Mo3O40] was the most effective catalyst in the current oxidation system,which reduced the sulfur content of the model oil from 1275 μg/g to 57 μg/g.The reactivity order of different model sulfur compounds was thiophene < dibenzothiophene < 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene. The ODS of model sulfur compounds followed first order kinetics with apparent activation energy from 29 to 27 kJ/mol.The catalysts also performed efficiently in the ODS of the industrial oil samples,including untreated naphtha,light gas oil,heavy gas oil,and Athabasca oil sands derived bitumen,for which sulfur removal rates were 83%,85%,68% and 64%,respectively.Ahmad Imtiaz Ahmad Waqas Ishaq Muhammad 2013催化学报2013,34,10:4

11Sodium Alginate/Carboxyl-Functionalized Graphene Composite Hydrogel Via Neodymium Ions Coordination显示文摘A facile method for the preparation of sodium alginate(SA)/carboxyl-functionalized graphene(G-COOH)composite hydrogel was developed. Based on the coordination ability of lanthanide ions to the carboxyl groups, a series of hydrogel derived from different ratios of SA and G-COOH was fabricated by neodymium(Nd^(3+)) ions coordination. A relatively uniform layered structure was recorded by SEM at the interior of SA/G-COOH hydrogel. Several parameters such as water content, swelling ratio(SR), tensile test and solvent resistance were also investigated. The SA/G-COOH composite hydrogel showed excellent mechanical strength, and the tensile strength of SA/G-COOH composite hydrogel reaches 53.72 MPa at high water content. 12Simultaneous operation of dibenzothiophene hydrodesulfurization and methanol reforming reactions over Pd promoted alumina based catalysts显示文摘In the current study simultaneous reactions of hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) and reforming of methanol in a micro-autoclave reactor were studied over bi-metallic(Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Ni-Mo/Al2O3) and tri-metallic(Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3) catalyst systems which were prepared by incipient impregnation method.In situ hydrogen utilization and low Pd loadings were the major targets of this study.For comparison purpose,catalytic activity was separately determined for both the methanol reforming and HDS of DBT reactions as well.Ni based catalysts were confirmed with better activity than Co ones for both the reactions with Pd promoted ones ranking at the top i.e.Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 > Co-Mo/Al2O3 where Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 showed 91% DBT conversion at 380 ℃ and 12 h reaction time.Some of the selected organic additives on catalytic activity were tested for their effect toward HDS reaction which was unique with close relation to their chemical nature.Reaction products were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed via HPLC and GC-MS techniques respectively which helped in elucidating reaction mechanism.Muhammad Yaseen Muhammad Shakimllah Imtiaz Ahmad Ata Ur Rahman Faiz Ur Rahman Muhammad Usman Rauf Razzaq 2012燃料化学学报2012,40,6:3
13基于UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS技术的骆驼蓬化学成分分析及其神经保护活性显示文摘目的 基于UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS技术对骆驼蓬Pegannum harmala化学成分进行分析,并探讨其神经保护活性。方法 色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液(B),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;进样体积2μL;柱温35℃。质谱系统采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子模式下检测。利用过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))和6-羟基多巴胺(6-hydroxydopamine,6-OHDA)诱导的PC12细胞氧化损伤模型和脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的BV2细胞神经炎症模型,探讨骆驼蓬全草和种子的甲醇提取物以及去氢骆驼蓬碱、骆驼蓬碱、哈尔满和去甲哈尔满4种骆驼蓬中主要生物碱的神经保护活性。结果 从骆驼蓬中共鉴别32个化学成分,全草中主要含有脱氧鸭嘴花碱、鸭嘴花醇等喹唑酮类生物碱,而种子中主要含有去氢骆驼蓬碱、骆驼蓬碱等β-咔啉类生物碱。骆驼蓬全草、种子甲醇提取物和4种生物碱对LPS刺激诱导BV2细胞一氧化氮(NO)生成具有一定的抑制活性,并对H_(2)O_(2)和6-OHDA诱导的PC12细胞损伤均具有明显的保护作用(P<0.01)。结论 骆驼蓬全草和种子中的生物碱成分存在差异,而且其所含的生物碱类化合物具有一定的神经保护作用,为骆驼蓬的质量控制及药效物质基础研究提供了参考。王宁宁 魏冠华 张智军 房建国 Mohammad Umar Farooq Imtiaz Ahmad Qamar 刘映前 杨志刚 2022中草药2022,53,6:3
14In vitro antioxidant,cytotoxic,thrombolytic activities and phytochemical evaluation of methanol extract of the A.philippense L.leaves显示文摘Objective:To study the leaves of Adiantum philippense L.for their antioxidant,cytotoxicity and thrombolytic activities and to perform phytochemical evaluation.Methods:In-vitro antioxidant activity of extract was studied using DPPH radical scavenging,reducing power,total phenol and total flavonoid content determination assays.The cytotoxic activity was determined using brine shrimp lethality bioassay,thrombolytic activity by clot disruption and phytochemical potential by qualitative analysis.Results:The antioxidant activity of the extracts was found promising.The reducing power of this crude extract increase with the increase of concentration;IC_(50)values of DPPH scavenging activity was(140.00±0.86)μg/mL as compared to ascorbic acid[IC_(50)(130.00±0.76)μg/mL];Total phenol and total flavonoids content were(148.26±0.24)mg/mL and(163.06±0.56)mg/mL respecnvely.In cytotoxicity assay the LC_(50)values of the sample was(106.41±0.78)μg/mL where as for standard vincristin sulphate was(08.50±0.24)μg/mL as a positive control and the extract shows(12.8611.02)%clot lytic whereas standard streptokinase shows(30.86+0.44%clot lytic activity in thrombolytic assay.The phytochemical evaluation indicates the presence of chemical constituents including carbohydrates,alkaloids,saponins,glycosides,flavonoids.Conclusions:This study shows that the methanol extract of leaves of Adiantum philippense L.has bioactivitv but further compound isolation is necessary to confirm the activities of individual compounds.Mohammad Sekendar Ali Mohammad Ruhul Amin Chowdhury Mohammad Imtiaz Kamal Mohammad Aslam Hossain 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,6:3
15Effects of biomechanical parameters of spinal manipulation: A critical literature review显示文摘Spinal manipulation is a manual treatment technique that delivers a thrust,using specific biomechanical parameters to exert its therapeutic effects.These parameters have been shown to have a unique dose-response relationship with the physiological responses of the therapy.So far,however,there has not been a unified approach to standardize these biomechanical characteristics.In fact,it is still undetermined how they affect the observed clinical outcomes of spinal manipulation.This study,therefore,reviewed the current body of literature to explore these dosage parameters and evaluate their significance,with respect to physiological and clinical outcomes.From the experimental studies reviewed herein,it is evident that the modulation of manipulation’s biomechanical parameters elicits transient physiological responses,including changes in neuronal activity,electromyographic responses,spinal stiffness,muscle spindle responses,paraspinal muscle activity,vertebral displacement,and segmental and intersegmental acceleration responses.However,to date,there have been few clinical trials that tested the therapeutic relevance of these changes.In addition,there were some inherent limitations in both human and animal models due to the use of mechanical devices to apply the thrust.Future studies evaluating the effects of varying biomechanical parameters of spinal manipulation should include clinicians to deliver the therapy in order to explore the true clinical significance of the dose-response relationship.Giles Gyer Jimmy Michael James Inklebarger Imtiaz Ibne Alam 2022Journal of Integrative Medicine2022,20,1:2
