2由废旧锂离子电池合成碱式碳酸钴纳米片的热分解动力学:重叠复杂反应的反卷积(英文)显示文摘采用一种新的非等温动力学分析方法,研究由废旧锂离子电池(LIBs)合成的碱式碳酸钴纳米片(n-BCoC)的热分解动力学模拟。对线性升温速率条件下获得的总微分热重曲线,运用Fraser-Suzuki函数进行重叠复杂过程的反卷积,然后用一种新的动力学分析方法对各个离散过程进行动力学分析。结果表明,在136~270°C范围内,n-BCoC在空气中的分解是通过两个连续反应进行的。n-BCoC的分解过程是从氢氧化物Co(OH)_2的分解开始的,直到(失重)65%;同时碳酸盐相也开始脱碳。脱碳过程持续进行,释放出CO_2,最终形成碳酸钴纳米片。整个过程的反应机理可用两个连续反应描述:一个是相边界收缩反应,另一个符合Avrami-Erofeev方程。动力学研究得到的(反应)机制信息与傅里叶变换红外光谱和扫描电镜的分析结果吻合较好。Hossein EBRAHIMZADE Gholam Reza KHAYATI Mahin SCHAFFIE 2018Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2018,28,6:2
3机械分解以及机械化学还原氧化银制备银纳米粉末(英文)显示文摘采用高速行星球磨研究机械分解以及机械化学还原氧化银法制备银纳米粉末工艺。采用XRD和HRSEM对产物的结构以及形貌的变化进行表征。结果表明,采用机械分解氧化银法,球磨95h后得到的银纳米粉末的平均晶体尺寸为14nm,内应变为0.75%。而通过机械化学还原氧化银法,加入石墨后球磨22h后得到的银纳米粉末的平均晶体尺寸为28nm,内应变为0.44%。Gholam Reza KHAYATI Kamal JANGHORBAN 2013Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2013,23,5:2
