1室内TDR试验监测石灰矿渣加固粘性土的物理化学反应过程(英文)显示文摘石灰矿渣和水泥矿渣常用于加固道路基层的粘性土。目前现场一般采用未加固土的最大干密度和最优含水率来评价加固土的压实施工质量。但是粘性土掺加了石灰后,发生了复杂的物理化学反应,使得其压实特性与未加固土有很大的不同。采用时域反射计监测石灰加固土内的物理化学反应过程。试验时将不同石灰矿渣掺和量和含水率的Orchard粘土通过标准击实试验夯实于击实筒中,用TDR监测其中的物理化学反应,针式贯入仪监测强度的增长。试验发现,电导率和介电常数的变化反应了土中的离子交换和硬化反应的过程。初始电导率(1d之内)的减小揭示了石灰矿渣的掺和量的大小,而长期电导率的减小揭示了强度的增长。试验表明,时域反射计技术可用于评价石灰加固土的施工质量。陈仁朋 DAITA R K DRNEVICH V P KIM D H 2006岩土工程学报2006,28,2:7

3Power management unit chip design for automobile active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display module显示文摘A power management unit (PMU) chip supplying dual panel supply voltage, which has a low electro-magnetic interference (EMI) characteristic and is favorable for miniaturization, is designed. A two-phase charge pump circuit using external pumping capacitor increases its pumping current and works out the charge-loss problem by using bulk-potential biasing circuit. A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply to reduce the layout area. The PMU chip is designed with MagnaChip’s 0.25 μm high-voltage process. 5Type 3 innate lymphoid cell-derived lymphotoxin prevents microbiota-dependent inflammation显示文摘Splenomegaly is a well-known phenomenon typically associated with inflammation.However,the underlying cause of this phenotype has not been well characterized.Furthermore,the splenomegaly phenotype seen in lymphotoxin(LT)signaling-deficient mice is characterized by increased numbers of splenocytes and splenic neutrophils.Splenomegaly,as well as the related phenotype of increased lymphocyte counts in non-lymphoid tissues,is thought to result from the absence of secondary lymphoid tissues in LT-deficient mice.We now present evidence that mice deficient in LTα1β2 or LTβR develop splenomegaly and increased numbers of lymphocytes in non-lymphoid tissues in a microbiota-dependent manner.Antibiotic administration to LTα1β2-or LTβR-deficient mice reduces splenomegaly.Furthermore,re-derived germ-free Ltbr−/−mice do not exhibit splenomegaly or increased inflammation in non-lymphoid tissues compared to specific pathogen-free Ltbr−/−mice.By using various LTβ-and LTβR-conditional knockout mice,we demonstrate that retinoic acid-related orphan receptorγT-positive type 3 innate lymphoid cells provide the required active LT signaling to prevent the development of splenomegaly.Thus,this study demonstrates the importance of LT-mediated immune responses for the prevention of splenomegaly and systemic inflammation induced by microbiota.Yuan Zhang Tae-Jin Kim Joanna A Wroblewska Vera Tesic Vaibhav Upadhyay Ralph R Weichselbaum Alexei V Tumanov Hong Tang Xiaohuan Guo Haidong Tang Yang-Xin Fu 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,7:3
6Appropriateness of systemic treatments in unresectable metastatic well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors显示文摘AIM:To evaluate systemic treatment choices in unresectable metastatic well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(PNETs)and provide consensus treatment recommendations.METHODS:Systemic treatment options for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors have expanded in recent years to include somatostatin analogs,angiogenesis inhibitors,inhibitors of mammalian target of rapamycinand cytotoxic agents.At this time,there is little data to guide treatment selection and sequence.We therefore assembled a panel of expert physicians to evaluate systemic treatment choices and provide consensus treatment recommendations.Treatment appropriateness ratings were collected using the RAND/UCLA modified Delphi process.After studying the literature,a multidisciplinary panel of 10 physicians assessed the appropriateness of various medical treatment scenarios on a 1-9 scale.Ratings were done both before and after an extended discussion of the evidence.Quantitative measurements of agreement were made and consensus statements developed from the second round ratings.RESULTS:Specialties represented were medical and surgical oncology,interventional radiology,and gastroenterology.Panelists had practiced for a mean of15.5 years(range:6-33).Among 202 rated scenarios,disagreement decreased from 13.2%(26 scenarios)before the face-to-face discussion of evidence to 1%(2)after.In the final ratings,46.5%(94 scenarios)were rated inappropriate,21.8%(44)were uncertain,and30.7%(62)were appropriate.Consensus statements from the scenarios included:(1)it is appropriate to use somatostatin analogs as first line therapy in patients with hormonally functional tumors and may be appropriate in patients who are asymptomatic;(2)it is appropriate to use everolimus,sunitinib,or cytotoxic chemotherapy therapy as first line therapy in patients with symptomatic or progressive tumors;and(3)beyond first line,these same agents can be used.In patients with uncontrolled secretory symptoms,octreotide LAR doses can be titrated up to 60 mg every4 wk or up to 40 mg every 3 or 4 wk.CONCLUSION:Using the Delphi process allowed physician experts to systematically obtain a consensus on the appropriateness of a variety of medical therapies in patients with PNETs.Jonathan R Strosberg George A Fisher Al B Benson Lowell B Anthony Bulent Arslan John F Gibbs Edward Greeno Renuka V Iyer Michelle K Kim William J Maples Philip A Philip Edward M Wolin Dasha Cherepanov Michael S Broder 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,8:2

9Axial strain enhances osteotomy repair with a concomitant increase in connexin43 expression显示文摘The mechanical environment is known to influence fracture healing. We speculated that connexin43(Cx43) gap junctions, which impact skeletal homeostasis, fracture healing and the osteogenic response to mechanical load,may play a role in mediating the response of the healing bone to mechanical strain. Here, we used an established rat fracture model, which uses a 2 mm osteotomy gap stabilized by an external fixator, to examine the impact of various cyclical axial loading protocols(2%, 10%, and 30% strain) on osteotomy healing. We examined the presence of Cx43 in the osteotomy-healing environment and assessed how mechanical strain modulates Cx43 expression patterns in the callus. We demonstrated that increased cyclical axial strain results in increased radiographic and histologic bone formation. In addition, we show by immunohistochemistry that Cx43 is abundantly expressed in the healing callus, with the expression most robust in samples exposed to increased cyclical axial strain.
