220世纪70年代以来松嫩平原乌裕尔河中下游流域的湿地演变显示文摘基于LandsatMSS和TM影像,在GIS技术支持下分析了20世纪70年代中期以来松嫩平原乌裕尔河中下游流域湿地的时空变化。研究表明1976—2000年间研究区湿地变化十分显著,沼泽湿地净减少7.47×104hm2,分别有约5.58×104hm2和3.40×104hm2的沼泽湿地被开垦为旱地和水田。湿地水资源短缺,约8097.70hm2沼泽变为干草地,1039.58hm2退化成为盐碱地。因洪水淹没,草地沼泽化面积达到2.74×104hm2。耕地总面积净增加12.97×104hm2,8.10×104hm2的旱地转变为水田。草地面积锐减16.93×104hm2,其中44.4%被开发为耕地,约22.3%变为盐碱地,中覆盖度草地退化面积达到2.26×104hm2,但低覆盖度草地退化的速度快。湿地景观斑块数量减少,平均规模缩小,景观更破碎。天然湿地的萎缩和退化与区域气候暖干化趋势和高强度人类活动密切相关。黄方 张树文 Jan de Leeuw 张养贞 2006自然资源学报2006,21,6:15

6Towards Quantitatively Understanding the Complexity of Social-Ecological Systems——From Connection to Consilience显示文摘The complexity of social-ecological systems(SES) is rooted in the outcomes of node activities connected by network topology. Thus far, in network dynamics research, the connectivity degree(CND), indicating how many nodes are connected to a given node, has been the dominant concept. However, connectivity focuses only on network topology, neglecting the crucial relation to node activities, and thereby leaving system outcomes largely unexplained. Inspired by the phenomenon of ‘‘consensus of wills and coordination of activities' ' often observed in disaster risk management, we propose a new concept of network characteristic, the consilience degree(CSD),aiming to measure the way in which network topology and node activities together contribute to system outcomes. The CSD captures the fact that nodes may assume different states that make their activities more or less compatible.Connecting two nodes with in/compatible states will lead to outcomes that are un/desirable from the perspective of the SES in question. We mathematically prove that the CSD is a generalized CND, and the CND is a special case of CSD. As a general, fundamental concept, the CSD can facilitate the development of a new framework of network properties, models, and theories that allows us to understand patterns of network behavior that cannot be explained in terms of connectivity alone. We further demonstrate that a co-evolutionary mechanism can naturally improve the CSD. 7Compound screening platform using human induced pluripotent stem cells to identify small molecules that promote chondrogenesis显示文摘Articular cartilage,which is mainly composed of collagen Ⅱ,enables smooth skeletal movement.Degeneration of collagen Ⅱ can be caused by various events,such as injury,but degeneration especially increases over the course of normal aging.Unfortunately,the body does not fully repair itself from this type of degeneration,resulting in impaired movement.Microfracture,an articular cartilage repair surgical technique,has been commonly used in the clinic to induce the repair of tissue at damage sites.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)have also been used as cell therapy to repair degenerated cartilage.However,the therapeutic outcomes of all these techniques vary in different patients depending on their age,health,lesion size and the extent of damage to the cartilage.The repairing tissues either form fibrocartilage or go into a hypertrophic stage,both of which do not reproduce the equivalent functionality of endogenous hyaline cartilage.One of the reasons for this is inefficient chondrogenesis by endogenous and exogenous MSC.Drugs that promote chondrogenesis could be used to induce self-repair of damaged cartilage as a non-invasive approach alone,or combined with other techniques to greatly assist the therapeutic outcomes.The recent development of human induced pluripotent stem cell(iPSCs),which are able to self-renew and differentiate into multiple cell types,provides a potentially valuable cell resource for drug screening in a“more relevant”cell type.Here we report a screening platform using human iPSCs in a multi-well plate format to identify compounds that could promote chondrogenesis.Sheng-Lian Yang Erica Harnish Thomas Leeuw Uwe Dietz Erika Batchelder Paul SWright Jane Peppard Paul August Cecile Volle-Challier Francoise Bono Jean-Marc Herbert Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte 2012Protein & Cell2012,3,12:3

9The Silk Road agenda of the Pan-Eurasian Experiment (PEEX) program显示文摘The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road(B&R)aims at facilitating the twenty-first Century economic development of China.However,climate change,air quality and related feedbacks are affecting the successful development of the environment and societies in the B&R geographical domain.The most urgent risks related to the atmospheric system,to the land system and to hydrospheric and cryospheric processes are changing climate-air quality interactions,air pollution,changing monsoon dynamics,land degradation,and the melting of Tibetan Plateau glaciers.A framework is needed in which a science and technology-based approach has the critical mass and expertise to identify the main steps toward solutions and is capable to implement this roadmap.The Pan-Eurasian Experiment(PEEX)program,initiated in 2012,aims to resolve science,technology and sustainability questions in the Northern Eurasian region.PEEX is now identifying its science agenda for the B&R region.One fundamental element of the PEEX research agenda is the availability of comprehensive ground-based observations together with Earth observation data.PEEX complements the recently launched international scientific program called Digital Belt and Road(DBAR).PEEX has expertise to coordinate the ground-based observations and initiate new flagship stations,while DBAR provides a big data platform on Earth observation from China and countries along the Belt and Road region.The DBAR and PEEX have joint interests and synergy expertise on monitoring on ecological environment,urbanization,cultural heritages,coastal zones,and arctic cold regions supporting the sustainable development of the Belt and Road region.In this paper we identify the research themes of the PEEX related Silk Road agenda relevant to China and give an overview of the methodological requirements and present the infrastructure requirements needed to carry out large scale research program.Hanna K.Lappalainen Markku Kulmala Joni Kujansuu Tuukka Petaja Alexander Mahura Gerrit de Leeuw Sergej Zilitinkevich Merli Juustila Veli-Matti Kerminen Bob Bornstein Zhang Jiahua Xue Yong Qiu Yubao Liang Dong Liu Jie Guo Huadong 2018Big Earth Data2018,2,1:2
