| 1 | Cycle-slip Detection of GPS Carrier Phase with Methodology of SA4 Multi-wavelet Transform显示文摘That cycle-slips remain undetected will significantly degrade the accuracy of the navigation solution when using carrier phase measurements in global positioning system (GPS). In this paper, an algorithm based on length-4 symmetric/anti-symmetric (SA4) orthogonal multi-wavelet is presented to detect and identify cycle-slips in the context of the feature of the GPS zero-differential carrier phase measurements. Associated with the local singularity detection principle, cycle-slips can be detected and located precisely through the modulus maxima of the coefficients achieved by the multi-wavelet transform. Firstly, studies are focused on the feasibility of the algorithm employing the orthogonal multi-wavelet system such as Geronimo-Hardin-Massopust (GHM), Chui-Lian (CL) and SA4. Moreover, the mathematical characterization of singularities with Lipschitz exponents is explained, the modulus maxima from wavelet to multi-wavelet domain is extended and a localization formula is provided from the modulus maxima of the coefficients to the original observation. Finally, field experiments with real receiver are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. | 2 | Decoding Cortical Glial Cell Development显示文摘Mouse cortical radial glial cells(RGCs)are primary neural stem cells that give rise to cortical oligodendrocytes,astrocytes,and olfactory bulb(OB)GABAergic interneurons in late embryogenesis.There are fundamental gaps in understanding how these diverse cell subtypes are generated.Here,by combining single-cell RNA-Seq with intersectional lineage analyses,we show that beginning at around E16.5,neocortical RGCs start to generate ASCL1^(+)EGFR^(+)apical multipotent intermediate progenitors(MIPCs),which then differentiate into basal MIPCs that express ASCL1,EGFR,OLIG2,and MKI67.These basal MIPCs undergo several rounds of divisions to generate most of the cortical oligodendrocytes and astrocytes and a subpopulation of OB interneurons.Finally,single-cell ATAC-Seq supported our model for the genetic logic underlying the specification and differentiation of cortical glial cells and OB interneurons.Taken together,this work reveals the process of cortical radial glial cell lineage progression and the developmental origins of cortical astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. | Xiaosu Li Guoping Liu Lin Yang Zhenmeiyu Li Zhuangzhi Zhang Zhejun Xu Yuqun Cai Heng Du Zihao Su Ziwu Wang Yangyang Duan Haotian Chen Zicong Shang Yan You Qi Zhang Miao He Bin Chen Zhengang Yang | 2021 | Neuroscience Bulletin2021，37，4： | 2 |
| 3 | TIME DOMAIN SOLUTION OF UNSTEADY FLOW AROUND A SHIP显示文摘The unsteady flow around a ship advancing at constant speed is studied in time domain using a higher-order boundary element method. The Rankine source is employed and the ship hull and free surface are discretized into 8-node isoparametric elements. A modified Green formula is used to overcome the numerical difficulty arising from the singular or quasi-singular integrals in the integral equation. In the case of τ> 0. 25, a rigid wall condition is applied to the upstream and a numerical beach is applied downstream to absorb the outgoing waves.
