1Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 2Oil filling history of the Bashituo Oilfield in the Markit Slope,SW Tarim Basin,China显示文摘The Markit Slope is an important area for the petroleum exploration in the Tarim Basin. Elucidation of the oil filling history of discovered oilfields has great significance for recognizing the accumulation processes of the whole region. Using molecular geochemistry, fluid inclusion techniques and basin modeling, we studied the oil filling process of the Bashituo Oilfield that is located in the west of the Markit Slope. The molecular migration indexes, such as the methyldibenzothiophene ratio (4-/1-MDBT), trimethylnaphthalene ratio (TMNr) and pyrrolic nitrogen compounds content, decrease from west to east, indicating that the charging direction and migration pathways are from west to east. Lithological analysis and homogenization temperatures of saline fluid inclusions accompanied with oil fluid inclusions suggest that two charging periods occurred in the Devonian oil reservoir. Combining the burial history and heating history of well BT4, Basinmod 1D software modeling shows the two oil filling periods are from 290 Ma to 285 Ma and from 10 Ma to 4 Ma, respectively, and later oil filling dominates. 4Role of TGF-β_1 in the Formation of Ovarian Interstitial Fibrosis in PCOS Rat显示文摘Objective To study the role of TGF-β1 in the formation of interstitial fibrosis and capsular thickening in the PCOS rats. Methods PCOS rat model were established by subcutaneous injection DHEA. Estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), follicular stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), LH/FSH and fasting insulin (FINS) hormone values of the model were tested by microparticle enzyme immunoassay, the pathohistology of PCOS rat ovaries was observed by HE staining, and their ultrastructure was tested by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The expressions of TGF-β1 in PCOS group (n=20), and control group(n=20) were detected and evaluated by immunohistochemistry and image analysis system. Results The results of serum E2, T, LH/FSH, FINS, the ovarian pathological-histology and the ultrastructure showed that the model was established successfully. Compared with control group: there was no significant difference of TGF-β1 expression intensity in oocytes, granulosa cells of the different developing stages of follicle in PCOS (P>0.05). But it was markedly higher expressed in the theca cells of antral follicles (P<0.01), and stromal cells (P<0.05) in PCOS group than in control group. Conclusion The abnormal expression of TGF-β1 in PCOS is the main cause of capsular thickening and interstitial fibrosis. 5Genetical study on the parthenogenesis in Laminaria japonica显示文摘The parthenogenesis and natural doubling of chromosomes in wild type female gametophytes of Laminaria japonica were studied. The results indicate that not all the female gametophytes from the wild type hybrid parent can propagate through parthenogenesis. Most parthenosporophytes can mature, their spores germinate into gametophytes, the latter then developed into female sporophytes. To form these parthenosporophytes the natural doubling of chromosomes occurred mainly at the first and second cell divisions of the spores. 6Dissolved organic carbon,a critical factor to increase the bioavailability of phosphorus during biochar-amended aerobic composting显示文摘Considerable research efforts have been devoted to increase phosphorus(P)availability during aerobic composting.However,there is little discussion weather the dissolved organic carbon(DOC)controls the transformation among P-fractions.Thus,we investigated the changes in DOC compositions and P-fractions during biochar-amended composting(wet weight basis,5%and 10%).TP content continuously increased since the'concentration effect'during aerobic composting.NaHCO_(3)-Pi,NaOH-Pi and HCl-Pi were main P-fractions,and biochar can improve P-bioavailability by transforming NaOH-Pi and HCl-Pi into NaHCO_(3)-Pi.Structure equation models(SEMs)indicated that biochar enhanced the P-bioavailability through regulating the decomposition of DOC.Our results at least hint that the activation mechanism on P under the influence of DOC during biochar-amended composting.Hu Cui Yang Ou Lixia Wang Baixing Yan Yingxin Li Meiwen Bao 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3:3
7Phosphate rock reduces the bioavailability of heavy metals by influencing the bacterial communities during aerobic composting显示文摘Available information on the microbial mechanisms associated with heavy metal(HM)passivation during co-composting amended with phosphate rock(PR)remains limited.Thus,this study investigated the dynamic changes in bacterial communities and HM-fractions(Zn,Cu,Cd,Cr and Pb)during swine manure composting with maize straw,and ascertained the bacterial influence on HM-passivation.The results demonstrated that the addition of PR improved HM-passivation,especially for Zn and Cd,with their bioavailability factors(BFs)reduced by 247.41 and 176.25%,respectively.As for bacterial communities,the proportion of Firmicutes decreased,while the proportions of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,DeinococcusThermus and Gemmatimonadetes increased in all treatments.PR significantly changed the primary bacterial phyla in the thermophilic phase.Bacteroidetes were the main bacterial component controlling the passivation of Zn,Cu and Cr,while Deinococcus-Thermus mainly regulated the mobility of Zn and Pb,and Proteobacteria only dominated the transformation among Cd-fractions.These results may provide a reference for the use of HM-passivation techniques during composting.CUI Hu OU Yang WANG Li-xia YAN Bai-xing LI Ying-xin DING Da-wei 2021Journal of Integrative Agriculture2021,20,5:3
8RGF1-RGI1,a Peptide-Receptor Complex,Regulates Arabidopsis Root Meristem Development via a MAPK Signaling Cascade显示文摘Root growth is maintained by the continuous division of cells in the apical meristem.ROOT MERISTEM GROWTH FACTOR 1(RGF1)is a critical peptide hormone regulating root stem cell niche maintenance.Previous studies discovered that five closely related leucine-rich repeat receptor-like protein kinases(LRRRLKs),named RGF1 INSENSITIVES(RGIs)or RGF1 RECEPTORS(RGFRs),are able to perceive the RGF1 signal and redundantly control root stem cell niche maintenance.RGF1 regulates root meristem activity mainly via two downstream transcription factors,PLETHORA 1(PLT1)and PLT2.Regulatory proteins connecting cell surface RGF1-RGI1 and nuclear PLTs,however,were not identified.Here,we report that the mitogen-activated protein(MAP)kinase kinase 4(MKK4)and MAP kinase 3(MPK3)were coimmunoprecipitated with RGI1-FLAG after Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with RGF1.Genetic and biochemical assays confirmed that MKK4 and MKK5,and their downstream targets MPK3 and MPK6,are essential RG卜dependent regulators of root meristem development.In addition,we found that the MKK4/MKK5-MPK3/MPK6 module functions downstream of YDA,a MAPKKK.Our results demonstrate that RGF1-RGI1 regulate the expression of PLT1/PLT2 via a YDA-MKK4/MKK5-MPK3/MPK6 signaling cascade.Xiaoting Lu Hongyong Shi Yang Ou Yanwei Cui Jinke Chang Liang Peng Xiaoping Gou Kai He Jia Li 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,11:3
9Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 11Aggregate-related microbial communities and nutrient stoichiometry under different croplands显示文摘Ecological stoichiometry is an important indicator presenting multiple elements balance in agro-ecosystems.However,information on microbial communities and nutrient stoichiometry in soil aggregate fractions under different croplands(rice,maize,and soybean fields)remains limited.Thus,this study investigated water-stable aggregate structure and their internal nutrient stoichiometry under different croplands and ascertain their interaction mechanism with microbial communities.The results showed that no significant difference on the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio(C:N)in soil aggregate fractions was observed,while the carbon-to-phosphorus ratio(C:P)and the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio(N:P)were ranked as rice field>maize field>soybean field,and were higher in mega-aggregates(ME,>1 mm).General fatty acid methyl ester(FAME),Gram-positive bacteria(G+),and Gramnegative bacteria(G−)were predominant microbial communities in all croplands and tented to condense into coarse-aggregates.Redundancy analysis(RDA)demonstrated that N:P ratio was primary environmental controls on the distribution of soil microorganisms.In the Sanjiang Plain,N was the nutrient element limiting agro-ecosystem productivity,and rice cultivation is expected to improve the N-limited nutrient status.Hu Cui Yang Ou Duian Lv Lixia Wang Aizhen Liang Baixing Yan Yingxin Li 2020Ecological Processes2020,9,1:2
12New Mutation of Coenzyme Q10 Monooxygenase 6 Causing Podocyte Injury in a Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis Patient显示文摘Background:Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS)is a kidney disease that is commonly associated with proteinuria and the progressive loss of renal function,which is characterized by podocyte injury and the depletion and collapse of glomerular capillary segments.The pathogenesis of FSGS has not been completely elucidated;however,recent advances in molecular genetics have provided increasing evidence that podocyte structural and functional disruption is central to FSGS pathogenesis.Here,we identified a patient with FSGS and aimed to characterize the pathogenic gene and verify its mechanism. Methods:Using next-generation sequencing and Sanger sequencing,we screened the causative gene that was linked to FSGS in this study.The patient's total blood RNA was extracted to validate the messenger RNA (mRNA)expression of coenzyme Q10 monooxygenase 6(COQ6)and validated it by immunohistochemistry.COQ6 knockdown in podocytes was performed in vitro with small interfering RNA, and then,F-actin was determined using immunofluorescence staining.Cell apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry,the expression of active caspase-3was determined by Western blot,and mitochondrial function was detected by MitoSOX. Results:Using whole-exome sequencing and Sanger sequencing,we screened a new causative gene,COQ6,NM_182480:exonl:c.G41A: p.W14X.The mRNA expression of COQ6 in the proband showed decreased.Moreover,the expression of COQ6,which was validated by immunohistochemistry,also had the same change in the proband.Finally,we focused on the COQ6 gene to clarify the mechanism of podocyte injury.Flow cytometry showed significantly increased in apoptotic podocytes,and Western blotting showed increases in active caspase-3in si-COQ6 podocytes.Meanwhile,reactive oxygen species (ROS)levels were increased and F-actin immunofluorescence was irregularly distributed in the si-COQ6 group. 13Study on washability of microcrystal graphite using float-sink tests显示文摘This article presented an experimental research on washability of microcrystal graphite using float-sink tests.Chemical and X-ray analyses showed that graphite,semi-graphite,meta-anthracite,and anthracite existed together in this microcrystal graphite sample;and the intergrowth relationship between microcrystal graphite and gangues was very complicated based on optical mineralogy research.The results of float-sink tests revealed that:for the-25+0.5 mm size fraction,about 68%(by weight)of microcrystal graphite was obtained at the density of 2.0 g/cm^3.and the float product met the standard of commercial grade W65;for the-0.5 mm size fraction,58%(by weight)of microcrystal graphite was floated at the density of 2.0 g/cm^3,which met the standard of commercial grade W70.It can be concluded that microcrystal graphite may be upgraded by dense media separation(DMS)providing a float product using as the raw materials of casting or refractories.Li Hongqiang Feng Qiming Ou Leming Long Sisi Cui Mengmeng Weng Xiaoqing 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,6:2

15溃疡性结肠炎内镜严重度指数(UCEIS)预测溃疡性结肠炎患者行储袋成形术的截点值:多中心长期随访研究结果显示文摘背景:全结直肠切除回肠储袋肛管吻合(IPAA)是溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的首选外科治疗术式。溃疡性结肠炎内镜严重度指数(UCEIS)用以预测UC患者的IPAA手术需求,目前尚缺乏数据。本研究旨在建立明确UCEIS预测UC患者IPAA手术需求的截点值。方法:对1986年6月至2020年3月间两个中心收治的UC患者进行回顾性分析。基于入院后首次结肠镜检查结果进行UCEIS评分。采用受试者操作特征曲线分析确定UCEIS评分预测IPAA需求的截点值。结果:293例UC患者纳入研究,中位UCEIS为4分。13年随访期间,80例(28.3%)患者接受外科治疗,其中75例(93.8%)行IPAA手术,5例(6.2%)行次全结肠切除加永久性造口。采用6分作为截点值,UCEIS对IPAA手术需求的预测价值最高,曲线下面积为0.769(P<0.001),灵敏度和特异度分别为72.0%和81.8%。UCEIS≥6是需要行IPAA手术(P<0.001)和恶性转化(P=0.010)的独立预测因素。UCEIS≥6的患者无IPAA生存时间显著短缩(P<0.001)。结论:UCEIS≥6或可作为IPAA手术决策的依据,推荐对这些UC患者行手术治疗以减少恶性转化的发生率。Weimin Xu Weijun Ou Jihong Fu Yubei Gu Long Cui Jie Zhong Peng Du 2021Gastroenterology Report2021,9,5:1

17Mitochondrial-targeted and ROS-responsive nanocarrier via nose-to-brain pathway for ischemic stroke treatment显示文摘Oxidative stress injury and mitochondrial dysfunction are major obstacles to neurological functional recovery after ischemic stroke.The development of new approaches to simultaneously diminish oxidative stress and resist mitochondrial dysfunction is urgently needed.Inspired by the overproduced reactive oxygen species(ROS)at ischemic neuron mitochondria,multifunctional nanoparticles with ROS-responsiveness and mitochondrial-targeted(SPNPs)were engineered,achieving specific targeting delivery and controllable drug release at ischemic penumbra.Due to the nose-to-brain pathway.SPNPs which were encapsulated in a thermo-sensitive gel by intranasal administration were directly delivered to the ischemic penumbra bypassing the blood-brain barrier(BBB)and enhancing delivery efficiency.The potential of SPNPs for ischemic stroke treatment was systematically evaluated in vitro and in rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Results demonstrated the mitochondrialtargeted and protective effects of SPNPs on H2O2-induced oxidative damage in SH-SY5Y cells.In vivo distribution analyzed by fuorescence imaging proved the rapid and enhanced active targeting of SPNPs to the ischemic area in MCAO rats.SPNPs by intranasal administration exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy by alleviating oxidative stress,diminishing infammation,repairing mitochondrial function,and decreasing apoptosis.This strategy provided a multifunctional delivery system for the effective treatment of ischemic injury,which also implies a potential application prospect for other central nervous diseases.Yan Zhang Haiyun Zhang Faquan Zhao Zhengping Jiang Yuanlu Cui Meitong Ou Lin Mei Qiangsong Wang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:1
