4注射成型工艺对PBT结晶和降解行为的影响显示文摘通过采用不同的注射条件,分别考察了熔体温度、模具温度、螺杆转速、注射速率、背压、保压压力、保压时间、滞留时间等多个重要的注射参数对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)小型制件降解程度、结晶形态和力学性能的影响。利用偏光显微镜、DSC、黏度计等,着重研究了各注射工艺参数对制件皮层厚度、结晶度、相对分子质量以及断裂伸长率的影响,从而为优化注射成型工艺过程提供依据。结果表明:熔体温度对制件各项性能的影响最为显著,而螺杆转速、背压、保压压力等的影响相对较小;随着熔体温度的提高和滞留时间的延长,PBT的降解程度迅速加剧,相对分子质量急剧下降,从而使制件断裂伸长率严重降低,力学性能变差。尹兴昌 赵树高 张萍 Norbert Müller 2005中国塑料2005,19,4:9

7Bifurcation and Chaos Analysis of Nonlinear Rotor System with Axial-grooved Gas-lubricated Journal Bearing Support显示文摘Axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearings have been widely applied to precision instrument due to their high accuracy, low friction, low noise and high stability. The rotor system with axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support is a typical nonlinear dynamic system. The nonlinear analysis measures have to be adopted to analyze the behaviors of the axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor nonlinear system as the linear analysis measures fail. The bifurcation and chaos of nonlinear rotor system with three axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support are investigated by nonlinear dynamics theory. A time-dependent mathematical model is established to describe the pressure distribution in the axial-grooved compressible gas-lubricated journal bearing. The time-dependent compressible gas-lubricated Reynolds equation is solved by the differential transformation method. The gyroscopic effect of the rotor supported by gas-lubricated journal bearing with three axial grooves is taken into consideration in the model of the system, and the dynamic equation of motion is calculated by the modified Wilson-θ-based method. To analyze the unbalanced responses of the rotor system supported by finite length gas-lubricated journal bearings, such as bifurcation and chaos, the bifurcation diagram, the orbit diagram, the Poincaré map, the time series and the frequency spectrum are employed. The numerical results reveal that the nonlinear gas film forces have a significant influence on the stability of rotor system and there are the rich nonlinear phenomena, such as the periodic, period-doubling, quasi-periodic, period-4 and chaotic motion, and so on. 13Three-Point Bending Test and Crack Detection by Acoustic Emission on Different Spring Steel Wires with Different Crystallographic Textures显示文摘In the production of compression springs,high forming velocities and grades of deformation during winding and setting may induce cracks that can lead to failure causing risks of an accident and damage.The AE(acoustic emission)technology,a non-destructive monitoring method,can detect acoustic signals reflected from cracks.To establish this method in the production of technical springs,it was necessary,to find out whether the AE signal is influenced by material properties,phase fractions distribution from tempered martensite,retained austenite,and microstructure including crystallographic texture.In addition,it was investigated to what extent the detected AE signal can be useful to separate between an actual crack and other material responses.Within an in-situ three-point bending test with the AE technology,macro-and micro-crack-typical AE signals were detected for five different spring steel wires(SH,VDSiCr,and FDSiCr according to EN-10270-1 and EN-10270-2).The relative energy related to the initiation,propagation,and growth of cracks caused by mechanical stress was measured using a piezoelectric sensor.If a crack AE signal appeared for the first time,the bending tests were stopped immediately.The results show that the frequency spectrum combined with the intensity of the acoustic signals generated during crack growth depends on the material properties and the crystallographic texture.Furthermore,it could be shown that it is possible to differentiate between micro-crack-typical AE signals and other signals that result from different material responses.Mathias Lorenz Mohammed Salih Daniela Schwerdt Nowfal Al-Hamdany Emad Maawad Norbert Schell Eckehard Müller 2023材料科学与工程(中英文A版)2023,13,3:0
