1(U-Th)/He技术约束下库车盆地北缘构造热演化——以吐孜2井为例显示文摘库车前陆盆地蕴藏着丰富的油气资源,然而盆地中新生代的构造热演化史一直缺乏有效的研究,制约了油气的勘探.本文测试了吐孜2井磷灰石、锆石(U-Th)/He年龄数据,建立了He年龄随现今温度/深度变化的关系,确定该区磷灰石(U-Th)/He体系封闭温度为89℃.综合利用(U-Th)/He及镜质体反射率(Ro)数据模拟恢复了库车盆地吐孜2井中新生代热演化史,结果表明库车盆地吐孜洛克背斜形成起始时间约为5Ma,新生代抬升剥蚀量平均约为670m,平均抬升剥蚀速率为0.133mm/a.根据新生代吐孜洛克背斜的构造演化分析确定了气源断裂活动及圈闭形成的时期,揭示了吐孜洛克背斜天然气成藏时间为5Ma以后,且烃源岩生排烃、断裂活动及圈闭形成的时间具有良好的匹配关系,这是吐孜洛克油气田形成的关键因素之一.本文应用(U-Th)/He技术研究沉积盆地构造热演化史,对库车盆地油气勘探具有重要的意义.喻顺 陈文 吕修祥 Noreen Evans Brent McInnes 尹继元 孙敬博 李洁 2014地球物理学报2014,57,1:13

3北京小学校哮喘儿童的状况调查及健康教育显示文摘目的帮助小学哮喘儿童走向健康之路,探索一种适合我国国情能够深入到社区和基层的哮喘管理教育模式。方法选择11所小学6~12岁学生(10094名)统一进行哮喘健康初筛,筛查出近12个月喘息过及曾经被医生诊断过哮喘的小学生524人,进一步调查他们的哮喘相关问题并进行健康教育,教育前、后进行问卷对比。结果在414份学生知识问卷中,教育前、后选择远离过敏原的为46.8%、84.5%;选择根据自己的病情正确用药的为52.4%、76.3%;知道哮喘发作警告信号的为28.3%、72.1%;选择运动前吸入舒张气管药的为43.1%、63.9%;选择坚持长期用预防药的为43.4%、61.1%(P值均≤0.01)。结论哮喘儿童、家长和校医的哮喘防治知识缺乏;哮喘病使小学生的生命质量下降,需引起医生、家庭及学校重视;健康教育明显提高了学生对哮喘病的认识;通过培训的校医或医务人员宣讲,二者被学生接受程度相似,所得差异无显著性。罗雁青 沙莉 李志英 高爱钰 潘勇平 Zhongxin Gong Noreen Clark 陈育智 吴兆苏 2007中国儿童保健杂志2007,15,5:12
4Measurement of total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of aerial parts of medicinal plant Coronopus didymus显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the total phenolic content and compare the antioxidant activity of various solvent extracts and fractions from the aerial parts of Coronopus didymus through various assays. Methods: Total phenolic content was determined using the Folin-Ciocalteu assay and the in vitro antioxidant activity of a number of different extracts was investigated in a dose-dependent manner with three different methods: the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH), 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt(ABTS) and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assays. A flavone was isolated from the most active ethanolic extract with high antioxidant activity using size exclusion chromatography. IC_(50) values were calculated for the DPPH and ABTS methods. The FRAP activity was assessed in terms of μM Fe(II) equivalent. Results: The phenolic content was found to be highest in the ethanol extract(CDA Et; 47.8 mM GAE) and the lowest in the dichloromethane extract(CDA DCM; 3.13 mM GAE). The ethanol extract showed high radical scavenging activity towards DPPH and ABTS radicals with IC_(50) values of(7.80 × 10~2) and(4.32 × 10~2) μg/m L, respectively. The most active ethanol extract had a FRAP value of 1 921.7 μM Fe(Ⅱ) equivalent. The isolated flavone F10C(5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3'-methoxy flavone) was far more effective for scavenging free radicals in the DPPH and ABTS assays with IC_(50) of 43.8 and 0.08 μg/m L, than the standard trolox, with IC_(50) values of 97.5 and 21.1 μg/m L, respectively. In addition, the flavone F10C and the standard ascorbic acid had FRAP values of 1 621.7 and 16 038.0 μM Fe(Ⅱ) equivalents, respectively. Conclusions: The total phenolic content of extracts in decreasing order is ethanol extract(CDA Et)> acetone extract(CDA ACE)> phenolic extract(CDA MW)> n-hexane extract(CDA nHX)> chloroform extract(CDA CHL)> dichloromethane extract(CDA DCM). The ordering of extracts in terms of antioxidant activity from highest to lowest is CDA Et> CDA MW> CDA DCM> CDA CHL> CDA ACE> CDA nHX in DPPH, ABTS and FRAP assays. 8The complexity of sediment recycling as revealed by common Pb isotopes in K-feldspar显示文摘Detrital zircon U-Pb geochronology has become the gold standard in evaluating source to sink relationships in sedimentary basins. However, the physical and chemical robustness of zircon, which make it such a useful mineral for provenance studies, is also a hindrance as zircon can be recycled through numerous sedimentary basins, thus obscuring the first cycle source to sink relationship. An elegant approach to addressing this potential issue is to compare the Pb isotope composition of detrital K-feldspar, a mineral which is unlikely to survive more than one erosion-transport-deposition cycle, with that of magmatic K-feldspar from potential basement source terranes. Here we present new in situ Pb isotope data on detrital K-feldspar from two Proterozoic arkosic sandstones from Western Australia, and magmatic K-feldspar grains from potential igneous source rocks, as inferred by the age and Hf isotope composition of detrital zircon grains. The data indicate that the detrital zircon and K-feldspar grains could not have been liberated from the same source rocks, and that the zircon has most likely been recycled through older sedimentary basins. 17The giant Kalgoorlie Gold Field revisited显示文摘The Neoarchaean Kaigoorlie Gold Field contains the giant Golden Mile and world-class Mt Charlotte deposits,which have been the subject of much research for over 100 years.The Golden Mile deposit is a complex array of ductile to brittle vein and breccia lodes that are predominantly hosted in the highlyfractionated Golden Mile Dolerite sill.The Fimiston lodes comprise an array of narrow lodes that evolved broadly syn- to late-formation of the regional D2 NW-trending foliation.The lodes are characterized by pyrite veinlets and disseminations,quartz veinlets and breccias,and banded quartz-carbonate veins with sericite,carbonate,and pyrite-dominated alteration.Bonanza Green-Leader,or Oroya-style,lodes,with grades in excess of 1000 g/t Au,are similar to the Fimiston-style lodes,but are characterized by abundant visible gold,native tellurium and more abundant telluride minerals within roscoelitebearing alteration zones.The arguably structurally younger Mt Charlotte-style lodes are characterized by a pipe-shaped,coarse-grained quartz,carbonate and scheelite vein-stockwork with distinct verticallyzoned,carbonate-sericite-albite-pyrite ± pyrrhotite dominant alteration assemblages around veins within Unit 8 of the Golden Mile dolerite and porphyry dykes.The network of steep- and gently-dipping extension and shear fracture-fill veins are associated with NE-trending fault sets that cross cut the regional NW-trend.The deposit area is intruded by swarms of porphyry dykes,including syn-volcanic mafic dykes,early and volumetrically most significant c.2.67 Ga feldspar-phyric porphyry dykes,as well as later c.2.66-2.65 Ga calc-alkaline hornblende-phyric dykes associated with younger c.2.65-2.64 Ga lamprophyre dykes.All post-volcanic dykes have similar orientations to the Fimiston lodes.The feldspar dykes are clearly overprinted by all styles of mineralization,although the relationship between hornblende-phyric and lamprophyre dykes and gold mineralization is more ambiguous.Most agree that gold mineralization was post-peak regional metamorphism of host rocks,although its relative structural timing is controversial.Direct timing constraints on gold mineralization indicate that Fimiston- and Mt Charlotte-style mineralization formed within a relative short period of time around 2.64 Ga,and,as such,support a model of progressive deformation of a Theologically heterogeneous rock package late in the structural history.Fluid characteristics,combined with the structural,metamorphic and absolute timing,support description of gold mineralization at the Golden Mile as orogenic and mesozonal,and this allows direct correlation with orogenic gold deposits worldwide,which classically formed during accretion along convergent margins throughout Earth history.Noreen Mary Vielreicher David Ian Groves Neal Jesse McNaughton 2016Geoscience Frontiers2016,7,3:3

19Antibiotic susceptibility profiling and virulence potential of Campylobacter jejuni isolates from different sources in Pakistan显示文摘Objective:To determine antibiotic resistance patterns and virulence potential of Campylobacter jejuni(C.jejuni) isolates from clinical human diarrheal infections,cattle and healthy broilers.Methods:Antibiotic sensitivity patterns of C.jejuni isolates were determined by Kirby Bauer Disc Diffusion assay.These isolates were then subjected to virulence profiling for the detection of map A(membrane-associated protein).cadF(fibronectin binding protein).wlaN(beta-1.3-galaclosyltransferase) and neu AB(sialic acid biosynthesis gene).Further C.jejuni isolates were grouped by random amplification of polymorphic DNA(RAPD) profiling.Results:A total of436 samples from poultry(n=88).cattle(n=216) and humans(n=132) from different locations were collected.Results revealed percentage of C.jejuni isolates were 35.2%(31/88).25.0%(54/216) and 11.3%(15/132) among poultry,cattle and clinical human samples respectively.Antibiotic susceptibility results showed that similar resistance patterns to cephalothin was ie.87.0%,87.1%and 89%among humans,poultry and cattle respectively,followed by sulfamethoxazolc+trimcthoprim 40.0%,38.7%and 31.0%in humans,poultry and cattle and Ampicillin 40%,32%and 20%in humans,poultry and cattle respectively.Beta-lactamase activity was detected in 40.00%humans.20.37%cattle and 32.25%in poultry C.jejuni isolates.CadF and mapA were present in all poultry,cattle and human C jejuni isolates.wlauN was not detected in any isolate and neu AB was found in 9/31(36%) poultry isolates.RAPD profiling results suggested high diversity of C.jejuni isolates.Conclusions:Detection of multidrug resistant C.jejuni strains from poultry and cattle is alarming as they can be potential hazard to humans.Moreover,predominant association of virulence factors,cadF and map A(100%each) in C.jejuni isolates from all sources and neuAB(36%) with poultry isolates suggest the potential source of transmission of diverse types of C.jejuni to humans.Fariha Masood Siddiqui Muhammad Akram Nighat Nourccn Zobia Noreen Habib Bokhari 2015Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2015,8,3:2
20Preliminary studies of acute and sub-chronic toxicity of the aqueous extract of Guibourtia tessmannii(Harms) J.Leonard stem barks (Caesalpiniaceae) in mice and rats显示文摘Objective: To investigate the toxicity of aqueous extract of Guibourtia tessmannii(Harms) J. Leonard(G. tessmannii) and evaluate its safety.Methods: NMRI mice were used to determine the acute toxicity of G. tessmannii.Increasing concentrations of the plant extracts were administered intraperitoneally or by force-feeding. General behavior and death were monitored and recorded daily for 7 days.In order to determine the sub-acute toxicity of the extract, several doses were administered by oral gavage daily for 28 days in adult Wistar rats. Different parameters were assessed including body weight, food and water intake, biochemical parameters and several vital organ weights.Results: LD50 of 328.78 mg/kg was obtained by i.p. route and more than 5 000 mg/kg was obtained in acute toxicity by oral route.
