3Outcome of multimodal MRI-guided intravenous thrombolysis in patients with stroke with unknown time of onset显示文摘Objective Intravenous tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)is the standard therapy for patients with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)within 4.5 hours of onset.Recent trials have expanded the endovascular treatment window to 24 hours.We investigated the efficacy and safety of using multimodal MRI to guide intravenous tPA treatment for patients with AIS of unknown time of onset(UTO).Methods Data on patients with AIS with UTO and within 4.5 hours of onset were reviewed.Data elements collected and analysed included:demographics,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score at baseline and 2 hours,24 hours,7 days after thrombolysis and before discharge,the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score at 3 months after discharge,imaging findings and any adverse event.results Forty-two patients with UTO and 62 in control group treated within 4.5 hours of onset were treated with intravenous tPA.The NIHSS scores after thrombolysis and/or before discharge in UTO group were significantly improved compared with the baseline(p<0.05).Between the two groups,no significant differences in NIHSS score were observed(p>0.05).Utilising the non-inferiority test,to compare mRS scores(0-2)at 3 months between the two groups,the difference was 5.2%(92%CI,OR 0.196).Patients in the UTO group had mRS scores of 0-2,which were non-inferior to the control group.Their incidence of adverse events was similar.Conclusions Utilising multimodal MRI to guide intravenous only thrombolysis for patients with AIS with UTO was safe and effective.In those patients with AIS between 6 and 24 hours of time of onset but without large arterial occlusion,intravenous thrombolysis could be considered an option.Jie Zhao Hongmei Zhao Runtao Li Jiangtao Li Chang Liu Juan Lv Yanan Li Wei Liu Dongpu Ma Huaihai Hao Xinguang Xiao Junzhong Liu Yongfeng Yin Rongli Liu Qiaoyan Yu Yingjie Wei Pengyan Li Yue Wang Runqing Wang 2019Stroke & Vascular Neurology2019,4,1:8

8Kinetics study on leaching of rare earth and aluminum from polishing powder waste using hydrochloric acid显示文摘In this study,a novel hydrometallurgical process consisting of hydrochloric acid three-stage countercurrent leaching and solvent extraction was proposed to recover rare earth oxide(REO)from the rare earth polishing powder waste(REPPW).The effects of HCl concentration,liquid-solid ratio(L/S ratio),temperature and time on the leaching yields of rare earths(in REO)and aluminum(in Al2O3)were studied.The result shows that the leaching yields of REO and Al2O3 are 90.96%and 43.89%respectively under the optimum leaching parameters of HCl concentration=8.00 mol/L,L/S ratio=4 mL/g,leaching temperature=353 K and leaching time=180 min.Meanwhile,the leaching kinetics of REO and Al2O3 were investigated in this study.The leaching behaviors of REO and Al2O3 follow a shrinking sphere/core model and the general leaching process is controlled by the surface chemical reaction.The leaching activation energies of REO and Al2O3 are 9.86 and 13.68 kJ/mol,respectively.The leaching yield of each substance in three-stage countercurrent leaching is improved substantially compared with single-stage leaching,with a change from 90.96%to 95.38%for REO and from 43.89%to 46.22%for Al2O3,respectively.Especially,the total concentration of REO in three-stage countercurrent leaching solution is greatly increased to above 300 g/L,and the acidity of which is decreased to ca.pH=2,which is conducive to subsequent solvent extraction directly.High purity REO(99.92%)is obtained by solvent extraction separation,oxalate precipitation and calcination.The total recovery yield of REO is 85.13%.Xitao Wu Zhijian Wang Chuping Xia Xuefeng Shi Tianzong Luo Xinjun Bao Rongli Liu Shengzhong Xie 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,9:3

10Loss of Lkb1 impairs Treg function and stability to aggravate graft-versus-host disease after bone marrow transplantation显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that a reduction in the number of Foxp3^(+) regulatory T cells(Tregs)contributes to the pathogenesis of acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD),which is a major adverse complication that can occur after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).However,the precise features and mechanism underlying the defects in Tregs remain largely unknown.In this study,we demonstrated that Tregs were more dramatically decreased in bone marrow compared with those in peripheral blood from aGVHD patients and that bone marrow Treg defects were negatively associated with hematopoietic reconstitution.Tregs from aGVHD patients exhibited multiple defects,including the instability of Foxp3 expression,especially in response to IL-12,impaired suppressor function,decreased migratory capacity,and increased apoptosis.Transcriptional profiling revealed the downregulation of Lkb1,a previously identified critical regulator of murine Treg identity and metabolism,and murine Lkb1-regulated genes in Tregs from aGVHD patients.Foxp3 expression in human Tregs could be decreased and increased by the knockdown and overexpression of the Lkb1 gene,respectively.Furthermore,a loss-of-function assay in an aGVHD murine model confirmed that Lkb1 deficiency could impair Tregs and aggravate disease severity.These findings reveal that Lkb1 downregulation contributes to multiple defects in Tregs in human aGVHD and highlight the Lkb1-related pathways that could serve as therapeutic targets that may potentially be manipulated to mitigate aGVHD.Xiuhua Su Qianqian Wang Wei Guo Xiaolei Pei Qing Niu Maolan Liu Yuanyuan Liu Song Chen Sizhou Feng Yi He Donglin Yang Rongli Zhang Qiaoling Ma Weihua Zhai Aiming Pang Jialin Wei Yong Huang Yuechen Luo Mingzhe Han Xiaoming Feng Erlie Jiang 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5:3

12The circFASN/miR-33a pathway participates in tacrolimusinduced dysregulation of hepatic triglyceride homeostasis显示文摘Dyslipidemia exhibits a high incidence after liver transplantation,in which tacrolimus,a widely used immunosuppressant,plays a fundamental role.MicroRNAs and related circRNAs represent a class of noncoding RNAs that have been recognized as important regulators of genes associated with lipid metabolism.However,their transcriptional activities and functional mechanisms in tacrolimus-related dyslipidemia remain unclear.In this study,we observed that tacrolimus could induce triglyceride accumulation in hepatocytes by stimulating sterol response element-binding proteins(SREBPs)and miR-33a.Our in silico and experimental analyses identified miR-33a as a direct target of circFASN.Tacrolimus could downregulate circFASN and result in elevated miR-33a in vivo and in vitro.Overexpression of circFASN or silencing of miR-33a decreased the promoting effects of tacrolimus on triglyceride accumulation.Clinically,the incidence of dyslipidemia in liver transplant recipients with elevated serum miR-33a after liver transplantation was higher than that in patients without elevated serum miR-33a(46.3%vs.18.8%p=0.012,n=73).Our results showed that the circFASN/miR-33a regulatory system plays a distinct role in tacrolimus-induced disruption of lipid homeostasis.MiR-33a is likely a risk factor for tacrolimus-related dyslipidemia,providing a potential therapeutic target to combat tacrolimus-induced dyslipidemia after liver transplantation.Chenzhi Zhang Kangchen Chen Rongli Wei Guanghan Fan Xuechun Cai Li Xu Beini Cen Jianguo Wang Haiyang Xie Shusen Zheng Xiao Xu 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:2
13Balance Control Comparison between Subjects with and without Non-specific Low Back Pain显示文摘Objective:To compare the balance ability between normal people and non-specific low back pain(nsLBP) patients and explore the relationship between balance ability and muscle function in nsLBP patients.Method:Ten nsLBP patients as nsLBP group and 10 age and gender-matched healthy control subjects as control group were investigated.Posturography on balance platform and surface electromyography(sEMG) were performed to assess all the subjects' function of equilibrium and muscle activities of erector spinea(ES),multifidus(MF),abdominal external oblique(EO),hamstring(HS) and maximal gluteus(MG) bilaterally.Result:The nsLBP subjects had greater sway on anterior-posterior direction(Y-speed and Y-extension,P=0.05) on feet-together posture and bigger main axis(P=0.023) on nature standing with eyes closed when compared with controls.The iEMG ratios of right MG in nature standing(eyes closed)/nature standing(eyes open) and feet-together(eyes open)/nature standing(eyes open) in control group were significant higher than that in nsLBP group(P=0.03 and P=0.013).Conclusion:Balance evaluation combined with sEMG measurement on trank and lower limb muscles provided some quantitative information about functional deficits such as postural control and muscle activities in nsLBP patients.This relationship should be emphasized in prevention and rehabilitation of nsLBP.XIE Bin LUO Chun WANG Rongli WANG Ninghua 2009中国康复医学杂志2009,24,5:2

15Different mechanisms of improving CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) perovskite solar cells brought by fluorinated or nitrogen doped graphdiyne显示文摘Fluorinated and nitrogen-doped graphdiyne(F/N-GDY)have been used in the active layer of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)for the first time.The introduction of heteroatoms turns out to be an effective method for boosted solar cells performance,which increases by 32.8%and 33.0%,better than the pristine or GDY doped PSCs.The enhanced performance can be attributed firstly to the superiority of F/N-GDY originated from the unique structure and optoelectronic properties of GDY.Then,both can further reduce surface defects and improve surface and bulk crystallinity than pristine GDY.What's more,efficiency increase caused by F-GDY is mainly attributed to the improvement of fill factor(FF),while the higher short-circuit current(Jsc)plays more important role by N-GDY doping.Most importantly,the detailed mechanism brought about by doping of F-GDY or N-GDY is expounded by systematical characterizations,especially the synchrotron radiation technique.Doping of F-GDY causes Pb and forms new Pb-F bonds between F-GDY and Pb ions.Doping of N-GDY or GDY brings about Pb(N-GDY doping induces more deviation than that of GDY due to the participation of imine N),improving its electron density and conductivity.Huan Huang Bing Liu Dan Wang Rongli Cui Xihong Guo Ying Li Shouwei Zuo Zi Yin Huanhua Wang Jing Zhang Hui Yuan Lirong Zheng Baoyun Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
16Risk factors associated with hemorrhagic cystitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation显示文摘Hemorrhagic cystitis(HC)is a common complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).The incidence is about 7%to 68%,and some patients have to suffer a long period of frequent,urgent,and painful urination,which brings great pain.This study aimed to analyze risk factors of HC and its effect on patient survival.We collected the medical records of 859 patients who underwent HSCT at our hospital between August 2016 and August 2020.Patients with and without HC were matched using propensity score matching at a 1:1 ratio based on sex,age,and diagnosis,and logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors associated with HC.We used Kaplan–Meier curves to analyze the survival rates of patients in the HC and non-HC groups.We also analyzed the relationship between BK viral load and the occurrence of HC using receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis.After propensity score matching,there were 131 patients each in the HC and non-HC groups.In the HC group,89 patients(67.9%)had mild HC(stage II°)and 43(32.1%)had severe HC(stage III–IV).The median interval between stem cell transplantation and HC development was 31(3–244)days.Univariate analysis indicated that donor age,hematopoietic stem cell source,HLA,acute graft-versus-host disease,busulfan,anti-thymocyte globulin(ATG),total body irradiation,cytomegalovirus(CMV)(urine),and BK polyomavirus(BKV)(urine)were significantly associated with HC.ATG,CMV(urine),and BKV(urine)were independent risk factors for HC based on the multivariate analysis.The Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed no significant difference between the HC and non-HC groups(P=0.14).The 1-and 2-year survival rates in the HC group were 78.4%and 69.6%,respectively,and the corresponding rates in the non-HC group were 84.4%and 80.7%,respectively.ROC analysis indicated that a urine BKV load of 1×10^(7) copies/mL was able to stratify the risk of HC.In conclusion,when the BKV load is>1×10^(7),we needtobe aware of the potential for the development of HC.Biao Shen Yueshen Ma Haixiao Zhang Mingyang Wang Jia Liu Jiaxin Cao Wenwen Guo Dan Feng Donglin Yang Rongli Zhang Xin Chen Qiaoling Ma Weihua Zhai Sizhou Feng Mingzhe Han Aiming Pang Erlie Jiang 2022Blood Science2022,4,2:2
