| 1 | Fault diagnosis for distillation process based on CNN–DAE显示文摘Distillation is the most widely used operation for liquid mixture separation in the chemical industry. It is of great importance to detect and diagnose faults in distillation process. Due to the strong feedback and coupling of processes in a distillation column, it is difficult to use deep auto-encoders(DAEs) alone to achieve good results in detecting and diagnosing faults, in terms of accuracy and efficiency. This paper proposes a hybrid fault-diagnosis model based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs) and DAEs, by integrating the powerful capability of CNN in feature extraction and of DAE in classification. A case study was carried out with the distillation process of depropanization. It is shown that the proposed hybrid model is of good performance compared to other models, in terms of the accuracy of fault detection in such a process. | 3 | Fine particle-bound PAHs derivatives at mountain background site(Mount Tai)of the North China:Concentration,source diagnosis and health risk assessment显示文摘Ten nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(nPAHs)and 4 oxygenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(oPAHs)in fine particulate matter(PM2.5)samples from Mount Tai were analyzed during summer(June to August),2015.During the observation campaign,themean concentration of total nPAHs and oPAHs was 31.62 pg/m^(3)and 0.15 ng/m^(3),respectively.Two of the monitored compounds,namely 9-nitro-anthracene(9N-ANT)(6.86 pg/m^(3))and 9-fluorenone(9FO)(0.05 ng/m^(3))were the predominant compounds of nPAHs and oPAHs,respectively.The potential source and long-range transportation of nPAHs and oPAHs were investigated by the positive matrix factorization(PMF)method and the potential source contribution function(PSCF)methods.The results revealed that biomass/coal burning,gasoline vehicle emission,diesel vehicle emission and secondary formation were the dominant sources of nPAHs and oPAHs,which were mainly from Henan province and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Bohai sea.The incremental life cancer risk(ILCR)values were calculated to evaluate the exposure risk of nPAHs and oPAHs for three group people(infant,children and adult),and the values of ILCR were 7.02×10^(−10),3.49×10^(−9)and 1.41×10^(−8)for infant,children and adults,respectively.All these values were lower than the standard of EPA(Environmental Protection Agency)(<10−6),indicating acceptable health risk of nPAHs and oPAHs. | Lei Zhao Shanjun Song Penghui Li Jing Liu Jing Zhang Lei Wang Yaqin Ji Jinpeng Liu Liqiong Guo Jinbao Han | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11: | 2 |

| 5 | Alkali-metal(Li, Na, and K)-adsorbed MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer: an investigation of its outstanding electronic, optical, and photocatalytic properties显示文摘Single-layer MoSi_(2)N_(4),a high-quality two-dimensional material,has recently been fabricated by chemical vapor deposition.Motivated by this latest experimental work,herein,we apply first principles calculations to investigate the electronic,optical,and photocatalytic properties of alkali-metal(Li,Na,and K)-adsorbed MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer.The electronic structure analysis shows that pristine MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer exhibits an indirect bandgap(E_(g)=1.89 eV).By contrast,the bandgaps of one Li-,Na-,and K-adsorbed MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer are 1.73 eV,1.61 eV,and 1.75 eV,respectively.Moreover,the work function of MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer(4.80 eV)is significantly reduced after the adsorption of alkali metal atoms.The work functions of one Li-,Na-,and K-adsorbed MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer are 1.50 eV,1.43 eV,and 2.03 eV,respectively.Then,optical investigations indicate that alkali metal adsorption processes substantially increase the visible light absorption range and coefficient of MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer.Furthermore,based on redox potential variations after alkali metals are adsorbed,Li-and Na-adsorbed MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayers are more suitable for the water splitting photocatalytic process,and the Li-adsorbed case shows the highest potential application for CO_(2) reduction.In conclusion,alkali-metal-adsorbed MoSi_(2)N_(4) monolayer exhibits promising applications as novel optoelectronic devices and photocatalytic materials due to its unique physical and chemical properties. | Zhiyuan Sun Jing Xu Nsajigwa Mwankemwa Wenxing Yang Xianwen Wu Zao Yi Shanjun Chen Weibin Zhang | 2022 | Communications in Theoretical Physics2022,74,1: | 1 |

| 18 | Development and tests of sliding contact line-powered track transporter显示文摘In order to solve the problems of complexity of control systems and the limited power supply of traditional fuelpowered and battery-driven transporters operating in mountainous orchards,a sliding contact line-powered track transporter was designed and manufactured based on theoretical calculations.Key components of the transporter were developed such as a PLC-based(programmable logic controller)control system,a sliding contact power supply,and transmission system,and a position limit device.The functions and performance of designed transporter were tested.The test results showed that the transporter exhibited a high stability of operation with an average operation velocity of 0.70 m/s,the maximum working slope of 48°,the maximum load of 400 kg,and the maximum remote control distance reaching 1482 m.When the power supply circuit of sliding contact line was 108.8 m in length,the maximum voltage drop was 2.4 V,and the maximum power loss was 174.72 W,which were close to the theoretical calculation values.With a single power supply cabinet,the transporter can operate normally for a maximum track distance of 175.69 m.All the technical indicators of the transporter met the design requirements,and the above-mentioned problems such as complexity of the control system and limited energy supply of the traditional mountain orchard transporter were well solved.This study can provide reference for the design and optimization of mountain orchard transporter. | Yihua Jiang Fang Yang Zihao Zhang Shanjun Li | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Oral administration of Bacillus coagulans TQ-35 alleviates allergic responses in OVA-sensitive BALB/c mice显示文摘Bacillus coagulans has been extensively studied so far,but there has been a lack of research on its usage in allergy.In this study,we designed to assess the effect of different concentrations of B.coagulans on food allergy in a BALB/c mouse model of ovalbumin(OVA)-induced food allergy and its effect on gut microbes.The assessment of symptoms,specific immunoglobulin E(IgE),T-cell differentiation,and related gene expression levels in sensitized mice by assay indicated that high doses of oral B.coagulans could alleviate allergic symptoms.Treatment with B.coagulans,in the high-dose group,significantly reduced IgE and IgG1 levels and modulated the balance of T helper type 1 cell(Th1)and Th2 and the expression of relevant genes in the spleen.16S rRNA analysis showed that probiotics improved the structure of the microbiota,in particular by boosting the percentage of Clostridia,Bacteroides vulgatus and Enterococcus faecium,and by increasing the abundance of microbial species,thereby modulating the immune system.Therefore,this study can provide insights into the practical application of B.coagulans doses to alleviate OVA allergy. | Yifan Wang Shanjun Chen Chong Wang Yi Zhang Hongliang Zeng Linglin Fu Yanbo Wang | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3: | 0 |
