| 1 | ECharts: A declarative framework for rapid construction of web-based visualization显示文摘While there have been a dozen of authoring systems and programming toolkits for visual design and development,users who do not have programming skills,such as data analysts or interface designers,still may feel cumbersome to efficiently implement a web-based visualization.In this paper,we present ECharts,an open-sourced,web-based,cross-platform framework that supports the rapid construction of interactive visualization.The motivation is driven by three goals:easy-touse,rich built-in interactions,and high performance.The kernel of ECharts is a suite of declarative visual design language that customizes built-in chart types.The underlying streaming architecture,together with a high-performance graphics renderer based on HTML5 canvas,enables the high expandability and performance of ECharts.We report the design,implementation,and applications of ECharts with a diverse variety of examples.We compare the utility and performance of ECharts with C3.js,HighCharts,and Chart.js.Results of the experiments demonstrate the efficiency and scalability of our framework.Since the first release in June 2013,ECharts has iterated 63 versions,and attracted over 22,000 star counts and over 1700 related projects in the GitHub.ECharts is regarded as a leading visualization development tool in the world,and ranks the third in the GitHub visualization tab. | Deqing Li Honghui Mei Yi Shen Shuang Su Wenli Zhang Junting Wang Ming Zu Wei Chen | 2018 | Visual Informatics2018,2,2: | 69 |
| 2 | Anti-SARS-CoV-2 activities in vitro of Shuanghuanglian preparations and bioactive ingredients显示文摘Human infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)causes coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and there is no cure currently.The 3CL protease(3CLpro)is a highly conserved protease which is indispensable for CoVs replication,and is a promising target for development of broad-spectrum antiviral drugs.In this study we investigated the anti-SARS-CoV-2 potential of Shuanghuanglian preparation,a Chinese traditional patent medicine with a long history for treating respiratory tract infection in China.We showed that either the oral liquid of Shuanghuanglian,the lyophilized powder of Shuanghuanglian for injection or their bioactive components dose-dependently inhibited SARS-CoV-23CLpro as well as the replication of SARS-CoV-2 in Vero E6 cells.Baicalin and baicalein,two ingredients of Shuanghuanglian,were characterized as the first noncovalent,nonpeptidomimetic inhibitors of SARS-CoV-23CLpro and exhibited potent antiviral activities in a cell-based system.Remarkably,the binding mode of baicalein with SARS-CoV-23CLpro determined by X-ray protein crystallography was distinctly different from those of known 3CLpro inhibitors.Baicalein was productively ensconced in the core of the substrate-binding pocket by interacting with two catalytic residues,the crucial S1/S2 subsites and the oxyanion loop,acting as a“shield”in front of the catalytic dyad to effectively prevent substrate access to the catalytic dyad within the active site.Overall,this study provides an example for exploring the in vitro potency of Chinese traditional patent medicines and effectively identifying bioactive ingredients toward a specific target,and gains evidence supporting the in vivo studies of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid as well as two natural products for COVID-19 treatment. | Hai-xia Su Sheng Yao Wen-feng Zhao Min-jun Li Jia Liu Wei-juan Shang Hang Xie Chang-qiang Ke Hang-chen Hu Mei-na Gao Kun-qian Yu Hong Liu Jing-shan Shen Wei Tang Lei-ke Zhang Geng-fu Xiao Li Ni Dao-wen Wang Jian-ping Zuo Hua-liang Jiang Fang Bai Yan Wu Yang Ye Ye-chun Xu | 2020 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2020,41,9: | 32 |

| 4 | Effect of Substructure on Toughness of Lath Martensite/Bainite Mixed Structure in Low-Carbon Steels显示文摘The quantitative analysis of substructure in the martensite/bainite mixed structure, which is obtained from low-carbon NiCrMoV steels under different cooling conditions, was made by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), and transmission electron microscope (TEM), in order to research the effect on toughness. The test results indicate that the toughness of the steel is enhanced with the decrease in the packet and block size under the condition of the same prior austenite grain size mixed with different ratios of martensite and bainite while the lath width is about 0.38 μm. The calculation shows that both the packet and block boundaries have the same hindering effect on crack extension. Furthermore, the effect of the block width on impact energy is much larger than that of the packet. | 5 | NEW METHOD OF SIMULATING CONCENTRATED DRAIN HOLES IN SEEPAGE CONTROL ANALYSIS显示文摘In this paper, based upon the basic solution of sink, the approximate solution of single drain hole in finite elements is derived by use of the superposition principle. Then, the theoretical solution is extended to the case of some drain holes in one finite element, and the method is used in seepage control analysis with quick convergence and high accuracy. On the other hand, if the positions of the drain holes are changed, only some control factors of drain holes are changed, but the finite element grid need not to be reformed. Immunogold particles in large numbers were detected in various parts of the viruliferous females: the ovum, surface of chorion, the mid-gut lumen, and the columnar cells. Whereas there was noneof these particles in the non-viruliferous females and males, and testis of viruliferous males. Endosymbionts (mycetocytes) were abundant, harboring ovaries of both viruliferous and non-viruliferous females, but none in the testis of males. The results provided us with the direct proof that RSV is a ciruculative and propagative plant virus and it was transovarially transmitted alongside with endosymbionts of its vector. | 8 | Isolation,characterization,and phylogenic analysis of three new severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus strains derived from Hubei Province,China显示文摘Hubei Province is a major epidemic area of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus(SFTSV) in China. However, to date, a few SFTSV strains have been isolated from Hubei Province, preventing effective studies of epidemic outbreaks. Here, we report three confirmed patients(2015–2016) with typical symptoms of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome disease(SFTS) who were farmers resident in different regions in Hubei Province. Three new SFTSV strains were isolated from the serum samples of each patient. Characterization of viral growth properties showed that there were no significant differences in virus production. All strains were completely sequenced, and phylogenetic analysis showed that unlike the other strains from Hubei province, which belonged to the SFTSV C3 genotype, one of the three strains belonged to the SFTSV C2 genotype. | 11 | Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improves cognitive functioning after brain injury显示文摘Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has been widely applied and recognized in the treatment of brain injury;however,the correlation between the protective effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and changes of metabolites in the brain remains unclear.To investigate the effect and potential mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive functioning in rats,we established traumatic brain injury models using Feeney’s free falling method.We treated rat models with hyperbaric oxygen therapy at 0.2 MPa for 60 minutes per day.The Morris water maze test for spatial navigation showed that the average escape latency was significantly prolonged and cognitive function decreased in rats with brain injury.After treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for 1 and 2 weeks,the rats’spatial learning and memory abilities were improved.Hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis showed that the N-acetylaspartate/creatine ratio in the hippocampal CA3 region was significantly increased at 1 week,and the N-acetylaspartate/choline ratio was significantly increased at2 weeks after hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Nissl staining and immunohistochemical staining showed that the number of nerve cells and Nissl bodies in the hippocampal CA3 region was significantly increased,and glial fibrillary acidic protein positive cells were decreased after a 2-week hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment.Our findings indicate that hyperbaric oxygen therapy significantly improves cognitive functioning in rats with traumatic brain injury,and the potential mechanism is mediated by metabolic changes and nerve cell restoration in the hippocampal CA3 region. | Su Liu Guangyu Shen Shukun Deng Xiubin Wang Qinfeng Wu Aisong Guo | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,35: | 16 |

| 13 | OB glue paste technique for establishing nude mouse human gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation models显示文摘AIM: To establish nude mouse human gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation models using OB glue paste technique. METHODS: Using OB glue paste technique, orthtopic transplantation models were established by implanting SGC-7901 and MKN-45 human gastric cancer cell strains into the gastric wall of nude mice. Biological features, growth of the implanted tumors, the success rate of transplantation and the rate of auto-metastasis of the two models were observed. RESULTS: The success rates of orthotopic transplan- tation of the two models were 94.20% and 96%. The rates of hepatic metastasis, pulmonary metastasis, peritoneal metastasis, lymphocytic metastasis and splenic metastasis were 42.13% and 94.20%, 48.43% and 57.97%, 30.83% and 36.96%, 67.30% and 84.06%, and 59.75% and 10.53%, respectively. The occurrence of ascites was 47.80% and 36.96%. CONCLUSION: OB glue paste technique is easy to follow. | 17 | Numerical simulation of hydrodynamic environment effects of the reclamation project of Nanhui tidal flat in Yangtze Estuary显示文摘The reclamation is the main method in the coast exploitation, and the assessment of the hydrodynamic environment effect of the reclamation project is important for project's site selection and environmental protection. With consideration of the baroclinic water, a 3?D numerical model MIKE3 is applied to simulate Yangtze Estuary's hydrodynamic environment to predict the impacts of the reclamation project of the Nanhui tidal flat. The simulated results of the model agree well with the field data of the tide level, the current speed, the current direction, the temperature, the salinity and the water quality, and it is indicated that after the reclamation project, the high tide level will be lower, while the low tide level will be higher in the South Branch in general. During the spring tide in the dry season, the peak velocity during the ebb tide in the North Channel will be reduced by 13%, while it will be increased by 21% in the South Channel in average. The salinity will be increased in the North Channel, while reduced in the South Passage, besides, the reclamation project will aggravate the saltwater intrusion of the North Branch.
