| 1 | Ⅰ期癌症患者切除淋巴结内隐匿性微小转移癌灶的检查及其临床病理意义显示文摘目的 检查癌症患者切除淋巴结内有无微小癌转移 ,具有临床、病理重要性。方法 350例 期癌症患者包括非小细胞肺癌 94例 ,乳腺癌 112例 ,食管癌 115例及外阴癌 2 9例病理报告无癌转移的淋巴结 3715枚。应用单克隆抗细胞角蛋白 ( AE1/ AE3)、抗上皮细胞膜 ( EMA) ,及多克隆抗角蛋白抗体进行免疫组化染色重新检查。结果 所有病例的 32 .3% ( 113/ 350 )、被检淋巴结的 5.5%( 2 0 3/ 3715)有淋巴结内隐匿性肿瘤转移。肺癌患者及被检淋巴结的阳性率均比其他肿瘤高。肺鳞癌58%、腺癌 53.8%的淋巴结为阳性 ,分别比食管鳞癌 2 2 .5%、外阴鳞癌 10 .3%及乳腺癌 2 7.7%高 ( P<0 .0 5)。部分乳腺癌患者术后随访显示 :淋巴结阳性患者比阴性者预后更差 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 说明免疫组化技术可大大提高淋巴结微小癌转移的检出率 ,其阳性率的不同可能与患者的临床经过甚至癌患者的死亡率相关联。 | 陈朝伦 卢晓梅 黄绒 黎音 古丽娜尔 沈宝茵 A J Cochran D R Wen W F Coulson | 1997 | 中华肿瘤杂志1997,19,1: | 16 |
| 2 | Design and simulation of self-powered radio frequency identification (RFID) tags for mobile temperature monitoring显示文摘This paper presents a design for a self-powered radio frequency identification (RFID) tag with a thin film bulk acoustic reso- nating piezoelectric power supply (PPS), which can be used for portable remote temperature monitoring. We call this system a PPS-RFID for short. The RFID systems have been found to have many applications in the internet of things (IOT) in the past decade. But semi-active RFID tags require an onboard battery which limits their applications in many fields. For these reasons, our research focuses on power sources for the RFID tags. This paper emphasizes the circuit design and simulation of PPS. In our tests, 0.283 mW was generated by PPS at 1 Hz vibration by a 650 N impact force. The results showed that the integrated PPS could supply sufficient power for the designed PPS-RFID tag. | 5 | Progresses on SAR Remote Sensing of Tropical Forests:Forest Biomass Retrieval and Analysis of Changing Weather Conditions显示文摘This paper is intended to report on the progresses made during the Dragon-4 project Three and Four-Dimensional Topographic Measurement and Validation(ID:32278),sub-project Multi-baseline SAR Processing for 3 D/4 D Reconstruction(ID:322782).The work here reported focuses on two important aspects of SAR remote sensing of tropical forests,namely the retrieval of forest biomass and the assessment of effects due to changing weather conditions.Recent studies have shown that by using SAR tomography the backscattered power at 30 m layer above the ground is linearly correlated to the forest Above Ground Biomass(AGB).However,the two parameters that determine this linear relationship might vary for different tropical forest sites.For purpose of solving this problem,we investigate the possibility of using Li DAR derived AGB to help training the two parameters.Experimental results obtained by processing data from the Tropi SAR campaign support the feasibility of the proposed concept.This analysis is complemented by an assessment of the impact of changing weather conditions on tomographic imaging,for which we simulate BIOMASS repeat pass tomography using ground-based Tropi SCAT data with a revisit time of 3 days and rainy days included.The resulting backscattered power variation at 30 m is within 1.5 d B.For this forest site,this error is translated into an AGB error of about 50~80 t/hm^(2),which is 20%or less of forest AGB. | Stefano TEBALDINI Xinwei YANG Yu BAI Mauro Mariotti D’ALESSANDRO Mingsheng LIAO Wen YANG | 2021 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,1: | 2 |
| 6 | Characterization of spermidine hydroxycinnamoyl transferases from eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) and its wild relative Solanum richardii Dunal显示文摘Eggplant produces a variety of hydroxycinnamic acid amides(HCAAs)that have an important role in plant development and adaptation to environmental changes.In this study,we identified and characterized a spermidine hydroxycinnamoyl transferase(SHT)from eggplant(Solanum melongena)and its wild relative S.richardii,designated as SmSHT and SrSHT,respectively.SmSHT was abundant in flowers and fruits,whereas the level of SrSHT was remarkably low in all tissues.Heat-shock/drought treatment stimulated the expression of SmSHT in both leaves and fruits,indicating its involvement in plant stress response.Both SHT polypeptides had extremely high identity with just five amino-acid substitutions.Recombinant SmSHT catalyzed the synthesis of mono-,bi-and tri-acylated polyamines.Using caffeoyl-CoA as the acyl donor,SmSHT preferred spermidine as the acyl acceptor.When spermidine was the acyl acceptor,the donor preference order for SmSHT was caffeoyl-CoA>feruloyl-CoA>ρ-coumaroyl-CoA.SrSHT exhibited the same substrate specificity as SmSHT,yet exhibited significantly higher catalytic activity than SmSHT.For example,under caffeoyl-CoA and spermidine,Kcat of SrSHT was 37.3%higher than SmSHT.Molecular modeling suggests that five amino-acid substitutions in SrSHT result in four alterations in their predicted 3D structures.In particular,the conserved Lys402 adjacent to the DFGWG motif,and Cys200 in the crossover loop in SmSHT were replaced by Glu and Ser in SrSHT.These substitutions may contribute to the enhanced activity in SrSHT.Our study provides a platform to generate HCAA rich fruits for eggplant and other solanaceous crops. | Hui Peng Tianbao Yang Bruce D Whitaker Frances Trouth Lingfei Shangguan Wen Dong Wayne M Jurick | 2016 | Horticulture Research2016,3,1: | 2 |

| 17 | Fiber guiding at the Dirac frequency beyond photonic bandgaps显示文摘Light trapping within waveguides is a key practice of modern optics,both scientifically and technologically.Photonic crystal fibers traditionally rely on total internal reflection(index-guiding fibers)or a photonic bandgap(photonic-bandgap fibers)to achieve field confinement.Here,we report the discovery of a new light trapping within fibers by the so-called Dirac point of photonic band structures.Our analysis reveals that the Dirac point can establish suppression of radiation losses and consequently a novel guided mode for propagation in photonic crystal fibers.What is known as the Dirac point is a conical singularity of a photonic band structure where wave motion obeys the famous Dirac equation.We find the unexpected phenomenon of wave localization at this point beyond photonic bandgaps.This guiding relies on the Dirac point rather than total internal reflection or photonic bandgaps,thus providing a sort of advancement in conceptual understanding over the traditional fiber guiding.The result presented here demonstrates the discovery of a new type of photonic crystal fibers,with unique characteristics that could lead to new applications in fiber sensors and lasers.The Dirac equation is a special symbol of relativistic quantum mechanics.Because of the similarity between band structures of a solid and a photonic crystal,the discovery of the Dirac-point-induced wave trapping in photonic crystals could provide novel insights into many relativistic quantum effects of the transport phenomena of photons,phonons,and electrons. | Kang Xie Wei Zhang Allan D Boardman Haiming Jiang Zhijia Hu Yong Liu Ming Xie Qiuping Mao Lei Hu Qian Li Tianyu Yang Fei Wen Erlei Wang | 2015 | Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1: | 1 |
