| 2 | Simultaneous determination of ten taste and odor compounds in drinking water by solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry显示文摘Taste and odor(T&O)problems in drinking water frequently occur because of many compounds present in the water,of which trans-1,10-dimethyl-trans-9-decalol(geosmin)and 2-methylisoborneol(MIB)are well-known.In this study,a fast and efective method was established for simultaneous determination of 10 T&O compounds,including geosmin,MIB,2,4,6-trichloroanisole(TCA),2-methylbenzofuran,2-isopropyl-3-methoxypyrazine(IPMP),2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine(IBMP),cis-3-hexenyl acetate,trans,trans-2,4-heptadienal,trans,cis-2,6-nonadienal,and trans-2-decenal in water samples by headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.An orthogonal array experimental design was used to optimize the efects of SPME fiber,extraction temperature,stirring rate,NaCl content,extraction time,and desorption time.The limits of detection ranged from 0.1 to 73 ng/L were lower than or close to the odor threshold concentrations(OTCs).All the 10 T&O compounds were detected in the 14 water samples including surface water,treatment process water and tap water,taken from a waterworks in Lianyungang City,China.MIB and geosmin were detected in most samples at low concentration.Six T&O compounds(IPMP,IBMP,trans,cis-2,6-nonadienal,2-methylbenzofuran,trans-2-decenal,and TCA)were efectively decreased in water treatment process(sedimentation and filtration)that is diferent from cis-3-hexenyl acetate,MIB and geosmin.It is noted that the TCA concentrations at 15.9–122.3 ng/L and the trans,cis-2,6-nonadienal concentrations at 79.9–190.1 ng/L were over 10 times higher than their OTCs in tap water.The variation of the analytes in the all water samples,especially distribution system indicated that distribution system cannot be ignored as a T&O compounds source. | Xichao Chen Qian Luo Shengguang Yuan Zi Wei Hanwen Song Donghong Wang Zijian Wang | 2013 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,11: | 21 |

| 4 | Effect of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats显示文摘OBJEVTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Cyclocarya paliurus(C.paliurus)polysaccharides on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats.METHODS:Rats were divided into 6 groups,including group of normal control,group of diabetic control,group of metformin treatment,low-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,middle-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment and high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment.Histological analysis of kidney was analyzed using hematoxilin and eosin.Levels of blood glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid were determined by spectrophotometry.Anti-oxidative enzymes were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Advanced glycation end products(AGEs)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)level was measured by ELISA.RESULTS:Abnormal changes were observed in the group of diabetic control characterized by atrophy of the renal glomeruli with hypercellularity,congestion of glomerular tufts,dilation of the renal spaces,and degeneration of renal tubule.Compared with that of normal group,blood glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid level was significantly increased in the group of diabetic control.Superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase level was significantly decreased,but AGEs and TGF-β1 level was significantly increased.By contrast,administration of C.paliurus polysaccharides and metformin could reverse the above-mentioned results of the group of diabetic control,especially in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides.CONCLUSION:Our findings suggest that C.paliurus polysaccharides may play a protecting role for nephropathy of diabetic rats by lowering glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid level,enhancing the antioxidative ability,and reducing AGEs and TGF-β1 expression. | Xia Xichao Mao Dongxue Dai Hongmei Wu Xi Zhang Zuyuan Wang Huaying Zhou Wenwen Dong Yanmei Wang Mengqi Li Yuan Shao Xiangyang Ouyang Jingfeng | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6: | 9 |

| 6 | Optimal 3D deformation measuring in inclined geosynchronous orbit SAR differential interferometry显示文摘Three dimensional(3D) deformation can be obtained by using differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar(D-In SAR) technique with the cross-heading tracks data of low earth orbit(LEO) SAR. However,this method has drawbacks of the low temporal sampling rate and the limited area and accuracy for 3D deformation retrieval. To address the aforementioned problems, by virtue of a geosynchronous(GEO) SAR platform,this paper firstly demonstrates the expressions of 3D deformation and the corresponding errors in GEO SAR multi-angle processing. An optimal multi-angle data selection method based on minimizing position dilution of precision(PDOP) is proposed to obtain a good 3D deformation retrieval accuracy. Moreover, neural network is utilized for analyzing the accuracy of the retrieved 3D deformation under different orbit configurations and geo-locations. Real-time signal and information processor is an important module for real-time positioning, imaging, detection and recognition of targets. With the development of ultra-wideband technology, synthetic aperture technology, signal and information processing technology, the radar coverage, detection accuracy and resolution have been greatly improved, especially in terms of one-dimensional(1D) high-resolution radar detection, tracking, recognition, and two-dimensional(2D) synthetic aperture radar imaging technology. Meanwhile, for the application of radar detection and remote sensing with high resolution and wide swath, the amount of data has been greatly increased. Therefore, the radar is required to have low-latency and real-time processing capability under the constraints of size, weight and power consumption. This paper systematically introduces the new technology of high resolution radar and real-time signal and information processing. The key problems and solutions are discussed, including the detection and tracking of 1D high-resolution radar, the accurate signal modeling and wide-swath imaging for geosynchronous orbit synthetic aperture radar, and real-time signal and information processing architecture and efficient algorithms. | 9 | The Epidemiological Characteristics of Pulmonary Tuberculosis——Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China,2011-2020显示文摘Introduction:National Notifiable Disease Reporting System(NNDRS)plays an important role in the early detection and control of tuberculosis(TB)in China.This study analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB)in Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autnomous Region,China from 2011 to 2020 to provide a scientific basis for developing TB control strategies and measures in Kashgar.Methods:The data were collected from the NNDRS,which included the geographical distribution,age,sex,occupation,and pathogenic classification of reported PTB cases in 12 counties/cities of Kashgar Prefecture from 2011 to 2020.Descriptive statistics were used to describe the characteristic of PTB epidemic in Kashgar.Results:There were 189,416 PTB cases reported during 2011–2020,with a mean annual PTB case notification rate(CNR)of 451.29/100,000.A rising trend in the rate of reported PTB between 2011 and 2017(χ2 trend=26.09,P<0.01)and a declining trend between 2018 and 2020(χ2 trend=314.44,P<0.01)were observed.The months with the highest reported number of PTB cases were March to May and November to December.The mean annual rate of reported PTB was 451.88/100,000 for males and 450.67/100,000 for females.In addition,19.76%of patients were bacteriologically-confirmed(Bac+)cases(37,425/189,416),and the mean annual Bac+CNR was 89.17/100,000,rising from 64.76/100,000 in 2011 to 139.12/100,000 in 2020(χ^(2)_(trend)=74.44,P<0.01).Conclusions:The CNR of reported PTB in Kashgar showed a significant declining trend in the past three years.Males,elderly population,winter and spring,and farmers as an occupation were the main factors associated with high incidence of tuberculosis in Kashgar.Targeted prevention and treatment of TB should be strengthened in key groups in this region. | Diermulati Tusun Maiweilanjiang Abulimiti Xirizhati Mamuti Zhenjiang Liu Da Xu Guanzhen Li Xiaowang Peng Tuerhong Abudureyimu Lijie Zhang Yanlin Zhao Xichao Ou | 2021 | China CDC weekly2021,3,26: | 6 |

Wound contractions in days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 21 were calculated by an image analyzer. Histological analysis was analyzed using hematoxilin and eosin.Levels of tumor necrosis factor-2(IL-2), IL-4, IL-10, transformαin(TNF-g growα), interleukinth factor-1(TGF-nd basic fibroblast growth factor(bFββ1) a-GF) were determined by real-time quantitative PCR.RESULTS: Compared with that of YNB group and APE gtoup, the skin of rats showed poor re-modeling and re-epithelization characterized by a significant decrease of neovascularization, epithelialization and fibroblast in the model group. | 14 | First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). | 16 | Role of Eclipta prostrata extract in improving spatial learning and memory deficits in D-galactose-induced aging in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of Eclipta prostrata (E. prostrata) extract in improving spatial learning and memory deficits in D-galactose-induced aging in rats. METHODS: Rats were divided into five groups, with 10 animals in each group. Aging rats were produced by treatment with 100 mg·kg-1·d-1 of D-galactose for 6 weeks. Rats in the E. prostrata treatment groups received an aqueous extract of E. prostrata orally at a concentration of 50, 100, or 200 mg·kg-1· d-1 for 3 weeks. Animals in both the normal and model groups were treated with similar volumes of saline. Spatial memory performance was measured using the Morris water maze. The mRNA levels and enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and glutathione reductase (GR) were analyzed using real- time quantitative PCR and spectrophotometry,respectively. The levels of induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), nitric oxide (NO), dopamine (DA), norepinephrine (NE), and serotonin (5-HT) were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, rats in the D-galactose-treated model group exhibited significant memory loss. There was severe damage to the hippocampal CA1 area, and expression levels of SOD, CAT, GPx, and GR were significantly decreased in the model group compared with the normal group. In the model group, levels of iNOS and NO were significantly increased compared with the normal group. However, treatment with E. prostrata extract reversed the conditions caused by D-galactose- induced aging, especially in the groups with higher treatment concentrations. Compared with the normal group, the levels of DA, NE, and 5-HT were significantly lower in the D-galactose-treated model group. In the E. prostrata extract-treated groups, however, there was a dose-dependent upregulation of DA, NE, and 5-HT expression. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that administration of E. prostrata extract can result in an improvement in the learning and memory impairments that are induced by D-galactose treatment in rats. | 17 | Antioxidative and immunological effects of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on the spleen injury of diabetic rats显示文摘OBJEVTIVE:To investigate the effects of Cyclocarya paliurus(C.paliurus)polysaccharides on the spleen injury of diabetic rats.METHODS:Animals were divided into 6 groups,including normal group,model group,control group,low-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,middle-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment and high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment.Histological analysis of spleen was analyzed using hematoxilin and eosin.Levels of biological parameters and anti-oxidative enzymes were determined by spectrophotometry.Interleukin-7(IL-7)and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Compared with that of model group,superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase level increased 78.63%(P<0.05),51.76%(P<0.05),2.95 times(P<0.01)and 41.11%(P<0.05)in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,respectively.IL-7 and IL-10 increase 1.66(P<0.01)and 1.21 times(P<0.01)in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,respectively.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that C.paliurus polysaccharides may play a protecting role for spleen injury of diabetic rats by enhancing the antioxidative ability and evaluating the immunity. | XIA Xichao LI Bin QIU Ju TIAN Gang CHEN Changdong LA Ming ZHANG Ke QI Jinxu LI Yanyan GAO Huashan SHAO Xiangyang SU Congying WANG Mengqi OUYANG Jingfeng | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5: | 2 |

| 19 | Effects of High Temperature Oxidation on Mechanical Properties of Ti_3AlC_2显示文摘The oxidation tests of Ti_3AlC_2 were conducted at 1100 and 1200?C in air for 48 and 360 h, respectively,and the effects of high temperature oxidation on the flexural strength and hardness of Ti_3AlC_2 were investigated. The microstructure, grain size and phase compositions of Ti_3AlC_2 substrate didn't change after oxidation, hence the oxide removed Ti_3AlC_2 substrate maintained its initial flexural strength and hardness. However, the flexural strength of oxide retained Ti_3AlC_2 decreased by about 5%. Acoustic emission monitoring indicated that during the process of three-point bending test, the formed Al_2O_3 scale on Ti_3AlC_2 surface fractured firstly in a cleavage manner, then the substrate/oxide interface cracked,and finally the Ti_3AlC_2 substrate fractured. The mechanical degradation was caused by the preferential formation of cracks in brittle Al_2O_3 scale as well as at defective and lacunose grain boundaries of the substrate where stress concentration generated. The mechanical degradation was insensitive to oxidation temperature and time in the present conditions. | 20 | AIMP1 promotes multiple myeloma malignancy through interacting with ANP32A to mediate histone H3 acetylation显示文摘Background:Multiple myeloma(MM)is the second most common hematological malignancy.An overwhelming majority of patients with MM progress to serious osteolytic bone disease.Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase-interacting multifunctional protein 1(AIMP1)participates in several steps during cancer development and osteoclast differentiation.This study aimed to explore its role in MM.Methods:The gene expression profiling cohorts of MM were applied to determine the expression of AIMP1 and its association with MM patient prognosis.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunohistochemistry,and Western blotting were used to detect AIMP1 expression.Protein chip analysis,RNA-sequencing,and chromatin immunoprecipitation and next-generation sequencing were employed to screen the interacting proteins and key downstream targets of AIMP1.The impact of AIMP1 on cellular proliferation was determined using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay in vitro and a xenograft model in vivo.Bone lesions were evaluated using tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase staining in vitro.A NOD/SCID-TIBIA mouse model was used to evaluate the effect of siAIMP1-loaded exosomes on bone lesion formation in vivo.Results:AIMP1 expression was increased in MM patients and strongly associated with unfavorable outcomes.Increased AIMP1 expression promoted MM cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo via activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway.Protein chip assays and subsequent experiments revealed that AIMP1 interacted with acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A(ANP32A)to regulate histone H3 acetylation.In addition,AIMP1 increased histone H3 acetylation enrichment function of GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK protein 2(GAREM2)to increase the phosphorylation of extracellular-regulated kinase 1/2(p-ERK1/2).Furthermore,AIMP1 promoted osteoclast differentiation by activating nuclear factor of activated T cells c1(NFATc1)in vitro.In contrast,exosome-coated small interfering RNA of AIMP1 effectively suppressed MM progression and osteoclast differentiation in vitro and in vivo.Conclusions:Our data demonstrate that AIMP1 is a novel regulator of histone H3 acetylation interacting with ANP32A in MM,which accelerates MM malignancy via activation of the MAPK signaling pathway. | Rongfang Wei Yan Zhu Yuanjiao Zhang Wene Zhao Xichao Yu Ling Wang Chunyan Gu Xiaosong Gu Ye Yang | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,11: | 2 |
