1新加坡最大回用水处理厂污水短程硝化厌氧氨氧化脱氮工艺显示文摘总结了新加坡樟宜回用水处理厂4次采样的结果,该厂日处理城市污水80万t.在好氧区很好地实现了部分硝化和亚硝酸盐积累,其中好氧氨氧化率平均为72.2%,亚硝酸盐积累率平均为76.0%.在缺氧区氨氮和亚硝酸盐得到了同步去除(厌氧氨氧化).物料衡算结果表明:初沉池的出水总氮的37.5%是通过自养脱氮去除,27.1%是通过传统的硝化/反硝化脱氮去除,其余部分总氮则存在于活性污泥和出水中.微生物和动力学研究表明:短悬浮或游离的厌氧氨氧化菌可存在于污泥龄较短的污水处理系统.最后从出水氮质量浓度、pH、碱度、曝气能耗及反应器容积等方面,将樟宜回用水处理厂的分段进水活性污泥法工艺与新加坡其他3个回用水处理厂的MEL/LE工艺进行了对比分析.Cao Yeshi Kwok Bee Hong Yan Zhou Yu Liu He Jianzhong Chua Seng Chye Wah Yuen Long Yahya Ghani 2015北京工业大学学报2015,41,10:32
2Emergency cholecystectomy vs percutaneous cholecystostomy plus delayed cholecystectomy for patients with acute cholecystitis显示文摘BACKGROUND: In low-risk patients with acute cholecystitis who did not respond to nonoperative treatment, we prospectively compared treatment with emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy or percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy followed by delayed cholecystectomy.METHODS: In 91 patients(American Society of Anesthesiologists class I or II) who had symptoms of acute cholecystitis ≥72 hours at hospital admission and who did not respond to nonoperative treatment(48 hours), 48 patients were treated with emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy and 43 patients were treated with delayed cholecystectomy at ≥4 weeks after insertion of a percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy catheter. After initial treatment, the patients were followed up for 23 months on average(range 7-29).RESULT: Compared with the patients who had emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the patients who were treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy and delayed cholecystectomy had a lower frequency of conversion to open surgery [19(40%) vs 8(19%); P=0.029], a frequency of intraoperative bleeding ≥100 mL [16(33%) vs 4(9%); P=0.006],a mean postoperative hospital stay(5.3±3.3 vs 3.0±2.4 days;P=0.001), and a frequency of complications [17(35%) vs 4(9%);P=0.003].CONCLUSION: In patients with acute cholecystitis who presented to the hospital ≥72 hours after symptom onset and did not respond to nonoperative treatment for 48 hours, percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy with delayed laparoscopic cholecystectomy produced better outcomes and fewer complications than emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Feza Y Karakayali Aydincan Akdur Mahir Kirnap Ali Harman Yahya Ekici G?han Moray 2014Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2014,13,3:20

4Kinetic adsorption of application of carbon nanotubes for Pb(Ⅱ) removal from aqueous solution显示文摘The capability of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to adsorb lead (Pb) in aqueous solution was investigated. Batch mode adsorption experiment was conducted to determine the effects of pH, agitation speed, CNTs dosage and contact time. The removal of Pb(Ⅱ) reached maximum value 85% or 83% at pH 5 or 40 mg/L of CNTs, respectively. Higher correlation coeffcients from Langmuir isotherm model indicates the strong adsorptions of Pb(Ⅱ) on the surface of CNTs (adsorption capacity Xm = 102.04 mg/g). 5Real time endoscopic ultrasound elastography and strain ratio in the diagnosis of solid pancreatic lesions显示文摘AIM To evaluate the accuracy of the elastography score combined to the strain ratio in the diagnosis of solid pancreatic lesions(SPL). METHODS A total of 172 patients with SPL identified by endoscopic ultrasound were enrolled in the study to evaluate the efficacy of elastography and strain ratio in differentiating malignant from benign lesions. The semi quantitative score of elastography was represented by the strain ratio method. Two areas were selected, area(A) representing the region of interest and area(B) representing the normal area. Area(B) was then divided by area(A). Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value(PPV), negative predictive value(NPV), and accuracy were calculated by comparing diagnoses made by elastography, strain ratio and final diagnoses.RESULTS SPL were shown to be benign in 49 patients and malignant in 123 patients. Elastography alone had a sensitivity of 99%, a specificity of 63%, and an accuracy of 88%, a PPV of 87% and an NPV of 96%. The best cut-off level of strain ratio to obtain the maximal area under the curve was 7.8 with a sensitivity of 92%, specificity of 77%, PPV of 91%, NPV of 80% and an accuracy of 88%. Another estimated cut off strain ratio level of 3.8 had a higher sensitivity of 99% and NPV of 96%, but with less specificity, PPV and accuracy 53%, 84% and 86%, respectively. Adding both elastography to strain ratio resulted in a sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 77%, PPV of 91%, NPV of 95% and accuracy of 92% for the diagnosis of SPL. 6Modeling and experimental validation of heat transfer and energy consumption in an innovative greenhouse structure显示文摘The commercial greenhouse is one of the most effective cultivation methods with a yield per cultivated area up to 10 times more than free land cultivation but the use of fossil fuels in this production field is very high.The objectives of this paper are to modeling and experimental evaluation of heat and mass transfer functions in an innovative solar greenhouse with thermal screen.For this propose,a semi-solar greenhouse was designed and constructed at the North-West of Iran in Azerbaijan Province(38100N and 46180E with elevation of 1364 m above the sea level).The inside environment factors include inside air temperature below screen(Ta),inside air temperature above screen(Tas),crop temperature(Tc),inside soil temperature(Ts),cover temperature(Tri)and thermal screen temperature(Tsc)were collected as the experimental data samples.The dynamic heat and mass transfer model used to estimate the temperature in six different points of the semi-solar greenhouse with initial values and consider the crop evapotranspiration.The results showed that dynamic model can predict the inside temperatures in four different points(Ta,Tc,Tri,Ts)with MAPE,RMSE and EF about 5-7%,1-2℃ and 80-91%for greenhouse without thermal screen and about 3-7%,0.6-1.8C and 89-96%for six different points of greenhouse with thermal screen(Ta,Tc,Tri,Ts,Tas,Tsc),respectively.The results of using thermal screen at night(12 h)in autumn showed that this method can decrease the use of fossil fuels up to 58%and so decrease the final cost and air pollution.This movable insulation caused about 15℃ difference between outside and inside air temperature and also made about 6℃ difference between Ta and Tas.The experimental results showed that inside thermal screen can decrease the crop temperature fluctuation at night.Morteza Taki Yahya Ajabshirchi Seyed Faramarz Ranjbar Abbas Rohani Mansour Matloobi 2016Information Processing in Agriculture2016,3,3:10

9Cerebral sinus thrombosis in patients with inflammatory bowel disease: A case report显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an idiopathic inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract. The pathophysiology of IBD is probably the result of the complex interaction of genetic susceptibility and environmental influences. There is a well-known risk of thrombosis in patients with IBD. We present the case of a 53-year-old man with ulcerative colitis, who spontaneously developed intracranial sinus thrombosis that was treated with low molecular weight heparin. 10颈静脉孔区肿瘤40例显微手术临床分析显示文摘目的 报道颈静脉孔区肿瘤显微手术的临床疗效. 方法 回顾性分析2000年7月-2012年7月我院收治的40例颈静脉孔区肿瘤患者的临床和随访资料,探讨颈静脉孔区肿瘤的手术入路、显微手术技巧及并发症的防治. 结果 肿瘤切除率:35例(87.5%)全切除、2例(5%)次全切除、3例(7.5%)大部分切除;住院时间12~200 d,平均49.53 d;并发症:脑神经受损15例(37.5%)、皮下积液2例(5.0%)、脑脊液漏3例(7.5%);随访6 ~ 96个月期间无死亡病例.1例次全切除的腮腺腺癌患者术后行放疗,1例脊索瘤术后13个月复发、行质子刀治疗3个月后病灶消失.其余病例均未见肿瘤复发.术后1个月KPS评分超过60分30例,超过80分28例.术后3个月KPS评分超过70分40例,超过80分32例.术后12个月KPS评分超过80分40例. 结论 颈静脉孔区肿瘤手术困难、术后并发症较高,显微手术切除是颈静脉孔区肿瘤的首选治疗方法.经颈静脉孔入路,显露充分,有利于全切除肿瘤.仔细的术前神经功能评估,合理的术前规划和手术入路,精准的显微外科技术及术后早期积极的神经功能康复训练是减少和降低术后神经损伤等并发症的关键。Yahya Humaid 黄正松 杨李轩 张弩 2015中华显微外科杂志2015,38,2:6

12Arterial complication of irreversible electroporation procedure for locally advanced pancreatic cancer显示文摘Irreversible electroporation(IRE) is a non-thermal ablation technique used especially in locally advanced pancreatic carcinomas that are considered surgically unresectable.We present the first case of acute superior mesenteric artery(SMA) occlusion secondary to pancreatic IRE procedure that has not been reported before in the literature.A 66-year-old man underwent neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.IRE procedure was applied to the patient during laparotomy under general anesthesia.After finishing the procedure,an acute intestinal ischemia was detected.A conventional vascular angiography was performed and a metallic stent was successfully placed to the SMA and blood flow was maintained.It is important to be careful in such cases of tumor involvement of SMA when evaluating for IRE procedure of pancreatic tumor.Yahya Ekici Tugan Tezcaner Hüseyin Onur Aydin Fatih Boyvat G?khan Moray 2016World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2016,8,10:5
13费托合成反应中纳米铁催化剂上La和Ba助剂的协同效应(英文)显示文摘Effect of promoters such as Barium and Lanthanum has been investigated on the conventional nanostructured iron catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS). The nanosized iron-based catalysts were prepared by a microemulsion method with the general formulation of 100Fe/4Cu, 100Fe/4Cu/2La, 100Fe/4Cu/ 1La/1Ba, and 100Fe/4Cu/2Ba. The phase, structure, and morphology of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, transmission electron microscopy, temperature-programmed desorption of CO2, and temperature- programmed reduction. The results indicated that the addition of promoters could improve the activity of Fe catalysts for FTS and WGS (water-gas shift reaction) and lower the gas fraction at the outlet. 15Uncommon presentation of a common disease-Bouveret's syndrome:A case report and systematic literature review显示文摘AIM To investigate and summarise the current evidence surrounding management of Bouveret's syndrome(BS).METHODS A MEDLINE search was performed for the BS. The search was conducted independently by two clinicians(Yahya ALHabbal and Matthew Ng) in April 2016. A case of BS is also described.RESULTS A total of 315 articles, published from 1967 to 2016, were found. For a clinically meaningful clinical review, articles published before 01/01/1990 and were excluded, leaving 235 unique articles to review. Twenty-seven articles were not available(neither by direct communication nor through inter-library transfer). These were also excluded. The final number of articles reviewed was 208. There were 161 case reports, 13 reviews, 23 images(radiological and clinical images), and 11 letters to editor. Female to male ratio was 1.82. Mean age was 74 years. Treatment modalities included laparotomy in the majority of cases, laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic surgery and shockwave lithotripsy.CONCLUSION There is limited evidence in the literature about the appropriate approach. 18A Sensorless State Estimation for A Safety-Oriented Cyber-Physical System in Urban Driving:Deep Learning Approach显示文摘In today's modern electric vehicles,enhancing the safety-critical cyber-physical system(CPS)'s performance is necessary for the safe maneuverability of the vehicle.As a typical CPS,the braking system is crucial for the vehicle design and safe control.However,precise state estimation of the brake pressure is desired to perform safe driving with a high degree of autonomy.In this paper,a sensorless state estimation technique of the vehicle's brake pressure is developed using a deep-learning approach.A deep neural network(DNN)is structured and trained using deep-learning training techniques,such as,dropout and rectified units.These techniques are utilized to obtain more accurate model for brake pressure state estimation applications.The proposed model is trained using real experimental training data which were collected via conducting real vehicle testing.The vehicle was attached to a chassis dynamometer while the brake pressure data were collected under random driving cycles.Based on these experimental data,the DNN is trained and the performance of the proposed state estimation approach is validated accordingly.The results demonstrate high-accuracy brake pressure state estimation with RMSE of 0.048 MPa.Mohammad Al-Sharman David Murdoch Dongpu Cao Chen Lv Yahya Zweiri Derek Rayside William Melek 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,1:3
19Deactivation studies of bifunctional Fe-HZSM5 catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch process显示文摘A physical mixture of alkali-promoted iron catalyst with binder based on Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and an acidic co-catalyst (HZSM5) for syngas conversion to hydrocarbons was studied in a fixed bed micro reactor. Deactivation data were obtained during the synthesis over a 1400 h period. The deactivation studies on iron catalyst showed that this trend followed the phase transformation Fe2.2C ( ε′) → Fe5C2 (χ) → Fe3C (θ), and the final predominant phase of the catalyst was Fe3C (θ). Deactivation of zeolite component in bifunctional catalyst may be caused by coking over the zeolitic component, dealumination of zeolite crystals, and migration of alkali promoters from iron catalyst under synthesis conditions. 20Effects of Pits and Mounds Following Windthrow Events on Soil Features and Greenhouse Gas Fluxes in a Temperate Forest显示文摘Pit and mound micro-relief(resultant microsites from trees uprooted by windthrow) could have regimes of microclimate and soil features that differ from areas of undisturbed soil. In an attempt to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the significance of pits and mounds on soil features and also the dynamics of greenhouse gas(GHG) fluxes at local scale, this study was carried out in a reserved area of Darabkola forest in Mazandaran Province, northern Iran. The age of a pit and mound was considered equal to the degree of decay of the blown down tree. Three microsites were distinguished, consisting of pit bottom(PB), mound top(MT) and undisturbed area(UA). Soil samples were taken at 0–15 and 15–30 cm depths from all microsites and analysed for soil physical, chemical and biological features. Our findings suggested that in context of forest ecology, pits and mounds following windthrow events should be considered as an effective factor influencing soil features(i.e., density, texture, water content, p H, organic C, total N, available nutrients and earthworm density/biomass) and especially GHG fluxes. Results showed that MT acted as a sink for N2O(-0.010 mg N2 O m-2d-1) and CH4(-0.257 mg CH4m-2d-1) fluxes and also produced lower CO2 concentrations(0.095 mg CO2 m-2d-1) than PB(0.207 mg CO2 m-2d-1) and UA(0.098 mg CO2 m-2d-1).
