1Effect of carbon source on the denitrification in constructed wetlands显示文摘The ability of constructed wetlands with different plants in nitrate removal were investigated. The factors promoting the rates of denitrification including organic carbon, nitrate load, plants in wetlands, pH and water temperature in field were systematically investigated. The results showed that the additional carbon source (glucose) can remarkably improve the nitrate removal ability of the constructed wetland. It demonstrated that the nitrate removal rate can increase from 20% to more than 50% in summer and from 10% to 30% in winter, when the nitrate concentration was 30–40 mg/L, the retention time was 24 h and 25 mg/L dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was ploughed into the constructed wetland. However, the nitrite in the constructed wetland accumulated a little with the supply of the additional carbon source in summer and winter, and it increased from 0.15 to 2 mg/L in the effuent. It was also found that the abilities of plant in adjusting pH and temperature can result in an increase of denitrification in wetlands. 3Tongue coating microbiome as a potential biomarker for gastritis including precancerous cascade显示文摘The development of gastritis is associated with an increased risk of gastric cancer. Current invasive gastritis diagnostic methods are not suitable for monitoring progressIn this work based on 78 gastritis patients and 50 healthy individuals, we observed that the variation of tongue-coating microbiota was associated with the occurrenee and development of gastritis. Twenty-one microbial species were identified for differentiating tongue-coating microbiomes of gastritis and healthy individuals. Pathways such as microbial metabolism in diverse environments, biosynthesis of antibiotics and bacterial chemotaxis were up-regulated in gastritis patients. The abundance of Campylobacter concisus was found associated with the gastric precancerous cascade. Furthermore, Campylobacter concisus could be detected in tongue coating and gastric fluid in a validation cohort containing 38 gastritis patients. 4Petrogenesis of Late Cretaceous Jiangla'angzong I-Type Granite in Central Lhasa Terrane, Tibet, China: Constraints from Whole-Rock Geochemistry, Zircon U-Pb Geochronology, and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf Isotopes显示文摘The Jiangla'angzong granite in the northern part of the Central Lhasa Terrane is composed of syenogranite and adamellite. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb analyses suggest that syenogranite has a weighted mean ^(206) Pb/^(238) U age of 86±1 Ma(mean square weighted deviation=0.37), which is in accordance with the muscovite Ar-Ar age(85±1 Ma) of Cu-Au ore-bearing skarns and the zircon U-Pb age(84±1 Ma) of adamellite. This suggests that the Jiangla'angzong magmatism and Cu–Au mineralization events took place during the Late Cretaceous. The granite contains hornblende, biotite, and pyroxene, and does not contain Al-bearing minerals, such as muscovite, cordierite, and garnet. It has high contents of SiO_2(65.10–70.91 wt%), K_2O(3.44–5.17 wt%), and total K_2O+Na_2O(7.13–8.15 wt%), and moderate contents of A_(12)O_3(14.14–16.45 wt%) and CaO(2.33–4.11 wt%), with a Reitman index(σ43) of 2.18 to 2.33, and A/CNK values of 0.88 to 1.02. The P_2O_5 contents show a negative correlation with SiO_2, whereas Pb contents show a positive correlation with SiO_2. Th and Y contents are relatively low and show a negative correlation with the Rb contents. These characteristics suggest that the Jiangla'angzong granite is a high K calc–alkaline metaluminous I–type granite. It is enriched in light rare earth elements(LREE) and large ion lithofile elements(LILE), and depleted in heavy rare earth elements(HREE) and high field strength elements(HFSE), with LREE/HREE ratios of 11.7 to 18.1. The granite has negative Eu anomalies of 0.58 to 0.94 without obvious Ce anomalies(δCe=1.00–1.04). The relatively low initial 87 Sr/86 Sr ratios of 0.7106 to 0.7179, positive εHf(t) values of 1.0 to 4.1, and two-stage Hf model ages(TDM2) ranging from 889 Ma to 1082 Ma, These geochemical features indicate that the granite derived from a juvenile crust. The(^(143) Nd/^(144) Nd)_t values from the Jiangla'angzong granite range from 0.5121 to 0.5123, its εNd(t) values range from-10.17 to-6.10, its(^(206) Pb/^(204) Pb)_t values range from 18.683 to 18.746, its(^(207) Pb/^(204) Pb)_t values range from 15.695 to 15.700, and its(^(208) Pb/^(204) Pb)_t values range from 39.012 to 39.071. These data indicate that the granite was formed by melting of the upper crust with the addition of some mantle materials. 6Comparative Analysis of Influence Factors on Arable Land Use Intensity at Farm Household Level:A Case Study Comparing Suyu District of Suqian City and Taixing City,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘Using data from the farm household survey conducted in 2009,arable land use intensity(ALUI)and its influence factors at farm household level were investigated by the Tobit model.Suyu District of Suqian City and Taixing City of Jiansu Province,China were chosen as the regions for comparison.The results show that:1)On the average, the ALUI,labor intensity,yield-increasing input,and labor-saving input are 15 238.14 yuan(RMB)/ha,192 d/ha, 7233.01 yuan/ha,and 2451.32 yuan/ha in the less economically developed Suyu District,and 13 020.65 yuan/ha,181 d/ha,5871.82 yuan/ha,and 2625.97 yuan/ha in more economically developed Taixing City.The figures indicate that Suyu District has higher ALUI and labor intensity input but lower labor-saving input.2)Comparing all the influence factors,the total arable land area in available and average plot size have bigger effects on arable land intensive use;to a small degree,family′s non-farm income affects labor intensity,yield-increasing input,and labor-saving input;the yield-increasing input decreases significantly when the householder has higher education attainment;the commercialization rates of agricultural products and the planting proportion of cash crops both have unstable influence on ALUI; the share of arable land rented in has few impacts on labor intensity,yield-increasing input,and labor-saving input. 3)There are no differences found in the internal impact mechanism of influence factors on the arable land intensive use behaviors of farm households.However,there are conspicuous disparities in the impact degrees and statistical significance based on varying economic levels.4)Using the results as bases,this study proposes that the government should implement land management and agricultural policies according to local condition.And these policies should decrease land fragmentation to promote scale management of land and arable land use intensification.LU Xiao HUANG Xianjin ZHONG Taiyang ZHAO Xiaofeng CHEN Yingxue GUO Shuiqiong 2012Chinese Geographical Science2012,22,5:14
7Effect of stimulating acupoint Guanyuan(CV 4) on lower back pain by burning moxa heat for different time lengths: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of different heat-stimulating time lengths on lower back pain.METHODS: Forty participants were randomly assigned to four groups of various heating time lengths. The short heating time length group(SL),moderate heating time length group(ML), and long heating time length group(LL) respectively received 15, 30, and 60 min of moxibustion therapy stimulating the acupoint Guanyuan(CV 4). The conventional acupuncture group(CA) received needle acupuncture treatment as a control group. The participants were treated continuously over a 2-week treatment period for a total of 10 sessions, with five sessions given per week. Participants were assessed weekly by blinded assessors, using the visual analogue scale(VAS) and Roland Morris Questionnaire(RMQ).RESULTS: The VAS and RMQ scores reduced in all four groups during treatment. There were significant differences in VAS scores(P < 0.01) and RMQ scores(P < 0.01) between before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment in the LL group. 8Short Texts Classification Through Reference Document Expansion显示文摘With the rapid development of information technology, short texts arising from socialized human interaction are gradually predominant in network information streams. Accelerating demands are requiring the industry to provide more effective classification of the brief texts.However, faced with short text documents, each of which contains only a few words, traditional document classification models run into difficulty. Aggressive documents expansion works remarkably well for many cases but suffers from the assumption of independent, identically distributed observations. We formalize a view of classification using Bayesian decision theory, treat each short text as observations from a probabilistic model, called a statistical language model, and encode classification preferences with a loss function defined by the language models and the external reference document. According to Vapnik's methods of Structural risk minimization(SRM), the optimal classification action is the one that minimizes the structural risk, which provides a result that allows one to trade off errors on the training sample against improved generalization performance. We conduct experiments by using several corpora of microblog-like data, and analyze the experimental results. 9EFFECTS OF POLISHING PARAMETERS ON MATERIAL REMOVAL FOR CURVED OPTICAL GLASSES IN BONNET POLISHING显示文摘The paper firstly analyzes the influence factor on material removal rate of curved optical work-pieces in the bonnet polishing.Then the experiments are conducted to reveal the effects of several polishing parameters on the material removal rate when the spherical optical glasses are polished with different curvature radius,such as the decrement of the bonnet,the rotational speed of the bonnet and the curvature radius of the work-piece's surface using a bonnet trial-manufacturing machine developed by our assignment groups.In the end,the curvilinear relationships between these parameters and the material removal rate are acquired and the laws of the effects on material removal rate in bonnet polishing by several parameters are given.When the spherical-pieces are polished with smaller curvature radius,it is not proportional to either bonnet decrement or bonnet rotational speed as described by the Preston equation although the removal rate increases as the relative velocity or the applied pressure increases.Therefore,for the purpose of calculating more accurately the material removal of the spherical work-pieces,the Preston equation should be modified and studied further.SONG Jianfeng YAO Yingxue XIE Dagang GAO Bo YUAN Zhejun 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,5:10
10Performance Evaluation for Medium Voltage MIMO-OFDM Power Line Communication System显示文摘Power line communication(PLC)provides intelligent electrical functions such as power quality measurement,fault surveys,and remote control of electrical network.Most of research works have been done in low voltage(LV)scenario due to the fast development of in-home PLC.The aim of this paper is to evaluate the link-level performance of a medium voltage(MV)MIMO-OFDM communication system based on transmission link under underground power line channel.The MIMO channel is modeled as a modified multipath model in the presence of impulsive noise and background noise.We first perform a measurement on the practical MV MIMO channel parameters for a section of buried cable of 1 km long in Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province,China.Based on the measured channel,we design the frame structure based on an IEEE standard for broadband over power line networks[1]to support MV MIMO-OFDM transmission.According to designed frame structure,we design an encoder and a decoder for a dual binary tail-biting turbo code and optimize some key decoder parameters for low bit error rate performance.Finally,the link-level performance for both spatial multiplexing and spatial diversity are evaluated.Numeral results show that MV MIMO-OFDM is a promising approach to provide both high data rate and link reliability for PLC.Yingxue Li Min Zhang Wenguang Zhu Mengyuan Cheng Cheng Zhou Yongpeng Wu 2020China Communications2020,17,1:10
11An Algorithm Based on Markov Chain to Improve Edge Cache Hit Ratio for Blockchain-Enabled IoT显示文摘Reasonable allocation of storage and computing resources is the basis of building big data system.With the development of IoT(Internet of Things),more data will be brought.A three-layer architecture includes smart devices layer,edge cloud layer and blockchain-based distributed cloud layer.Blockchain is used in IoT for building a distributed decentralize P2P architecture to deal with the secure issue while edge computing deals with increasing volume of data.Edge caching is one of the important application scenarios.In order to allocate edge cache resources reasonably,to improve the quality of service and to reduce the waste of bandwidth resources,this paper proposes a content selection algorithm of edge cache nodes.The algorithm adopts markov chain model,improves the utilization of cache space and reduces the content transmission delay.The hierarchical caching strategy is adopted and the secondary cache stores slides of contents to expand the coverage of cached content and to reduce user waiting time.Regional node cooperation is adopted to expand the cache space and to support the regional preference of cache content.Compared with the classical substitution algorithm,simulation results show that the algorithm in this paper has higher cache hit ratio and higher space utilization.Hongman Wang Yingxue Li Xiaoqi Zhao Fangchun Yang 2020China Communications2020,17,9:9
12Studies on the pathogenic bacterium of ulcer disease in Epinephelus awoara显示文摘Studies were conducted to determine the cause of the acute mortality of cage-cultured Epinephelus awoara in the Tong’an Bay of Xiamen, China during the summer of 2002. Predominant bacteria strain TS- 628 was isolated from the diseased grouper. The virulence test confirmed that TS- 628 was the pathogenic bacterium. Biochemical characteristics of the isolates were determined using the automatic bacterial identification system and standard tube tests. To further confirm the identification, a 1 121 bp 16S rRNA gene sequence of the isolate was amplified by PCR, which had been deposited into Genbank (accession number: AY747308). According to the biochemical characteristics and by comparing the 16S rRNA gene homology of the isolate, the pathogenic bacterium was identified as Vibrio harveyi. 16Effect of acupuncture anesthesia on acne vulgaris of pricking-blood-letting cupping: a single-blind randomized clinical trail显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect on acne vulgaris of pricking-bloodletting cupping at Dazhui(GV 14) under acupuncture anesthesia, and establish whether providing anesthesia to the treatment area by manipulating Hegu(LI 4) and Quchi(LI 11) might have an additional therapeutic benefit. METHODS: Thirty-eight patients were recruited and randomized into a control group and an intervention group with a single-blind(observer-blind) method. The control group was treated by pricking-bloodletting cupping at Dazhui(GV 14) and the studied group by pricking-bloodletting cupping at Dazhui(GV 14) under acupuncture anesthesia at Hegu(LI 4) and Quchi(LI 11). Both groups were treated twice weekly for 6 weeks. The analgesic and therapeutic effects of acupuncture were evaluated on a visual analog scale(VAS) and global acne grading system(GAGS), respectively.RESULTS: There were differences in the VAS scores of pain on pricking and in the pricked area, and the duration of pain between the groups. After 12 treatments, there was a significant reduction in GAGS scores from baseline in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the groups. CONCLUSION: Acupuncture anesthesia at Hegu(LI 4) and Quchi(LI 11) is an effective means of alleviating the pain of pricking-bloodletting cupping and reducing the duration of pain in the treatment area. 17Characteristics of Pegmatite-Related Fluids and Significance to Ore-Forming Processes in the Zhaxikang Pb-Zn-Sb Polymetallic Deposit,Tibet,China显示文摘The Zhaxikang Pb-Zn-Sb polymetallic deposit is one of the most important deposits in the newly recognized southern Tibet antimony-gold metallogenic belt.Compared to the porphyry deposits in the Gangdese belt,much less researches have addressed these deposits,and the genesis of the Zhaxikang deposit is still controversial.Based on field investigation,petrographic,microthermometric,Laser Raman Microprobe(LRM) and SEM/EDS analyses of fluid,melt-fluid,melt and solid inclusions in quartz and beryl from pegmatite,this paper documents the characteristics and the evolution of primary magmatic fluid which was genetically related to greisenization,pegmatitization,and silification in the area.The results show that the primary magmatic fluids were derived from unmixing between melt and fluid and underwent a phase separation process soon after the exsolution.The primary magmatic fluids are of low salinity,high temperature,and can be approximated by the H_2O-NaCl-CO_2 system.The presence of Mn-Fe carbonate in melt-fluid inclusions and a Zn-bearing mineral(gahnite) trapped in beryl and in inclusions from pegmatite indicates high Mn,Fe,and Zn concentrations in the parent magma and magmatic fluids,and implies a genetic link between pegmatite and Pb-Zn-Sb mineralization.High B and F concentrations in the parent magma largely lower the solidus of the magma and lead to late fluid exsolution,thus the primary magmatic fluids related to pegmatite have much lower temperature than those in most porphyry systems.Boiling of the primary magmatic fluids leads to high-salinity and high-temperature fluids which have high capacity to transport Pb,Zn and Sb.The decrease in temperature and mixing with fluids from other sources may have caused the precipitation of Pb-Zn-Sn(Au) minerals in the distal fault systems surrounding the causative intrusion.XIE Yuling WANG Bogong LI Yingxu LI Guangming DONG Suiliang GUO Xiang WANG Lei 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:6

19Background-free latent fingerprint imaging based on nanocrystals with long-lived luminescence and pH-guided recognition显示文摘Latent fingerprints (LFPs)are highly specific to individuals,and LFP imaging has played an important role in areas such as forensic investigation and law enforcement.Presently,LFP imaging still faces considerable problems,including background interference and destructive and complex operations.Herein,we have designed a background-free,nondestructive,and easy-to-perform method for LFP imaging based on pH-mediated recognition of LFPs by carboxyl group- functionalized Zn2GeO4:Mn (ZGO:Mn-COOH)persistent luminescence nanorods (PLNRs).By simply adjusting the pH of the ZGO:Mn-COOH colloid dispersion to a certain acidic range,the negatively charged ZGO:Mn-COOH readily binds to protonated fingerprint ridges via electrostatic attraction.The ZGO:Mn-COOH colloid dispersion can be stored in portable commercial spray bottles,and the LFPs have been easily detected in situ by simply dropping the colloid dispersion on the LFPs.Moreover,since the ZGO:Mn-COOH can remain luminescent after excitation ceases,background color and background fluorescence interference were efficiently removed by simply capturing the luminescent LFP images after the excitation ceased.The entire LFP imaging process can be easily conducted without any destructive or complex operations.Due to the great versatility of the developed method for LFP imaging,clear LFP images with well-resolved ridge patterns were obtained.The designed background-free,nondestructive,and easy-to-perform LFP imaging strategy has great potential for future applications, such as forensic investigations and law enforcement.Zhiheng Li Qian Wang Yingqian Wang Qinqin Ma Jie Wang Zhihao Li Yingxue Li Xiaobo Lv Wei Wei Lang Chen Quan Yuan 2018Nano Research2018,11,12:5
20Human Recombinant B7-H3 Expressed in E.colt Enhances T Lymphocyte Proliferation and IL-10 Secretion in Vitro显示文摘o explore the biofunctions of human B7-H3 on activated T lymphocyte, the gene of humanB7-H3 encoding the extracellular region (IgV-like and IgC-like domains) was obtained by RT-PCR from human lung cells and subcloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-5X-3 to express glutathioneS-transferase (GST) fusion protein, A 49 kD fusion protein (named as GST/hB7-H3 hereafter) was induced by IPTG and purified by standard methods reported in prokaryotic system. In the presence of the first signal imitated by anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody, T lymphocyte proliferation was observed by incubating purified T cells with soluble GST/hB7-H3 fusion protein by MTT assay. The concentrations of JFN-y and LL-10 in the supernatants of T cells were determined by ELISA.
