| 1 | 肝细胞癌和慢性炎症相互关系的研究进展显示文摘肿瘤和炎症之间的相互关系一直是长期争议的焦点。大量流行病学研究已经证实多种肿瘤与慢性炎症相关,即慢性炎症增加了罹患肿瘤的风险并促进了肿瘤的进展。肝细胞癌是典型代表,机体在感染因素(乙型肝炎病毒或丙型肝炎病毒)以及非感染因素(酒精、黄曲霉素的体内蓄积及代谢性疾病)的长期刺激下形成了一种慢性炎症状态,在这种背景下有利于促进肝癌的发生、发展及转移。但是肝癌和慢性炎症之间的分子机制尚未完全清楚,本文将从肿瘤炎症微环境、炎症相关信号通路以及临床上与预后相关的系统炎症指标等方面,就慢性炎症和肝细胞癌之间关系的研究进展作一综述。 | 张婷婷 白莉 | 2014 | 临床肿瘤学杂志2014,19,8: | 8 |
| 2 | Relationship between microvessel count and post-hepatectomy survival in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To elucidate the relationship between the microvessel count (MVC) by CD34 analyzed by immunohistochemical method and prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients who underwent hepatectomy based on our preliminary study. METHODS: We examined relationships between MVC and clinicopathological factors in 128 HCC patients. The modifi ed Japan Integrated Staging score (mJIS) was applied to examine subsets of HCC patients. RESULTS: Median MVC was 178/mm^2, which was used as a cut-off value. MVC was not signif icantly associated with any clinicopathologic factors or postoperative recurrent rate. Lower MVC was associated with poor disease-free and overall survivals by univariate analysis (P = 0.039 and P = 0.087, respectively) and lower MVC represented an independent poor prognostic factor in disease-free survival by Cox’s multivariateanalysis (risk ratio, 1.64; P = 0.024), in addition to tumor size, vascular invasion, macroscopic fi nding and hepatic dysfunction. Signifi cant differences in disease-free and overall survivals by MVC were observed in HCC patients with mJIS 2 (P = 0.046 and P = 0.0014, respectively), but not in those with other scores. | 7 | Possible biological and translational significance of mast cells density in colorectal cancer显示文摘Mast cells(MCs), located ubiquitously near blood vessels, are descended from CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells. Initially, although their role has been well defined in hypersensitivity reactions, the discovery of their sharing in both innate and adaptive immunity has allowed to redefine their crucial interplay on the regulatory function between inflammatory and tumor cells through the release of mediators granule-associated(mainly tryptase and vascular endothelial growth factor). In particular, in several animal and human malignancies it has been well demonstrated that activated c-Kit receptor(c-KitR) and tryptase(an agonist of the proteinase-activated receptor-2) take pivotal part in tumor angiogenesis after the MCs activation, contributing to tumor cells invasion and metastasis. In this review, we focused on crucial MCs density(MCD) role in colorectal cancer(CRC) development and progression angiogenesis-mediated; then, we will analyze the principal studies that have focused on MCD as possible prognostic factor. | 10 | 大鼠胰腺癌和非癌胰腺组织MV,TAM,MC计数及意义显示文摘目的探讨大鼠胰腺癌组织和非癌组织中MV,TAM,MC三者间的关系及其意义。方法应用ABC免疫组化法测定17例大鼠胰腺癌、22例非肿瘤胰腺组织及10例正常胰腺组织石蜡切片标本中MV,TAM,MC。结果36例SD大鼠3~5个月内二甲苯蒽并诱发的胰腺癌发生率为47.2%。胰腺癌组织中MV,TAM,MC均值分别为76.56±19.93,15.54±5.93,14.87±5.19,明显高于10例正常胰腺组织的30.63±14.77,11.01±4.99和11.04±5.03以及模型组中非癌胰腺组织的24.42±11.32,10.99±4.99和9.31±4.64,差异均有显著性(均P〈0.01);且5个月组胰腺癌TAM,MC计数大于3~4个月组(P〈0.01)。胰腺癌中MV,TAM,MC计数之间存在着密切的正相关(MVVSTAM,r=0.788;MVVSMC,r=0.832;TAMv8MC,r=0.635)。结论二甲苯并蒽置人SD大鼠胰腺实质内短期可获得较高的胰腺癌发生率,大鼠胰腺癌中间质浸润的炎症细胞TAM和MC具有促进肿瘤血管生成作用。 | 杨乐平 杨竹林 李青龙 范文涛 | 2008 | 中国普通外科杂志2008,17,3: | 2 |

| 12 | Mast Cells in Adjacent Normal Colon Mucosa rather than Those in Invasive Margin are Related to Progression of Colon Cancer显示文摘Objective: Mast cells (MC) reside in the mucosa of the digestive tract as the first line against bacteria and toxins. Clinical evidence has implied that the infiltration of mast cells in colorectal cancers is related to malignant phenotypes and a poor prognosis. This study compared the role of mast cells in adjacent normal colon mucosa and in the invasive margin during the progression of colon cancer. Methods: Specimens were obtained from 39 patients with colon adenomas and 155 patients with colon cancers treated at the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center between January 1999 and July 2004. The density of mast cells was scored by an immunohistochemical assay. The pattern of mast cell distribution and its relationship with clinicopathologic parameters and 5-year survival were analyzed. Results: The majority of mast cells were located in the adjacent normal colon mucosa, followed by the invasive margin and least in the cancer stroma. Mast cell count in adjacent normal colon mucosa (MCCadjacent) was associated with pathologic classification, distant metastases and hepatic metastases, although it was not a prognostic factor. In contrast, mast cell count in the invasive margin (MCCinvasive) was associated with neither the clinicopathlogic parameters nor overall survival. | 13 | 基于CIBERSORT方法评价肿瘤浸润免疫细胞与肝细胞癌预后的关系:一项TCGA数据集二次分析显示文摘目的:本研究拟评价肿瘤浸润免疫细胞与肝细胞癌(HCC)患者预后的关系。方法:采用CIBERSORT方法分析并识别癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库肝细胞癌数据集(LIHC)中特定类型的肿瘤浸润免疫细胞。通过Log rank方法评估肿瘤浸润免疫细胞与HCC患者预后的关系。结果:在TCGA-LIHC数据集中,以CIBERSORT P<0.05为标准纳入30例肿瘤样本和2例非肿瘤样本。与非肿瘤组织相比,巨噬细胞M0在肿瘤组织中显著浸润(P<0.05)。HCC患者非肿瘤组织中的巨噬细胞M1显著高于肿瘤组织中的巨噬细胞(P<0.05)。肿瘤中高巨噬细胞M0与HCC患者较差的总生存期(OS)和无病生存期(DFS)显著相关(分别为HR=2.06,95%CI=1.45~2.93,Log rank P<0.001和HR=1.58,95%CI=1.17~2.14,P=0.004)。而HCC患者巨噬细胞M1与OS和DFS无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在甲胎蛋白升高、AJCC分期晚期、TNM分级晚期和血管浸润的HCC患者中,巨噬细胞M0的CIBERSORT分数显著增加(均P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤浸润巨噬细胞M0可加速HCC进展并导致不良预后,应考虑作为HCC治疗的治疗靶点。 | 张文思 陈晓蓉 杨宗国 | 2023 | 中西医结合肝病杂志2023,33,6: | 0 |
