Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve, the number of diabetes patients in China, along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease, has been increasing.Among these complications, diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy, culture, religion and level of medical care available across different regions, preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly. In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot, the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology. In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society, the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology, burn injury, vascular surgery, orthopedics, foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries, this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot, queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China. This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot, then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail, and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers. This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine, surgical, nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot.Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:34
Generative API usage code recommendation with parameter concretization显示文摘Many programming languages and development frameworks have extensive libraries(e.g., JDK and Android libraries) that ease the task of software engineering if used effectively. With numerous library classes and sometimes intricate API(application programming interface) usage constraints, programmers often have difficulty remembering the library APIs and/or using them correctly. This study addresses this problem by developing an engine called DeepAPIRec, which automatically recommends the API usage code.Compared to the existing proposals, our approach distinguishes itself in two ways. First, it is based on a tree-based long short-term memory(LSTM) neural network inspired by recent developments in the machinelearning community. A tree-based LSTM neural network allows us to model and reason about variable-length,preceding and succeeding code contexts, and to make precise predictions. Second, we apply data-flow analysis to generate concrete parameters for the API usage code, which not only allows us to generate complete code recommendations but also improves the accuracy of the learning results according to the tree-based LSTM neural network. Our approach has been implemented for supporting Java programs. Our experimental studies on the JDK library show that at statement-level recommendations, DeepAPIRec can achieve a top-1 accuracy of about 37% and a top-5 accuracy of about 64%, which are significantly better than the existing approaches. Our user study further confirms that DeepAPIRec can help developers to complete a segment of code faster and more accurately as compared to IntelliJ IDEA.Chi CHEN Xin PENG Jun SUN Zhenchang XING Xin WANG Yifan ZHAO Hairui ZHANG Wenyun ZHAO 2019Science China(Information Sciences)2019,62,9:7

NEXT:a neural network framework for next POI recommendation显示文摘The task of next POI recommendations has been studied extensively in recent years. However, developing a unified recommendation framework to incorporate multiple factors associated with both POIs and users remains challenging, because of the heterogeneity nature of these information.Further, effective mechanisms to smoothly handle cold-start cases are also a difficult topic.Inspired by the recent success of neural networks in many areas,in this paper,we propose a simple yet effective neural network framework, named NEXT,for next POI recommendations.NEXT is a unified framework to learn the hidden intent regarding user's next move,by incorporating different factors in a unified manner.Specifically,in NEXT,we incorporate meta-data information,e.g.,user friendship and textual descriptions of POIs,and two kinds of temporal contexts(i.e.,time interval and visit time). To leverage sequential relations and geographical influence,we propose to adopt DeepWalk,a network representation learning technique,to encode such knowledge. We evaluate the effectiveness of NEXT against other state-of-the-art alternatives and neural networks based solutions.Experimental results on three publicly available datasets demonstrate that NEXT significantly outperforms baselines in real-time next POI recommendations.Further experiments show inherent ability of NEXT in handling cold-start.Zhiqian ZHANG Chenliang LI Zhiyong WU Aixin SUN Dengpan YE Xiangyang LUO 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,2:5
An Improved Hybrid Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Based on Tags and Time Factor显示文摘The Collaborative Filtering(CF) recommendation algorithm, one of the most popular algorithms in Recommendation Systems(RS), mainly includes memory-based and model-based methods. When performing rating prediction using a memory-based method, the approach used to measure the similarity between users or items can significantly influence the recommendation performance. Traditional CFs suffer from data sparsity when making recommendations based on a rating matrix, and cannot effectively capture changes in user interest. In this paper, we propose an improved hybrid collaborative filtering algorithm based on tags and a time factor(TTHybridCF), which fully utilizes tag information that characterizes users and items. This algorithm utilizes both tag and rating information to calculate the similarity between users or items. In addition, we introduce a time weighting factor to measure user interest, which changes over time. Our experimental results show that our method alleviates the sparsity problem and demonstrates promising prediction accuracy.Chunxia Zhang Ming Yang Jing Lv Wanqi Yang 2018Big Data Mining and Analytics2018,1,2:4
Implementation planning for lung cancer screening in China显示文摘Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in China, with over 690000 lung cancer deaths estimated in 2018.The mortality has increased about five-fold from the mid-1970s to the 2000s.Lung cancer lowdose computerized tomography(LDCT)screening in smokers was shown to improve survival in the US National Lung Screening Trial, and more recently in the European NELSON trial. However, although the predominant risk factor, smoking contributes to a lower fraction of lung cancers in China than in the UK and USA.Therefore,it is necessary to establish Chinese-specific screening strategies. There have been 23 associated programmes completed or still ongoing in China since the 1980s,mainly after 2000;and one has recently been planned.Generally, their entry criteria are not smoking-stringent.Most of the Chinese programmes have reported preliminary results only, which demonstrated a different high-risk subpopulation of lung cancer in China.Evidence concerning LDCT screening implementation is based on results of randomized controlled trials outside China.LDCT screening programmes combining tobacco control would produce more benefits.Population recruitment(e.g.risk-based selection),screening protocol, nodule management and costeffectiveness are discussed in detail. In China, the high-risk subpopulation eligible for lung cancer screening has not as yet been confirmed,as all the risk parameters have not as yet been determined.Although evidence on best practice for implementation of lung cancer screening has been accumulating in other countries, further research in China is urgently required,as China is now facing a lung cancer epidemic.Yue I.Cheng Michael P.A.Davies Dan Liu Weimin Li John K.Field 2019Precision Clinical Medicine2019,2,1:4
Clinical practice guideline for transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia(2021 Edition)显示文摘Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. Questions relevant to the intraoperative period incorporated surgical operation techniques and prevention and management of bladder explosion. The application to different populations incorporating the efficacy and safety of TUPKP in the treatment of normal volume (< 80 ml) and large-volume (≥ 80 ml) BPH compared with transurethral urethral resection prostate, transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate and open prostatectomy;the efficacy and safety of TUPKP in high-risk populations and among people taking anticoagulant (antithrombotic) drugs. Questions relevant to the postoperative period incorporated the time and speed of flushing, the time indwelling catheters are needed, principles of postoperative therapeutic use of antibiotics, follow-up time and follow-up content. Questions related to complications incorporated types of complications and their incidence, postoperative leukocyturia, the treatment measures for the perforation and extravasation of the capsule, transurethral resection syndrome, postoperative bleeding, urinary catheter blockage, bladder spasm, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, urethral stricture, rectal injury during surgery, postoperative erectile dysfunction and retrograde ejaculation. Final questions were related to surgeons’ skills when performing TUPKP for the treatment of BPH. We hope these recommendations can help support healthcare workers caring for patients having TUPKP for the treatment of BPH.Xian-Tao Zeng Ying-Hui Jin Tong-Zu Liu Fang-Ming Chen De-Gang Ding Meng Fu Xin-Quan Gu Bang-Min Han Xing Huang Zhi Hou Wan-Li Hu Xin-Li Kang Gong-Hui Li Jian-Xing Li Pei-Jun Li Chao-Zhao Liang Xiu-Heng Liu Zhi-Yu Liu Chun-Xiao Liu Jiu-Min Liu Guang-Heng Luo Yi Luo Wei-Jun Qin Jian-Hong Qiu Jian-Xin Qiu Xue-Jun Shang Ben-Kang Shi Fa Sun Guo-Xiang Tian Ye Tian Feng Wang Feng Wang Yin-Huai Wang Yu-Jie Wang Zhi-Ping Wang Zhong Wang Qiang Wei Min-Hui Xiao Wan-Hai Xu Fa-Xian Yi Chao-Yang Zhu Qian-Yuan Zhuang Li-Qun Zhou Xiao-Feng Zou Nian-Zeng Xing Da-Lin He Xing-Huan Wang 2022Military Medical Research2022,9,5:4

Users Intention for Continuous Usage of Mobile News Apps:the Roles of Quality,Switching Costs, and Personalization显示文摘Mobile news apps have emerged as a significant means for learning about latest news and trends. However, in light of numerous news apps and information overload, motivating users to adopt one app is a major concern for both the industry and academia. Therefore, considering the attributes of mobile news and the debate on switching costs in the Internet context, based on the expectation-confirmation model (ECM), this study suggests that switching costs still exist and have a significant moderating effect on user satisfaction and continuous usage of mobile news apps. Furthermore, the different influences of information quality, system quality and service quality on continuance intention, user satisfaction and switching costs are discussed, showing that quality of information has a significant impact on users’ continuous usage of mobile news apps through increasing perceived usefulness, whereas personalized service quality have stronger effects through increasing user satisfaction and switching costs.Qiongwei Ye Yumei Luo Guoqing Chen Xunhua Guo Qiang Wei Shuyan Tan 2019Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2019,28,1:3
Railway wheel profile fine-tuning system for profile recommendation显示文摘This paper develops a wheel profile fine-tuning system(WPFTS)that comprehensively considers the influence of wheel profile on wheel damage, vehicle stability, vehicle safety, and passenger comfort.WPFTS can recommend one or more optimized wheel profiles according to train operators’needs,e.g.,reducing wheel wear, mitigating the development of wheel out-of-roundness(OOR),improving the shape stability of the wheel profile.Specifically,WPFTS includes four modules:(I)a wheel profile generation module based on the rotary-scaling finetuning(RSFT)method;(II)a multi-objective generation module consisting of a rigid multi-body dynamics simulation(MBS)model,an analytical model, and a rigid–flexible MBS model, for generating 11 objectives related to wheel damage, vehicle stability, vehicle safety, and passenger comfort;(III)a weight assignment module consisting of an adaptive weight assignment strategy and a manual weight assignment strategy;and(IV)an optimization module based on radial basis function(RBF)and particle swarm optimization(PSO).Finally, three cases are introduced to show how WPTFS recommends a wheel profile according to train operators’needs.Among them,a wheel profile with high shape stability,a wheel profile for mitigating the development of wheel OOR,and a wheel profile considering hunting stability and derailment safety are developed, respectively.Yunguang Ye Jonas Vuitton Yu Sun Markus Hecht 2021Railway Engineering Science2021,29,1:3
Leveraging proficiency and preference for online Karaoke recommendation显示文摘Recently, many online Karaoke(KTV)platforms have been released, where music lovers sing songs on these platforms. In the meantime, the system automatically evaluates user proficiency according to their singing behavior.Recommending approximate songs to users can initialize singers5 participation and improve users, loyalty to these platforms. However, this is not an easy task due to the unique characteristics of these platforms.First, since users may be not achieving high scores evaluated by the system on their favorite songs, how to balance user preferences with user proficiency on singing for song recommendation is still open.Second, the sparsity of the user-song interaction behavior may greatly impact the recommendation task.To solve the above two challenges,in this paper,we propose an informationfused song recommendation model by considering the unique characteristics of the singing data.Specifically,we first devise a pseudo-rating matrix by combing users’singing behavior and the system evaluations, thus users'preferences and proficiency are leveraged. Then we mitigate the data sparsity problem by fusing users*and songs'rich information in the matrix factorization process of the pseudo-rating matrix. Finally, extensive experimental results on a real-world dataset show the effectiveness of our proposed model.Ming HE Hao GUO Guangyi LV Le WU Yong GE Enhong CHEN Haiping MA 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,2:3
Mining Evolving Association Rules for E-Business Recommendation显示文摘Association analysis is an effective data mining approach capable of unveiling interesting associations within a large dataset.Although widely adopted in e-business areas,it still has many difficulties when applied in practice. For instance, there is a mismatch between the static rules discovered and the drifting nature of the user interests, and it is difficult to detect associations from a huge volume of raw user data. This paper presents an effective approach to mine evolving association rules in order to tackle these problems. It is followed by a recommendation model based on the evolving association rules unveiled.Experimental results on an online toggery show that it can effectively unveil people's shifting interests and make better recommendations accordingly.龙舜 朱蔚恒 2012Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong university(Science)2012,17,2:3
Methods, units and quality requirements for the analysis of haemoglobin A_(1c) in diabetes mellitus显示文摘The formation of glycohemoglobin, especially the hemoglobin A1c(Hb_(A1c)) fraction, occurs when glucose becomes coupled with the amino acid valine in the β-chain of Hb; this reaction is dependent on the plasma concentration of glucose. Since the early 1970 s it has been known that diabetics display higher values of Hb_(A1c) because they have elevated blood glucose concentrations. Thus Hb_(A1c) has acquired a very important role in the treatment and diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. After the introduction of the first quantitative measurement of Hb_(A1c), numerous methods for glycohemoglobin have been introduced with different assay principles: From a simple minicolumn technique to the very accurate automated highpressure chromatography and lastly to many automated immunochemical or enzymatic assays. In early days, the results of the quality control reports for Hb_(A1c) varied extensively between laboratories, therefore in United States and Canada working groups(WG) of the Diabetes Controls and Complications Trial(DCCT) were set up to standardize the Hb_(A1c) assays against the DCCT/National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program reference method based on liquid chromatography. In the 1990 s, the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine(IFCC) appointed a new WG to plan a reference preparation and method for the Hb_(A1c) measurement. When the reference procedureswere established, in 2004 IFCC recommended that all manufacturers for equipment used in Hb_(A1c) assays should calibrate their methods to their proposals. This led to an improvement in the coefficient of variation(CV%) associated with the assay. In this review, we describe the glycation of Hb, methods, standardization of the Hb_(A1c) assays, analytical problems, problems with the units in which Hb_(A1c) values are expressed, reference values, quality control aspects, target requirements for Hb_(A1c), and the relationship of the plasma glucose values to Hb_(A1c) concentrations. We also note that the acceptance of the mmol/mol system for Hb_(A1c) as recommended by IFCC, i.e., the new unit and reference ranges, are becoming only slowly accepted outside of Europe where it seems that expressing Hb_(A1c) values either only in per cent units or with parallel reporting of percent and mmol/mol will continue. We believe that these issues should be resolved in the future and that it would avoid confusion if mmol/mol unit for Hb_(A1c) were to gain worldwide acceptance.Ilkka Penttil? Karri Penttil? 16Strategies and challenges to increase the precision in feeding zinc to monogastric livestock显示文摘Practical diets for monogastric livestock must be supplemented with zinc(Zn) due to their high contents of antagonistic substances like phytates. Current feeding recommendations include quite generous safety margins because of uncertainties regarding the gross Zn requirements under varying rearing conditions.Furthermore, the use of pharmacological Zn doses to stabilise animal performance and wellbeing is widespread. Taken together, modern diets for pigs and poultry contain considerably more Zn than necessary to meet animal requirements, which is associated with concerns related to the environment as well as animal and consumer safety. Therefore, European authorities most recently reduced the allowed upper limits for Zn in complete feed. To maintain animal productivity and wellbeing while reducing the Zn load in complete feed, all measures that stabilize feed Zn bioavailability must be applied. Most importantly, reliable information on the gross Zn requirement under practical conditions must be provided, considering the bioavailability of native or supplemented feed Zn, antagonisms with dietary factors as well as the physiological status of the animal.Daniel Brugger Wilhelm M.Windisch 2017Animal Nutrition2017,,2:2
Similarity assessment for scientific workflow clustering and recommendation显示文摘This article proposes to identify and recommend scientific workflows for reuse and repurposing.Specifically, a scientific workflow is represented as a layer hierarchy that specifies the hierarchical relations between this workflow, its sub-workflows, and activities. Semantic similarity is calculated between layer hierarchies of workflows. A graph-skeleton based clustering technique is adopted for grouping layer hierarchies into clusters.Barycenters in each cluster are identified, which serve as core workflows in this cluster, for facilitating the cluster identification and workflow ranking and recommendation with respect to the requirement of scientists.Zhangbing ZHOU Zehui CHENG Yueqin ZHU 2016Science China(Information Sciences)2016,59,11:2
Standard Protocol Items for Clinical Trials with Traditional Chinese Medicine 2018: Recommendations, Explanation and Elaboration(SPIRIT-TCM Extension 2018)显示文摘Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is one of the oldest systems of medicine. More and more attention has been paid to TCM application, but the variable quality of clinical trials with TCM impedes its widespread acceptance. The Standard Protocol Items: Recommendations for Interventional Trials(SPIRIT) 2013 Statement has established guidelines for designing clinical trials to ensure that the trial results are accurate and reliable. However, there are difficulties when applying SPIRIT 2013 Statement to trials with TCM, due to the unique theory and the characteristic of TCM intervention. An Extension to the original SPIRIT was developed to ensure the quality of trial design with TCM. As Chinese herbal formulae, acupuncture and moxibustion are common and representative interventions in TCM practice, the executive working group determined that the SPIRIT-TCM Extension focus on these three interventions. Extension was developed through initiation, 3 rounds of Delphi consensus survey, and finalizing expert meeting. Seven items from the SPIRIT 2013 Statement were modified, namely, 'title', 'background and rationale', 'objectives', 'eligibility criteria', 'interventions', 'outcomes', and 'data collection methods'. The Extension includes the introduction of the concept of TCM pattern and 3 major TCM interventions, with examples and explanations. The SPIRIT-TCM Extension 2018 provides suggestion for investigators in designing high quality TCM clinical trials. It is expected that wide dissemination and application of this extension ensure continuous improvement of TCM trial quality throughout the world.DAI Liang CHENG Chung-wah TIAN Ran ZHONG Linda LD LI You-ping LYU Ai-ping CHAN An-wen SHANG Hong-cai BIAN Zhao-xiang 2019Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019,25,1:2
From similarity perspective: a robust collaborative filtering approach for service recommendations显示文摘Collaborative filtering (CF) is a technique commonly used for personalized recommendation and Web service quality-of-service (QoS) prediction. However, CF is vulnerable to shilling attackers who inject fake user profiles into the system. In this paper, we first present the shilling attack problem on CF-based QoS recommender systems for Web services. Then, a robust CF recommendation approach is proposed from a user similarity perspective to enhance the resistance of the recommender systems to the shilling attack. In the approach, the generally used similarity measures are analyzed, and the DegSim (the degree of similarities with top k neighbors) with those measures is selected for grouping and weighting the users. Then, the weights are used to calculate the service similarities/differences and predictions. We analyzed and evaluated our algorithms using WS-DREAM and Movielens datasets. The experimental results demonstrate that shilling attacks influence the prediction of QoS values, and our proposed features and algorithms achieve a higher degree of robustness against shilling attacks than the typical CF algorithms.Min GAO Bin LING Linda YANG Junhao WEN Qingyu XIONG Shun LI 2019Frontiers of Computer Science2019,13,2:2
UP-TreeRec: Building Dynamic User Profiles Tree for News Recommendation显示文摘Online news recommendation systems aim to address the information explosion of news and make personalized recommendations for users. The key problem of personalized news recommendation is to model users' interests and track their changes. A common way to deal with the user modeling problem is to build user profiles from observed behavior. However, the majority of existing methods make static representations of user profiles and little research has focused on effective user modeling that could dynamically capture user interests in news topics. To address this problem, in this paper, we propose UP-TreeRec, a news recommendation framework based on a user profile tree(UP-Tree), which is a novel framework combining content-based and collaborative filtering techniques. First, by exploiting a novel topic model namely UILDA, we obtain the representation vectors for news content in a topic space as the fundamental bridge to associate user interests with news topics. Next, we design a decision tree with a dynamically changeable structure to construct a user interest profile from the user's feedback. Furthermore, we present a clustering-based multidimensional similarity computation method to select the nearest neighbor of the UP-Tree efficiently. We also provide a Map-Reduce framework-based implemen-tation that enables scaling our solution to real-world news recommendation problems. We conducted several experiments compared to the state-of-the-art approaches on real-world datasets and the experimental results demonstrate that our approach significantly improves accuracy and effectiveness in news recommendation.Ming He Xiaofei Wu Jiuling Zhang Ruihai Dong 2019China Communications2019,16,4:1
