Western blot analysis showed that the antiserumcould bind to the expression harpinxoo protein in particular. hrf1, encoding harpinxoo, is an expression in transgenic rice,detected by antiharpinxoo rabbit antibody. The rabbit antibody against harpinxoo can be used to study further about thebiological function, harpinxoo localization, and hrf1 gene expression in other plants. 关 键 词：植物保护 抗体 生物控制 基因
