Morphological characteristics of ZnO crystallites under hydrothermal conditions

However, the powder, usuallyobtained by calcination of zinc oxalate, has a wide particle-size distribution and poor sinteringactivities so various methods for its preparation have been developed. The hydrothermalmethod is widely used to prepare many superfine powders such as ZrO₂, BaTiO₃, PLZT, dueto many advantages compared with other methods.
