Polyimide-silver nanocomposite containing phosphine oxide moieties in the main chain:Synthesis and properties

查看全文 作  者:Khalil [1]Faghihi;Mohsen [1]Hajibeygi;Meisam [1]Shabanian 高影响力作者 机构地区:[1]Organic Polymer Research Laboratory,Department of Chemistry,Faculty of Science,Arak University高影响力机构 出  处:《Chinese Chemical Letters》索引2010年第21卷第11期,共4页高影响力期刊 摘  要:New flame-retardant polyimide-silver nanocomposite containing phosphine oxide moiety in the main chain was synthesized by a convenient ultraviolet irradiation technique.A precursor such as AgNO_3 was used as the source of the silver particles.Polyimide 6 as a source of polymer was synthesized by polycondensation reaction of bis(3-aminophenyl) phenyl phosphine oxide 4 with pyromellitic anhydride 5 in the presence of iso-quinoline as base and in m-cresol solution.The resulting composite film was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetry(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The average size of the nanometer Ag particles is about 10 nm.The temperature of 5 and 10%weight loss and also the char yield at 600℃of polyimide-silver nanocomposite 6a were higher than the pure PI 6. 关 键 词:银复合材料 聚酰亚胺 氧化膦 合成 主链 透射电子显微镜 差示扫描量热法 性能
