摘　　要：To the editor: We read with great enthusiasm an interesting and exciting research article by Lin et al,1 who studied two different postconditioning protocols applied four times for 30 and 60 seconds. They compared with each other in terms of its effect on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels as well as on the echocardiographic parameters. They concluded that the 60-second postconditioning prevented the increase of TNF-α on the seventh day with the long-term cardiac protection. 关键词：再灌注损伤肿瘤坏死因子电流缺血超声心动图保护作用后处理
