This article reviews our current knowledge of the mechanism and regulation of mammalian miRNA expression and points out areas of research that may enhance our understanding of how the specificity and efficiency of miRNA production is controlled in vivo. 关 键 词:小分子RNA 哺乳动物 MIRNAS 视野 非编码RNA 基因表达 真核生物 核苷酸
