摘　　要：这里,我们报导那 tgdA,编码通常认为的 transglycosylase 的新奇基因,在 Streptomyces coelicolor 影响词法区别和蓝颜料的复合 actinorhodin 的收益。tgdA 0 异种显示稀少的天线 hyphae 和经常缺乏 chromosomal DNA 的不规则的孢子链。提高的 actinorhodin 生产在异种与 actII-orf4 的 overexpression 与一致。tgdA 表示时间地并且发展地被调整。在 Streptomyces avermilitis 和 Streptomyces lividans 的 tgdA orthologs 也影响区别。 关键词：天蓝色链霉菌形态分化基因编码放线菌生产染色体DNA 蓝色色素过度表达
