Compounds 1 and 2 feature an ent-kaurane backbone, and 3, 4 and 5 bear an ent-abietane skeleton. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 3 and 4 exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against human tumor cell lines(HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW-480), and strongly inhibited NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. 关 键 词:二萜 RAW264.7细胞 松香烷 人乳腺癌细胞 HL-60 细胞毒活性 人肝癌细胞 A-549
