| 4 | Growth and Development Analysis of Kongshan Cattle显示文摘[Objectives]In order to better understand the performance of Kongshan cattle,their growth and development was analyzed.[Methods]The body weights of 106 kongshan cattle at different month ages were measured,and the growth curves and body measurement indices of Kongshan cattle after one year old were analyzed by SPPS18.0.[Results]Kongshan cattle have good body shape.Compared with 1985,the performance of body measurements and weight was improved significantly;and the body measurements and body weight of Kongshan cattle increased significantly after 24 months old,indicating that Kongshan cattle still have good fattening performance in adulthood.[Conclusions]This study analyzed the growth and development laws of Kongshan cattle and the status quo of the population,and will provide some help for the selection and utilization of Kongshan cattle breed more intuitively. | Fang HE Wei WANG Yi SHI Donghui FANG Yueda Aguo Jia GAN Xiaodong DENG Maozhong FU Jun YI | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022，11，2： | 1 |

| 8 | Dissolvable polymeric microneedles loaded with aspirin for antiplatelet aggregation显示文摘To reduce mucosal damage in the gastrointestinal tract caused by aspirin,we developed a dissolvable polymeric microneedle(MN)patch loaded with aspirin.Biodegradable polymers provide mechanical strength to the MNs.The MN tips punctured the cuticle of the skin and dissolved when in contact with the subcutaneous tissue.The aspirin in the MN patch is delivered continuously through an array of micropores created by the punctures,providing a stable plasma concentration of aspirin.The factors affecting the stability of aspirin during MNs fabrication were comprehensively analyzed,and the hydrolysis rate of aspirin in the MNs was less than 2%.Compared to oral administration,MN administration not only had a smoother plasma concentration curve but also resulted in a lower effective dose of antiplatelet aggregation.Aspirin-loaded MNs were mildly irritating to the skin,causing only slight erythema on the skin and recovery within 24 h.In summary,aspirin-loaded MNs provide a new method to reduce gastrointestinal adverse effects in patients requiring aspirin regularly. | Baorui Wang Suohui Zhang Guozhong Yang Zequan Zhou Mengzhen Xing Han Liu Aguo Cheng Yunhua Gao | 2023 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023，18，1： | 0 |
