| 1 | 通脉颗粒药渣对杜寒杂交母羊屠宰性能、器官指数及瘤胃发酵参数的影响显示文摘【目的】研究日粮添加通脉颗粒药渣(Tongmai granule residues, TGR)对羊屠宰性能、器官指数、复胃发育及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。【方法】选取1岁左右、平均体重为(29.64±1.80) kg的健康杜寒杂交母羊15只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,分别为对照组(不含TGR)、10%TGR组和15%TGR组。参照NY/T816-2004配制基础日粮,精粗质量比均为6∶4,饲养至第76天屠宰。【结果】(1)日粮添加15%TGR眼肌面积显著降低(P<0.05),但对宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)日粮添加15%TGR肾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但其他器官指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。(3)各组瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃、皱胃的绝对重量及其与宰前活重的相对重量差异不显著(P>0.05),15%TGR组瘤胃重与复胃重之比显著升高(P<0.05),皱胃重与复胃重比例显著下降(P<0.05)。(4)日粮添加15%TGR瘤胃pH和氨态氮质量浓度较对照组和10%TGR组显著升高(P<0.05),乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和TVFA浓度较对照组和10%TGR组显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】在本试验条件下,杜寒杂交母羊日粮中TGR添加水平为10%时,饲喂效果较好。 | 张佩 Abdallah ABEDIN 孙泽威 | 2019 | 云南农业大学学报(自然科学版)2019，34，4： | 18 |
| 2 | Phlebotomus papatasi and Meriones libycus as the vector and reservoir host of cutaneous leishmaniasis in Qomrood District,Qom Province,central Iran显示文摘Objective:To determine the sand flies species responsible for most transmission of Leishmania major(L major) to human,as well as to determine the main reservoir hosts of the disease. Methods:Sand flies were collected using sticky papers and mounted in Puri’s medium for species identification.Rodents were trapped by live Sherman traps.Both sand flies and rodents were subjected to molecular methods for detection of leishmanial parasite.Results:Phlebotomus papatasi(P.papatasi) was the common species in outdoor and indoor resting places.Employing PCR technique only three specimens of 150 P.papatasi(2%) were found naturally infected by parasites with a band of 350 bp which is equal to the L major parasite.Forty six rodents were captured by Sherman traps and identified.Microscopic investigation on blood smear of the animals for amastigote parasites revealed 1(3.22%) infected Meriones libycus(M.libycus). Infection of this animal to L.major was confirmed by PCR against rDNA loci of the parasite. | 6 | Performance analysis of machine learning models for intrusion detection system using Gini Impurity-based Weighted Random Forest (GIWRF) feature selection technique显示文摘To protect the network, resources, and sensitive data, the intrusion detection system (IDS) has become a fundamental component of organizations that prevents cybercriminal activities. Several approaches have been introduced and implemented to thwart malicious activities so far. Due to the effectiveness of machine learning (ML) methods, the proposed approach applied several ML models for the intrusion detection system. In order to evaluate the performance of models, UNSW-NB 15 and Network TON_IoT datasets were used for offline analysis. Both datasets are comparatively newer than the NSL-KDD dataset to represent modern-day attacks. However, the performance analysis was carried out by training and testing the Decision Tree (DT), Gradient Boosting Tree (GBT), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), AdaBoost, Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM), and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) for the binary classification task. As the performance of IDS deteriorates with a high dimensional feature vector, an optimum set of features was selected through a Gini Impurity-based Weighted Random Forest (GIWRF) model as the embedded feature selection technique. This technique employed Gini impurity as the splitting criterion of trees and adjusted the weights for two different classes of the imbalanced data to make the learning algorithm understand the class distribution. Based upon the importance score, 20 features were selected from UNSW-NB 15 and 10 features from the Network TON_IoT dataset. The experimental result revealed that DT performed well with the feature selection technique than other trained models of this experiment. | 8 | Revealing the linguistic and geographical disparities of public awareness to Covid-19 outbreak through social media显示文摘The Covid-19 has presented an unprecedented challenge to public health worldwide.However,residents in different countries showed diverse levels of Covid-19 awareness during the outbreak and suffered from uneven health impacts.This study analyzed the global Twitter data from January 1st to June 30th,2020,to answer two research questions.What are the linguistic and geographical disparities of public awareness in the Covid-19 outbreak period reflected on social media?Does significant association exist between the changing Covid-19 awareness and the pandemic outbreak?We established a Twitter data mining framework calculating the Ratio index to quantify and track awareness.The lag correlations between awareness and health impacts were examined at global and country levels.Results show that users presenting the highest Covid-19 awareness were mainly those tweeting in the official languages of India and Bangladesh.Asian countries showed more disparities in awareness than European countries,and awareness in Eastern Europe was higher than in central Europe.Finally,the Ratio index had high correlations with global mortality rate,global case fatality ratio,and country-level mortality rate,with 21-31,35-42,and 13–18 leading days,respectively.This study yields timely insights into social media use in understanding human behaviors for public health research. | Binbin Lin Lei Zou Nick Duffield Ali Mostafavi Heng Cai Bing Zhou Jian Tao Mingzheng Yang Debayan Mandal Joynal Abedin | 2022 | International Journal of Digital Earth2022，15，1： | 2 |
