| 2 | 不同品种芥菜对镉胁迫的敏感性分布及抗氧化特征显示文摘为探讨不同品种芥菜(Brassica juncea L.)对土壤中镉(Cd)胁迫的敏感性分布规律,筛选出耐性强、吸收高的品种,并了解其抗氧化特征和Cd累积特征,为我国Cd污染土壤植物修复提供理论依据。以国内市场上常见的21个芥菜品种为材料,通过盆栽试验,研究不同品种芥菜对Cd胁迫的剂量-效应关系、敏感性分布差异,在此基础上对两种代表性芥菜的抗氧化酶活性及Cd含量进行测定。结果表明:21个芥菜品种对Cd的敏感性分布频次具有明显差异,低浓度Cd(≤1.23 mg·kg^(-1))对17种芥菜生长产生一定的刺激效应,其生物量增长了2.0%~30.5%,而过量的Cd(≥6.90 mg·kg^(-1))则会产生明显的胁迫作用。特选九头鸟大叶芥菜(JTN)对Cd最为敏感,而包心芥菜(BJ)则表现出最高耐性。通过对JTN和BJ体内丙二醛(MDA)和抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)分析,BJ体内的MDA含量明显低于JTN,而抗氧化酶活性高于JTN。耐性品种BJ根部及地上部分的富集系数均大于1,地上部Cd积累量最高可达156.03μg·株-1,且地上部对Cd污染土壤的净化率最大可达11.0%。研究表明,耐性品种BJ具有修复Cd污染土壤的潜力。 | 郭瞻宇 张子杨 蒋亚辉 Altaf Hussain Lahori 张增强 李荣华 | 2018 | 农业环境科学学报2018,37,12: | 16 |

| 6 | Variability in seed traits and genetic divergence in a clonal seed orchard of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb.显示文摘The variations in seed and pod traits, genetic superiority and genetic divergence were evaluated for a Clonal Seed Orchard (CSO) of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. at Bithmera, India consisting of 20 clones from different agro-climatic conditions of four northern states (Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Rajasthan). The seeds and pods of various clones in the orchard exhibited significant variability in size, weight and other characters. Significant positive correlations were observed between seed length and seed width (p<0.05), seed length and seed thickness (p<0.01), seed length and seed weight (p<0.01), seed thickness and seed weight (p<0.01), seed length and germination value (p<0.05). The genetic parameters for seed and pod traits also showed a wide range of variations in the orchard. Heritability values were found to be over 50 percent for most of the seed and pod traits. Seed weight, seed length and seed thickness showed high heritability values coupled with maximum genetic gain for these characters. Ward's minimum variance dendrogram of clones of D. sissoo showed three distinct clusters; cluster 1 was the largest with 12 better clones whereas cluster 2 and 3 consisting of seven moderate clones and one poor clone, respectively. Mean cluster values showed sufficient variation among the clusters for seed weight, germination value and seed length. The possible hybridization between best clones of cluster 1 to the disease resistant clone of cluster 2 (resistant against deadly Gandoderma lucidum root rot disease of D. sissoo) is also suggested for further breeding programmes of the species. | 7 | Soil micromorphological and physical properties after application of composts with polyethylene and biocomponent-derived polymers added during composting显示文摘Composts are considered to be one of the best soil amendments. However, the effects of composts with added polymeric materials on soil physical,hydraulic, and micromorphological properties have not been widely discussed. Changes in soil physical properties influence the numerous services that soils provide. We studied the impacts of composts with the addition of three different polymers(F1–F3) produced from polyethylene and thermoplastic corn starch on the physical, hydraulic, and micromorphological properties of two soils, a Cambic Phaeozem and a Luvic Phaeozem. Applying composts with polymers had limited or no significant effect on soil bulk density and porosity, but increased the field water capacity by 18%–82% and 3%–6% and the plant-available water content by 15%–23% and 4%–17% for the Cambic Phaeozem and Luvic Phaeozem, respectively. The application of composts with polymers had a greater effect on the Cambic Phaeozem than on the Luvic Phaeozem. It was suggested that the use of modified composts led to changes in soil physical properties and micromorphological features and this effect was dependent on the compost application rate. | 11 | Anomaly Based Camera Prioritization in Large Scale Surveillance Networks显示文摘Digital surveillance systems are ubiquitous and continuously generate massive amounts of data,and manual monitoring is required in order to recognise human activities in public areas.Intelligent surveillance systems that can automatically identify normal and abnormal activities are highly desirable,as these would allow for efficient monitoring by selecting only those camera feeds in which abnormal activities are occurring.This paper proposes an energy-efficient camera prioritisation framework that intelligently adjusts the priority of cameras in a vast surveillance network using feedback from the activity recognition system.The proposed system addresses the limitations of existing manual monitoring surveillance systems using a three-step framework.In the first step,the salient frames are selected from the online video stream using a frame differencing method.A lightweight 3D convolutional neural network(3DCNN)architecture is applied to extract spatio-temporal features from the salient frames in the second step.Finally,the probabilities predicted by the 3DCNN network and the metadata of the cameras are processed using a linear threshold gate sigmoid mechanism to control the priority of the camera.The proposed system performs well compared to state-of-theart violent activity recognition methods in terms of efficient camera prioritisation in large-scale surveillance networks.Comprehensive experiments and an evaluation of activity recognition and camera prioritisation showed that our approach achieved an accuracy of 98%with an F1-score of 0.97 on the Hockey Fight dataset,and an accuracy of 99%with an F1-score of 0.98 on the Violent Crowd dataset. | Altaf Hussain Khan Muhammad Hayat Ullah Amin Ullah Ali Shariq Imran Mi Young Lee Seungmin Rho Muhammad Sajjad | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,2: | 1 |

| 17 | Hypoxia tolerance studies for yield,fiber and physiological traits in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)显示文摘Background: Hypoxia tolerance studies in cotton are very rare in Pakistan. Unpredicted and excessive rainfalls result in severe losses to cotton crop in many regions of the country due to lack of hypoxia tolerance in current cotton varieties. The genotypes that can tolerate flooding are not reported earlier. The studies were conducted to explore hypoxia tolerance in local germplasm which will help to develop hypoxia tolerant cotton varieties.Method: An experiment with randomized complete blocks was designed to study the hypoxia tolerance in different cotton varieties. The genotypes were given two treatments i.e., water logged and non-water logged conditions.Results: The genotypes showed significant variability for yield, fiber and physiological traits. The hypoxia studies revealed that there is significant reduction for plant height in water sensitive genotype LRA-5166. The genotype MNH-786 showed better yield and MNH-556 showed superior ginning outturn percentage under water logged conditions. Staple length, strength and micronaire values also decreased under hypoxia. Similar pattern of negative effects were observed for Chlorophyll a, b contents and chl a/b ratio. Two hypoxia tolerant cultivars CIM-573 and MNH-564 had significantly higher chlorophyll a(1.664, 1.551) than other cultivars under both normal and waterlogged conditions. There was a significant decrease in total free amino acids in all genotypes/cultivars due to waterlogging. Free amino acid contents were significantly higher in two waterlogging sensitive cultivars, CEDIX and N-KRISHMA, than other cultivars under both non-waterlogged and waterlogged conditions. Waterlogging caused a significant reduction in shoot soluble proteins and increase in shoot proline. The genotype LRA-5166 was the'highest in shoot soluble proteins content and showed significant decrease in shoot proline.Conclusions: With respect to yield MNH-786 showed better results and regarding ginning outturn percentage MNH-556 exhibited, superior performance. The genotypes CIM-573 and MNH-564 showed higher chlorophyll a values.
