12013年芦山地震序列震源机制与震源区构造变形特征分析显示文摘基于四川区域地震台网记录的波形资料,利用CAP波形反演方法,同时获取了2013年4月20日芦山M7.0级地震序列中88个M≥3.0级地震的震源机制解、震源矩心深度与矩震级,进而利用应变花(strain rosette)和面应变(areal strain)As值,分析了芦山地震序列震源机制和震源区构造运动与变形特征.获得的主要结果有:(1)芦山M7.0级主震破裂面参数为走向219°/倾角43°/滑动角101°,矩震级为MW6.55,震源矩心深度15km.芦山地震余震区沿龙门山断裂带走向长约37km、垂直断裂带走向宽约16km.主震两侧余震呈不对称分布,主震南西侧余震区长约27km、北东侧长约10km.余震分布在7~22km深度区间,优势分布深度为9~14km,序列平均深度约13km,多数余震分布在主震上部.粗略估计的芦山地震震源体体积为37km×16km×16km.(2)面应变As值统计显示,芦山地震序列以逆冲型地震占绝对优势,所占比例超过93%.序列主要受倾向NW、倾角约45°的近NESW向逆冲断层控制;部分余震发生在与上述主发震断层近乎垂直的倾向SE的反冲断层上;龙门山断裂带前山断裂可能参与了部分余震活动.P轴近水平且优势方位单一,呈NW-SE向,与龙门山断裂带南段所处区域构造应力场方向一致,反映芦山地震震源区主要受区域构造应力场控制,芦山地震是近NE-SW向断层在近水平的NW-SE向主压应力挤压作用下发生逆冲运动的结果.序列中6次非逆冲型地震均发生在主震震中附近,且主震震中附近P轴仰角变化明显,表明主震对其震中附近局部区域存在明显的应力扰动.(3)序列整体及不同震级段的应变花均呈NW向挤压白瓣形态,显示芦山地震震源区深部构造呈逆冲运动、NW向纯挤压变形.各震级段的应变花方位与形状一致,具有震级自相似性特征,揭示震源区深部构造运动和变形模式与震级无关.(4)不同深度的应变花形态以NW-NWW向挤压白瓣为优势,显示震源区构造无论是总体还是分段均以NW-NWW向挤压变形为特征.但应变花方位与形状随深度仍具有较明显的变化,可能反映了震源区构造变形在深度方向上存在分段差异.(5)芦山地震震源体尺度较小,且主震未发生在龙门山断裂带南段主干断裂上,南段长期积累的应变能未能得到充分释放,南段仍存在发生强震的危险.易桂喜 龙锋 Amaury Vallage Yann Klinger 梁明剑 王思维 2016地球物理学报2016,59,10:46
2The favorable impact of PIK3CA mutations on survival: an analysis of 2587 patients with breast cancer显示文摘The phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K) pathway regulates a number of cellular processes, including cell survival, cell growth, and cell cycle progression. Consequently, this pathway is commonly deregulated in cancer. In particular, mutations in the gene PIK3CA that encodes the p110α catalytic subunit of the PI3K enzymes result in cell proliferation and resistance to apoptosis in vitro and induce breast tumors in transgenic mice. These data underscore the role of this pathway during oncogenesis. Thus, an ongoing, large-scale effort is underway to develop clinically active drugs that target elements of the PI3K pathway. However, conflicting data suggest that gain-of-function PIK3CA mutations may be associated with either a favorable or a poor clinical outcome, compared with the wild-type PIK3CA gene. In the current study, we performed a systematic review of breast cancer clinical studies. Upon evaluation of 2587 breast cancer cases from 12 independent studies, we showed that patients with tumors harboring a PIK3CA mutation have a better clinical outcome than those with a wild-type PIK3CA gene. Importantly, this improved prognosis may pertain only to patients with mutations in the kinase domain of p110α and to postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. We propose three potential explanations for this paradoxical observation. First, PIK3CA mutations may interfere with the metastasis process or may induce senescence, which results in a better outcome for patients with mutated tumors. Secondly, we speculate that PIK3CA mutations may increase early tumor diagnosis by modification of the actin cytoskeleton in tumor cells. Lastly, we propose that PIK3CA mutations may be a favorable predictive factor for response to hormonal therapy, giving a therapeutic advantage to these patients. Ultimately, an improved understanding of the clinical impact of PIK3CA mutations is critical for the development of optimally personalized therapeutics against breast cancer and other solid tumors. This effort will be important to prevent or explain therapeutic failures and select patients who are most likely to respond to new therapies that inhibit the PI3K pathway.Amaury G. 480年来埃塞俄比亚北部高原土地利用/覆被变化(英文)显示文摘Despite many studies on land degradation in the Highlands of Northern Ethiopia, quantitative information regarding long-term changes in land use/cover(LUC) is rare. Hence, this study aims to investigate the LUC changes in the Geba catchment(5142 km2), Northern Ethiopia, over 80 years(1935–2014). Aerial photographs(APs) of the 1930 s and Google Earth(GE) images(2014) were used. The point-count technique was utilized by overlaying a grid on APs and GE images. The occurrence of cropland, forest, grassland, shrubland, bare land, built-up areas and water body was counted to compute their fractions. A multivariate adaptive regression spline was applied to identify the explanatory factors of LUC and to create fractional maps of LUC. The results indicate significant changes of most types, except for forest and cropland. In the 1930 s, shrubland(48%) was dominant, followed by cropland(39%). The fraction of cropland in 2014(42%) remained approximately the same as in the 1930 s, while shrubland significantly dropped to 37%. Forests shrank further from a meagre 6.3% in the 1930 s to 2.3% in 2014. 5猪塞内卡病毒感染的最新研究进展显示文摘A型塞内卡病毒(SenecavirusA,SVA)是一种正义单链RNA病毒,属于小核糖核酸病毒科(Picornaviridae)塞内卡病毒属(Senecavirus)。该病毒自1988年以来在美国的猪群中悄然流行。加拿大和美国分别于2007年和2012年报告了该病毒相关的水疱性病例。自2014年年末和2015年年初以来,有关不同生产阶段的猪群暴发塞内卡病毒感染的报告越来越多,巴西、中国和泰国都在各自的猪群中检测到了该病毒。就现有的塞内卡病毒感染和疾病最新资料而言,2015年可能是该病毒流行病学上的一个分水岭。该病毒的地理分布、受影响猪群所处的生产阶段、感染引发的临床症状以及疾病的严重性都可以充实上述假设。本综述将介绍当前,尤其是近2年有关塞内卡病毒感染及其所引发疾病的知识,并将探讨塞内卡病毒的流行病学、致病力、宿主免疫反应、诊断方法以及预防和控制措施。展望部分则集中于人们对塞内卡病毒完整进化的流行病学和致病性数据的需求以及对其感染进行快速诊断的可能性。其在养猪业中固有的健康风险不容忽视。唐彩琰 张配配 Raquel A.Leme Alice F.Alfieri Amauri A.Alfieri 2019国外畜牧学(猪与禽)2019,39,2:3
6Corrosion behavior of hypoeutectic Al-Cu alloys in H_2SO_4 and NaCl solutions显示文摘The aim of this work was to evaluate the electrochemical behaviour of hypoeutectic Al-Cu alloys immersed in two different solutions containing sulphate and chloride ions,respectively.The influence of Al2Cu associated to the dendritic arm spacing on the general corrosion resistance of such alloys is analysed.The typical microstruc-tural pattern was examined by using scanning electron microscope.The corrosion tests were performed in both 0.5 M sulphuric acid and 0.5 M NaCl solutions at 25°C by using an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)technique and potentio-dynamic polarization curves.Equivalent circuits by using the ZView software,were also used to provide quantitative support for the discussions.It was found that as the Cu content increased(i.e.,increasing the Al2Cu fraction),a higher susceptibility to the corrosion action in the NaCl solution is detected.In contrast,the tests carried out in the H2SO4 solution resulted in similar corrosion rates for the three di?erent hypoeutectic alloys.Wislei R.Osório Leandro C.Peixoto Leonardo R.Garcia Amauri Garcia 2009Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2009,22,4:3

9Microstructural Morphologies and Experimental Growth Laws during Solidification of Monotectic and Hypermonotectic Al-Pb Alloys显示文摘Al—Pb alloys with monotectic and hypermonotectic compositions were directionally solidified under unsteadystate heat flow conditions.The cooling curves recorded during solidification allowed solidification thermal parameters such as the cooling rate(T),growth rate(v) and thermal gradient(G) to be experimentally determined.Different microstructural patterns have been associated with the alloy solute content,i.e.,Al—1.2and 2.1 wt%Pb.A sequence of morphologies from the bottom to the top of the Al—1.2 wt%Pb alloy casting(monotectic) can be observed:Pb-rich droplets in the aluminum-rich matrix,followed by a region of microstructural transition formed by droplets and fibers and finally by a mixture of fibers and strings of pearls.A completely fibrous structure(without transition) has been observed along the entire Al—2.1 wt%Pb alloy casting(hypermonotectic).The interphase spacing(λ) was measured along the casting length,and experimental correlations between λ and experimental solidification thermal parameters have been established.Power laws with a —2.2 exponent expressing λ as a function of the growth rate,v,were found to better represent the fibrous growth of both Al—Pb alloys.Moreover,a single experimental law expressing λ as a function of both G and v was found to describe the fibrous growth of both the monotectic and the hypermonotectic alloys experimentally examined.Adrina P.Silva Amauri Garcia José E.Spinelli 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,4:2
10Role of β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate (HMB) in Cancer Cachexia/ Sarcopenia显示文摘Cancer cachexia is a complex multifactorial syndrome that has a substantial impact on the quality of life of cancer patients. Although some treatment options exist to counteract cachexia, very few options counteract sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass). HMB may be a viable component in multi-modal approaches targeting treatment of cancer cachexia/sarcopenia. Evidence suggests that HMB promotes myogenic events, suppresses proteasome activity, and activates protein synthesis.
