| 1 | The potential mechanism, recognition and clinical significance of tumor pseudoprogression after immunotherapy显示文摘As immunotherapy has gained increasing interest as a new foundation for cancer therapy,some atypical response patterns,such as pseudoprogression and hyperprogression,have garnered the attention of physicians.Pseudoprogression is a phenomenon in which an initial increase in tumor size is observed or new lesions appear,followed by a decrease in tumor burden;this phenomenon can benefit patients receiving immunotherapy but often leads to premature discontinuation of treatment owing to the false judgment of progression.Accurately recognizing pseudoprogression is also a challenge for physicians.Because of the extensive attention on pseudoprogression,significant progress has been made.Some new criteria for immunotherapy,such as irRC,iRECIST and imRECIST,were proposed to accurately evaluate the response to immunotherapy.Many new detection indexes,such as ctDNA and IL-8,have also been used to identify pseudoprogression.In this review,the definition,evaluation criteria,mechanism,monitoring,management and prognosis of pseudoprogression are summarized,and diagnostic and treatment processes for patients with progression but with a suspicion of pseudoprogression are proposed;these processes could be helpful for physicians in clinical practice and enhances the understanding of pseudoprogression. | Wenxiao Jia Qianqian Gao Anqin Han Hui Zhu Jinming Yu | 2019 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,4: | 14 |

| 3 | On the possibility of predicting flare index and CME velocity using vector magnetograms显示文摘In this paper,106 active regions(ARs)in the visible solar hemisphere in solar cycle 24 whose maximum sunspot groups’areas were larger than 400μh were selected.The association of their flare index(Iflare),largest flare magnitude(Mflare),and fastest coronal mass ejection(CME)velocity(VCME)with the vector magnetic field parameters were examined,and attempts were made to predict Iflare,Mflare,and VCME using the vector magnetograms.Iflare and Mflare were found to have a good correlation with the total photospheric free magnetic energy density(Efree),the length of the magnetic neutral line with a steep horizontal magnetic gradient(LNL),and the area with strong magnetic shear(Aψ).Iflare and Mflare were also found to have a best correlation with Efree.However,VCME displayed a moderate correlation with these three magnetic field parameters with a best correlation with Aψ.Thus,Efree and Aψappear to be the best parameters that can be used to predict Iflare(Mflare)and VCME,respectively.Hence,the multiple linear regression fit is proposed more suitable to predict Iflare and Mflare because of the stronger forecasts obtained than those by the linear fit with one magnetic field parameter for Iflare and Mflare.However,the VCME forecasts are better obtained through the linear fit with Aψ.The majority of the ARs without any CMEs never produced any flare larger than X1.0 while having a relatively lower Efree,shorter LNL,and smaller Aψ.This suggests that the larger the largest flare in an AR is,the faster the fastest CME produced by the AR will be. | AnQin Chen JingXiu Wang | 2020 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6: | 5 |
| 4 | Cluster of solar active regions and onset of coronal mass ejections显示文摘round-the-clock solar observations with full-disk coverage of vector magnetograms and multi-wavelength images demonstrate that solar active regions(ARs) are ultimately connected with magnetic field. Often two or more ARs are clustered, creating a favorable magnetic environment for the onset of coronal mass ejections(CMEs). In this work, we describe a new type of magnetic complex: cluster of solar ARs. An AR cluster is referred to as the close connection of two or more ARs which are located in nearly the same latitude and a narrow span of longitude. We illustrate three examples of AR clusters, each of which has two ARs connected and formed a common dome of magnetic flux system. They are clusters of NOAA(i.e., National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) ARs 11226 & 11227, 11429 & 11430, and 11525 & 11524. In these AR clusters, CME initiations were often tied to the instability of the magnetic structures connecting two partner ARs, in the form of inter-connecting loops and/or channeling filaments between the two ARs. We show the evidence that, at least, some of the flare/CMEs in an AR cluster are not a phenomenon of a single AR, but the result of magnetic interaction in the whole AR cluster. The observations shed new light on understanding the mechanism(s) of solar activity. | 12 | The Effect of 'Pressure-Type' Fiscal Incentives on Industrial Restructuring in China显示文摘The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the driving force to build a new development pattern and improve the quality and efficiency of economic development.China's'pressure-type'fiscal incentives(PTFIs)are an important perspective from which the law of industrial structure change can be analyzed.Based on the dynamic panel data of 285 cities in China and the behavioral characteristics of local governments,this paper explores the effects of PTFIs on industrial restructuring using the GMM estimation method.It is found that PTFIs are conducive to improving the'quantity'of industrial structure upgrading(ISU),but not conducive to improving the'quality'of ISU or the rationalization of industrial structure(RIS).Mechanism identification reveals that,with PTFIs,local governments influence industrial restructuring mainly by'expanding financial resources with land'(EFRWL)and increasing the intensity of tax collection and management(ITCM).Further discussion reveals that a higher degree of fiscal decentralization and environmental regulation can effectively alleviate the negative impact of PTFIs on industrial restructuring.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to promote the balanced development of industrial structure,such as improving the institutional conditions and standardizing the behavior of local governments. | Liying Song Anqin Zhang | 2023 | China Finance and Economic Review2023,12,1: | 0 |

| 14 | Cross-satellite calibration of high-energy electron fluxes measured by FengYun-4A based on Arase observations显示文摘We use the High-energy Electron Experiments(HEP)instrument onboard Arase(ERG)to conduct an energy-dependent cross-satellite calibration of electron fluxes measured by the High Energy Particle Detector(HEPD)onboard FengYun-4A(FY-4A)spanning from April 1,2017,to September 30,2019.By tracing the two-dimensional magnetic positions(L,magnetic local time[MLT])of FY-4A at each time,we compare the datasets of the conjugate electron fluxes over the range of 245–894 keV in 6 energy channels for the satellite pair within different sets of L×MLT.The variations in the electron fluxes observed by FY-4A generally agree with the Arase measurements,and the percentages of the ratios of electron flux conjunctions within a factor of 2 are larger than 50%.Compared with Arase,FY-4A systematically overestimates electron fluxes at all 6 energy channels,with the corresponding calibration factors ranging from 0.67 to 0.81.After the cross-satellite calibration,the electron flux conjunctions between FY-4A and Arase show better agreement,with much smaller normalized root mean square errors.Our results provide a valuable reference for the application of FY-4A high-energy electron datasets to in-depth investigations of the Earth’s radiation belt electron dynamics. | XiaoYu Wang Xing Cao Xin Ma XiaoXin Zhang AnQin Chen JunHu Dong BinBin Ni XianKang Dou | 2023 | Earth and Planetary Physics2023,7,5: | 0 |
