4页岩中水力压裂扩展的微震机理研究显示文摘微震监测技术被广泛应用于衡量水力压裂作用。由于微震释放机制的复杂性,很难获得对其统一的理论认识。基于地震学原理,本文采用物理模拟实验和数值分析方法对页岩水力压裂扩展造成微震的机制进行研究。理论上,岩石破裂过程取决于水力裂纹尖端的应力分布。通过反演得到矩张量的特征方程及其特征值,从而确定震源点的破裂机制。通过真三轴水力压裂物理试验和声发射实验获得岩石破裂过程的基本规律。利用声发射信号的主频特性和初始运动来确定震源处的拉剪损伤比。震源点微震地震波采用水平井压裂数值模拟方法进行研究,得到不同位置、不同平面、不同方向上的微震波的频率和能量特性。通过数值分析验证了微地震波的分布,并揭示了在水力压裂作用下释放的震源机制。研究成果对页岩特性、页岩气储层评价和重构、优化压裂参数、提高采收率等方面具有重要的现实意义。B.H.Zhang X.P.Tian B.X.Ji J.Z.Zhao Z.M.Zhu S.D.Yin 白永福(译) 高翔(译) 李华玥(译) 赵仲和(校) 2020世界地震译丛2020,51,6:1
5Room-temperature ferroelectricity in A-site ordered Ruddlesden-Popper Li_(2)CaTa_(2)O_(7) ceramics显示文摘In the present work,the crystal structure,ferroelectric and dielectric properties of the dense single-phase Li_(2)CaTa_(2)O_(7) ceramics with A-site ordered double-layer Ruddlesden-Popper structures have been investigated by the experiments and first-principles calculations.A polar Pna21 phase was determined by the Rietveld refinement against the X-ray diffraction pattern at room temperature,and it was confirmed by its lowest calculated energy and rigid phonon modes.The ferroelectricity was found by observing the ferroelectric hysteresis loop at room temperature,and its remanent polarization was similar to the value calculated from the Berry phase and Born effective charge approaches.The ferroelectricity is a nonconventional proper one since its polarization is induced from the displacement of oxygen anions instead of tantalum cations based on the individual atomic polarization.A first-order transition from an antiferroelectric to paraelectric phase around 900 K was found by the DSC and variable-temperature dielectric measurements.From the present work,the room-temperature ferroelectricity is experimental confirmed in the present ceramics,inspiring the search for new ferroelectricity in the ceramics with A-site ordered Ruddlesden-Popper structures.B.H.Zhang Z.Z.Hu B.H.Chen X.Q.Liu X.M.Chen 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,3:0
6Enhancement of the surface emission at the fundamental frequency and the transmitted high-order harmonics by pre-structured targets显示文摘Laser interaction with an ultra-thin pre-structured target is investigated with the help of both two-dimensional and threedimensional particle-in-cell simulations.With the existence of aperiodic structure on the target surface,the laser seems to penetrate through the target at its fundamental frequency even if the plasma density of the target is much higher than the laser’s relativistically critical density.The particle-in-cell simulations show that the transmitted laser energy behind the pre-structured target is increased by about two orders of magnitude compared to that behind the flat target.Theoretical analyses show that the transmitted energy behind the pre-structured target is actually re-emitted by electron’islands’ formed by the surface plasma waves on the target surfaces.In other words,the radiation with the fundamental frequency is actually’surface emission,on the target rear surface.Besides the intensity of the component with the fundamental frequency,the intensity of the high-order harmonics behind the pre-structured target is also much enhanced compared to that behind the flat target.The enhancement of the high-order harmonics is also related to the surface plasma waves generated on the target surfaces.K.Q.Pan D.Yang L.Guo Z.C.Li S.W.Li C.Y.Zheng S.E.Jiang B.H.Zhang X.T.He 2019High Power Laser Science and Engineering2019,7,2:0
7Microstructure and room temperature tensile properties of 1μm-SiCp/AZ31B magnesium matrix composite显示文摘In the present study,AZ31B magnesium matrix composites reinforced with two volume fractions(3 and 5 vol.%)of micron-SiC particles(1μm)were fabricated by semisolid stirring assisted ultrasonic vibration method.The as-cast ingots were extruded at 350℃ with the extrusion ratio of 15:1 at a constant ram speed of 15 mm/s.The microstructure of the composites was investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.Microstructure characterization of the composites showed relative uniform reinforcement distribution and significant grain refinement.The presence of 1μm-SiC particles assisted in improving the elastic modulus and tensile strength.The ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the 5 vol.%SiCp/AZ31B composites were simultaneously improved.M.J.Shen X.J.Wang M.F.Zhang B.H.Zhang M.Y.Zheng K.Wu 2015Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2015,3,2:0
