1Research on a Composite Biomass Insulation Material with Geopolymers as Binders and Forestry Waste as Fillers显示文摘A composite biomass insulation material,which uses geopolymers as adhesives and forestry waste as fillers,was proposed and experimentally tested.The orthogonal experimental method was adopted to analyze the optimum theoretical oxide molar ratios and the mass ratio of mixing water to binder(m_(w2)/m__(B))for preparing geopolymers.The influences of curing regimes(including one-stage and two-stage curing methods)and m_(w2)/m_(B) ratios of the insulation materials on mechanical,thermal,and hydraulic performances were also studied by experiment.The results indicated that the optimum combination scheme of preparing geopolymers was molar ratio x_(SiO_(2))/x_(Na_(2)O)=3.3,x_(SiO_(2))/x_(Al_(2)O_(3))=3.2 and m_(w2)/m_(B)=0.5 with the highest mechanical strength of 34.21 MPa.Besides,the best curing conditions of the composite material were the curing temperatures of 85°C and 70°C under the two-stage curing regime,which could achieve the low heat conductivity of 0.123 and 0.125 W/(m·K),and the high mechanical strength of 1.70 MPa and 1.71 MPa,respectively.The optimum m_(w2)/m_(B)ratios of the biomass material were 0.5 to 0.55 with heat conductivity of 0.114 to 0.125 W/(m·K).This novel composite insulation material has satisfying physical performances,which is helpful for achieving building energy conservation.LI Hongqiang ZOU Si LIU Tiantian WANG Shuang ZOU Jun ZHANG Xiaofeng LIU Lifang BAI Chengying ZHANG Guoqiang 2022Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,2:1

3Daily administration times of Canhuang tablet based on a pharmacodynamic/pharmacokinetic model in jaundiced rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study the daily administration times of Canhuang tablet(CHT) for treating jaundice in rats based on a pharmacodynamic/ pharmacokinetic model.METHODS: Rats were modeled by 4% 1-Naphthylisothiocyanate(75 mg/kg, p.o.). After 48 h, CHT was given(p.o.) at 0.75 g/kg once a day, 0.375 g/kg twice a day, and 0.25 g/kg three times a day. Blood was collected from the orbital sinus at different intervals. Levels of liver enzymes and bilirubin were detected using these blood samples. Bile was collected and determined after the first administration of CHT. High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the concentration of berberine in bile simultaneously. Time-effect and time-dose curves were then obtained.RESULTS: Compared with rats taking CHT twiceand three times a day, the total amount of bile within 10 h of rats taking CHT once a day were 1.32-and 1.47-fold higher, respectively. There was good consistency between the pharmacokinetics of berberine and the pharmacodynamics of the effect on liver enzymes and bilirubin in vivo. The pharmacokinetic analyses showed that rats administered CHT once daily maintained a higher concentration of berberine in bile for a longer period than rats administered CHT two- and three-times daily.CONCLUSION: In jaundiced rats, taking CHT once a day is better than taking CHT twice or three times a day. 4Open-cell mullite ceramic foams derived from porous geopolymer precursors with tailored porosity显示文摘Porous geopolymer precursors were firstly prepared by the direct foaming method using bauxite,fly ash(FA),and metakaolin(MK)as raw materials,and porous mullite ceramics were prepared after ammonium ion exchange and then high-temperature sintering.The effects of chemical foaming agent concentration,ion-exchange time,and sintering temperature on porous geopolymerderived mullite ceramics were studied,and the optimal preparation parameters were found.Studies have shown that the concentration of blowing agent had great influence on open porosity(q)and porosity and cell size distributions of geopolymer samples,which in turn affected their compressive strength(σ).Duration of the ion exchange had no obvious effect on the sintered samples,and the amount of mullite phase increased with the increase in the sintering temperature.Mullite foams,possessing an open-celled porous structure,closely resembling that of the starting porous geopolymers produced by directly foaming,were obtained by firing at high temperatures.Stable mullite(3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))ceramic foams with total porosity(ε)of 83.52 vol%,high open porosity of 83.23 vol%,and compressive strength of 1.72 MPa were produced after sintering at 1400 for 2 h in℃ air without adding any sintering additives using commercial MK,bauxite,and FA as raw materials.Jiahuan SHAO Chengying BAI Xinyu LI Kun YANG Ting ZHENG Yingjie QIAO Lili ZHANG Hongqiang LI Paolo COLOMBO 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,2:0
