1An ultra-low power output capacitor-less low-dropout regulator with slew-rate-enhanced circuit显示文摘An ultra-low power output-capacitorless low-dropout(LDO) regulator with a slew-rate-enhanced(SRE)circuit is introduced. The increased slew rate is achieved by sensing the transient output voltage of the LDO and then charging(or discharging) the gate capacitor quickly. In addition, a buffer with ultra-low output impedance is presented to improve line and load regulations. This design is fabricated by SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS technology. Experimental results show that, the proposed LDO regulator only consumes an ultra-low quiescent current of 1.2 μA.The output current range is from 10 μA to 200 m A and the corresponding variation of output voltage is less than 40 m V. 3Wireless communication and wireless power transfer system for implantable medical device显示文摘Traditional magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer technology uses fixed distances between coils for research,to prevent fluctuations in the receiving voltage,and lead to reduce transmission efficiency.This paper proposes a closed-loop control wireless communication wireless power transfer system with a wearable four-coil structure to stabilize the receiving voltage fluctuation caused by changes in the displacement between the coils.Test results show that the system can provide stable receiving voltage,no matter how the distance between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil is changed.When the transmission distance is 20 mm,the power transfer efficiency of the system can reach 18.5%under the open-loop state,and the stimulus parameters such as the stimulation period and pulse width can be adjusted in real time through the personal computer terminal.Zhang Zhang Chao Chen Tairan Fei Hao Xiao Guangjun Xie Xin Cheng 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,10:1

5Design and Evaluation of an Exergame System of Knee with the Azure Kinect显示文摘Timely and effective knee function evaluation and knee exercises promote the prevention and self-management of knee diseases.In this paper,aKinectbased exergame system is proposed to assess and train the knee function.Azure Kinect was used to capture and generate 3D models of the user and immerse them in an interactive virtual environment.The software included three functional modules:knee function evaluation,Knee exercises game,and Comprehensive evaluation.The stand,step,leg lift,and squat were selected for knee function evaluation and exercises.Twenty volunteers participated in the experiment.Intraclass correlation coefficients(ICCs)were calculated to assess the reliability of kinematic measurements of knee angles during the movements.The ICC of these movements were stand(ICC=0.987),step(ICC=0.997),left leg lift(ICC=0.981),right leg lift(ICC=0.990),stand(ICC=0.998).The results show that the test-retest reliability is high.It means that the motion capture data is effective and the data obtained by Kinect is stable.Guangjun Wang Ming Cheng Xueshu Wang Yi Fan Xin Chen Liangliang Yao Hanyuan Zhang Zuchang Ma 2021国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2021,,2:0
6Hydrothermal synthesis of zeolitic material from circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash for the highly efficient removal of lead from aqueous solution显示文摘The utilization of coal fly ash derived from circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBFA)still faces great challenges because of its unique characteristics.In this study,a zeolitic material with Na-P1 zeolite as the main phase was successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal method by using CFBFA as the raw material.The effects of hydrothermal temperature,time,and added CTAB amount on the characterizations of synthesized materials were investigated by XRD,SEM,and XPS.The properties of the optimal zeolitic material and its adsorption performance for Pb^(2+)in aqueous solution were evaluated.The influences of pH,initial concentration,dosage,and temperature on Pb^(2+)adsorption were also examined.Results revealed the following optimal parameters for the synthesis of zeolitic material:NaOH concentration of 2 mol·L^(-1),solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:10 g·ml^(-1),hydrothermal temperature of 110℃,hydrothermal time of 9 h,and CTAB amount of 1 g(per 100 ml solution).The adsorption capacities of the zeolitic material reached 329.67,424.69,and 542.22 mg·g^(-1) when the pH values of aqueous solution were 5,6,and 7,respectively.The Pb^(2+)removal efficiency can reach more than 99%in aqueous solution with the initial concentrations of 100-300 mg·L^(-1) under pH 6 and suitable adsorbent dosage.The adsorption and kinetics of Pb^(2+)on the zeolitic material can be described by Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic models,respectively.The ion exchange between Pb^(2+)and Na^(+)and chemisorption are the main adsorption mechanism.All these findings imply that the synthesis of low-cost adsorbent for Pb^(2+)removal from weak acid and neutral aqueous solution provides a highly effective method to utilize CFBFA.Zhibin Ma Xueli Zhang Guangjun Lu Yanxia Guo Huiping Song Fangqin Cheng 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,7:0
7Ridge Covering High-yield Cultivation Techniques of Jinhong Apple in Cold Region显示文摘After five years of study,it was found that compared with the conventional cultivation techniques,the average yield per plant of3-5-year-old Jinhong apple trees cultivated under the ridge covering mode was increased by 2. 12 times,the stem diameter was increased by20%,the branch number was increased by 73. 5%,and the underground root number was increased by 38. 3%. Under the ridge covering mode,the main distribution area of the underground roots of Jinhong apple trees was moved down to 15-55 cm,the temperature of soil 20 cm beneath the surface of the ridges increased by 1. 3-1. 5℃,the temperature of soil 40 cm beneath the surface of the ridges rose by 0. 9-1. 0℃,and the water content of soil 20-40 cm from the ground was maintained around 5%. Under the ridge covering mode,the Jinhong apple trees grew robustly,began to fruit 3 years later and yielded highly 5 years later. 8Self-assembly of CXCR4 antagonist peptide-docetaxel conjugates for breast tumor multi-organ metastasis inhibition显示文摘As a representative chemotherapeutic drug,docetaxel(DTX)has been used for breast cancer treatment for decades.However,the poor solubility of DTX limits its efficacy,and the DTX based therapy increases the metastasis risk due to the upregulation of C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4(CXCR4)expression during the treatment.Herein,we conjugated CXCR4 antagonist peptide(CTCE)with DTX(termed CTCE-DTX)as an anti-metastasis agent to treat breast cancer.CTCE-DTX could selfassemble to nanoparticles,targeting CXCR4-upregulated metastatic tumor cells and enhancing the DTX efficacy.Thus,the CTCE-DTX NPs achieved promising efficacy on inhibiting both bonespecific metastasis and lung metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer.Our work provided a rational strategy on designing peptide-drug conjugates with synergistic anti-tumor efficacy.Chen Li Jiayan Lang Yazhou Wang Zhaoxia Cheng Mali Zu Fenfen Li Jingyi Sun Yating Deng Tianjiao Ji Guangjun Nie Ying Zhao 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,9:0

10Constructing quasi-vertical fiber bridging behaviors of aramid pulp at interlayer of laminated basalt fiber reinforced polymer composites to improve flexural performances显示文摘Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer(BFRP)composites have huge potential application respects for some civil fields due to enough strength/modulus to weight and low cost by replacing carbon fiber composites.Aiming at the issues in the Resin-Rich Region(RRR)and Interfacial Transition Region(ITR)of fiber reinforced polymer composites,the characteristic Aramid Pulp(AP)fibers with micro-fiber trunk and nano-fiber branches were manufactured into multiple non-woven ultra-thin interleaving at the interlayers of BFRP composites via compression molding to reinforce the flexural strengths and elastic moduli.AP fibers were introduced into RRR to form interleaving at the interlayer,the brittle epoxy adhesive layer was improved and enabled to avoid cracking under a low external load.Free fiber branches of AP were also embedded into BF layer to construct quasi-vertical fiber bridging behaviors in ITR,stronger mechanical interlocking was created to prevent crack propagation along the bonding interface of BF/epoxy.Three-point bending testing results showed the interleaving film with 4 g/m^(2)AP exhibited the best effect among various areal densities and yielded average 315.75 MPa in flexural strength and 21.38 GPa in elastic modulus,having a 63.4%increment and a 47.1%increment respectively compared with the bases.Overall,the simple and low-cost AP interleaving is confirmed as an effective method in improving interlayer structure and flexural performance of BFRP composites,which may be considered to manufacture high-performance laminated fiber reinforced polymer composites in civil aviation industry.Guangming YANG Fei CHENG Shihao ZUO Jinheng ZHANG Yang XU Yunsen HU Xiaozhi HU Yong WEI Guangjun GOU 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,12:0
