1Propofol Attenuates a-Synuclein Aggregation and Neuronal Damage in a Mouse Model of Ischemic Stroke显示文摘a-Synuclein is a soluble monomer abundant in the central nervous system. Aggregates of a-synuclein,consisting of higher-level oligomers and insoluble fibrils,have been observed in many chronic neurological diseases and are implicated in neurotoxicity and neurodegeneration.a-Synuclein has recently been shown to aggregate following acute ischemic stroke, exacerbating neuronal damage.Propofol is an intravenous anesthetic that is commonly used during intravascular embolectomy following acute ischemic stroke. While propofol has demonstrated neuroprotective properties following brain injury, the mechanism of protection in the setting of ischemic stroke is unclear. In this study, propofol administration significantly reduced the neurotoxic aggregation of a-synuclein, decreased the infarct area, and attenuated the neurological deficits after ischemic stroke in a mouse model. 2Effect of Short-term Forest Bathing in Urban Parks on Perceived Anxiety of Young-adults: A Pilot Study in Guiyang, Southwest China显示文摘Forest can be taken as a natural therapy to alleviate perceived anxiety of visitors. Given the geographical difference between urban and rural forest environments, little is known about the urban forest therapy effect of anxiety alleviation with reference to the rural forest. In this study, forty-three university students(aged from 19 to 23) were recruited as participants to visit the forest parks at urban and rural areas of Guiyang City on 21 and 23 December 2016. The forest experience was separated by four sceneries. Participants were asked to complete questionnaires by self-evaluating specific anxiety change from 12 questions with scores from 1 to 10 at both entrance and exit of the parks. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test and paired t-test were used to compare the change of anti-anxiety scores during forest bathing and between urban and rural forests, respectively. Results revealed that forest bathing in the urban park can alleviate the anxiety from financial state(P = 0.0028), exam-pass pressure(P = 0.0040) and love-affair relationship(P = 0.0286). Although rural forest bathing can also alleviate the anxiety from financial state(P = 0.0222), meanwhile, it maintained the anxiety about campus life(P < 0.0001). Forest tree richness tended to be higher in the rural forest park than in the urban one, which in contrast decreased the anxiety alleviation from inter-communication in the rural forest park(P = 0.0487). Principle component analysis indicated that participants tended to perceive more decline of anxiety from social contact in the urban forest. In conclusion, university students were recommended to pay a short visit to the urban forest with partners if they felt anxious about personal affairs and felt necessary to talk with others. 3Theories,technologies and practices of lacustrine shale oil exploration and development:A case study of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘As the main factors affecting stable and high production and the production regularity of lacustrine shale oil are unclear,the theoretical understandings,key exploration and development technologies,development effect and production regularity of lacustrine shale oil have been analyzed and summarized based on 700 m cores taken systematically from Paleogene Kong 2 Member of 4 wells in Cangdong sag,over 100000 analysis data and formation testing data.Three theoretical understandings on shale oil enrichment and high production have been reached:(1)High-quality shale with“three highs and one low”is the material base for shale oil enrichment.(2)Medium-slightly high thermal evolution degree is the favorable condition for shale oil enrichment.(3)Laminar felsic shale is the optimal shale layer for oil enrichment in semi-deep lake facies.Key exploration and development technologies such as shale oil enrichment layer and area evaluation and prediction,horizontal well pattern layout,shale oil reservoir fracturing,optimization of shale oil production regime have been established to support high and stable shale oil production.Under the guidance of these theoretical understandings and technologies,shale oil in Cangdong sag has achieved high and stable production,and 4 of them had the highest production of over 100 tons a day during formation testing.In particular,Well GY5-1-1 L had a daily oil production of 208 m^(3).By April,2022,the 28 wells combined have a stable oil production of 300–350 tons a day,and have produced 17.8×10^(4) t of oil cumulatively.It is found that the shale oil production of horizontal well declines exponentially in natural flow stage,and declines in step pattern and then tends stable in the artificial lift stage.Proportion of light hydrocarbons in produced shale oil is in positive correlation with daily oil production and decreases regularly during production test.ZHAO Xianzheng ZHOU Lihong PU Xiugang JIN Fengming HAN Wenzhong SHI Zhannan CHEN Changwei JIANG Wenya GUAN Quansheng XU Jing LIU Xuewei ZHANG Wei MA Jianying 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:4
4Organellar genome assembly methods and comparative analysis of horticultural plants显示文摘Although organellar genomes(including chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes)are smaller than nuclear genomes in size and gene number,organellar genomes are very important for the investigation of plant evolution and molecular ecology mechanisms.Few studies have focused on the organellar genomes of horticultural plants.Approximately 1193 chloroplast genomes and 199 mitochondrial genomes of land plants are available in the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI),of which only 39 are from horticultural plants.In this paper,we report an innovative and efficient method for high-quality horticultural organellar genome assembly from next-generation sequencing(NGS)data.Sequencing reads were first assembled by Newbler,Amos,and Minimus software with default parameters.The remaining gaps were then filled through BLASTN search and PCR.The complete DNA sequence was corrected based on Illumina sequencing data using BWA(Burrows–Wheeler Alignment tool)software.The advantage of this approach is that there is no need to isolate organellar DNA from total DNA during sample preparation.Using this procedure,the complete mitochondrial and chloroplast genomes of an ornamental plant,Salix suchowensis,and a fruit tree,Ziziphus jujuba,were identified.This study shows that horticultural plants have similar mitochondrial and chloroplast sequence organization to other seed plants.Most horticultural plants demonstrate a slight bias toward A+T rich features in the mitochondrial genome.In addition,a phylogenetic analysis of 39 horticultural plants based on 15 protein-coding genes showed that some mitochondrial genes are horizontally transferred from chloroplast DNA.Our study will provide an important reference for organellar genome assembly in other horticultural plants.Furthermore,phylogenetic analysis of the organellar genomes of horticultural plants could accurately clarify the unanticipated relationships among these plants.Xuelin Wang Feng Cheng Dekai Rohlsen Changwei Bi Chunyan Wang Yiqing Xu Suyun Wei Qiaolin Ye Tongming Yin Ning Ye 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:4
5Morphological and physiological analysis of narrow and striped leaf 1(nsl1) mutant of rice(Oryza sativa L.) and the gene mapping显示文摘The shape and color of rice leaves are important agronomic traits that directly influence the proportion of sunlight energy utilization and ultimately affect the yield and quality.A new mutant exhibiting stable inheritance was identified as derived from ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)-treated restorer Jinhui 10,tentatively named as narrow and striped leaf 1(nsl1).The nsl1 displayed pale white leaves at the seeding stage and then white striped leaves in parallel to the main vein at the jointing stage.Meanwhile,its leaf blades are significantly narrower than the control group of Jinhui 10.The chloroplast structures of cells in the white striped area of the nsl1 mutant break down,and the photosynthetic pigments are significantly lower than that of the wild type.Moreover,fluorescence parameters,such as F0,F v/F m,U psII,qp,and ETR,in the nsl1 mutant are significantly lower than those of the wild type,and the photosynthetic efficiency is also significantly decreased.These changes in leaf color and shape,together with physiological changes in the nsl1,result in smaller plant height and a decrease in the most important agronomic traits,such as the number of grains per panicle,grain weight,etc.Genetic analysis shows that the narrow and striped traits of the nsl1 mutant are controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene,which is located between InDel 16and InDel 12 in chromosome 3.The physical distance is204 kb.So far,no similar genes of such leaf color and shape in this area have been reported.This study has laid a solid foundation for the gene cloning and function analysis of NSL1.Fangming Zhao Yong Zhang Yanru Wu Tongming Wang Ling Ma Zhenglin Yang Xia Wei Xianchun Sang Yinghua Ling Nan Wang Changwei Zhang Guanghua He 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,9:3

9Tactile and temperature sensors based on organic transistors:Towards e-skin fabrication显示文摘Tactile and temperature sensors are the key components for e-skin fabrication.Organic transistors,a kind of intrinsic logic devices with diverse internal configurations,offer a wide range of options for sensor design and have played a vital role in the fabrication of e-skin-oriented tactile and temperature sensors.This research field has attained tremendous advancements,both in terms of materials design and device architecture,thereby leading to excellent performance of resulting tactile/temperature sensors.Herein,a systematic review of organic transistor-based tactile and temperature sensors is presented to summarize the latest progress in these devices.Particularly,we focus on spotlighting various device structures,underlying mechanisms and their performance.Lastly,an outlook for the future development of these devices is briefly discussed.We anticipate that this review will provide a quick overview of such a rapidly emerging research direction and attract more dedicated efforts for the development of next-generation sensing devices towards e-skin fabrication.Miao Zhu Muhammad Umair Ali Changwei Zou Wei Xie Songquan Li Hong Meng 2021Frontiers of physics2021,16,1:1

14Promotion of boron phosphate on the NiMoAl catalyst for hydroprocessing FCC slurry oil显示文摘Mesoporous NiMoAl catalysts with boron phosphate(BPO4)modification were synthesized through the complete liquid-phase method.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis evidenced the presence of BPO4-AlOOH mixed support in these BPO4-modified NiMoAl samples.The total amount of acid sites declined,but the surface acidity was strengthened by adding BPO4 into the NiMoAl catalyst.It’s worth noting that the incorporation of BPO4 could increase the concentrations of Ni and Mo species on the catalyst surface and greatly improve the dispersion of(Ni)MoS2 active phases,as indicated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)measurements.The catalytic performance of these BPO_(4)-modified NiMoAl catalysts was investigated with the hydroprocessing of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)slurry oil.The nitrogen-containing compounds removal from the oil was significantly enhanced with increasing the molar ratio of boron phosphate/aluminum.The NM-BPA(0.55)catalyst exhibited the best hydrodenitrogenation(HDN)activity,highlighting the significant impact of Mo sulfidation degree and the dispersion of active metals on HDN performance.The introduction of boron phosphate could also promote the hydrocracking activity of the NiMoAl catalyst,as demonstrated by SARA analysis and simulated distillation of liquid products.Changwei Liu Chunyan Tu Qi Chen Qian Zhang Wei Huang 2022Carbon Resources Conversion2022,5,3:0
15Cycles of fine-grained sedimentation and their influences on organic matter distribution in the second member of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,East China显示文摘According to the theory of sequence stratigraphy based on continental transgressive-regressive(T-R)cycles,a 500 m continuous core taken from the second member of Kongdian Formation(Kong 2 Member)of Paleogene in Well G108-8 in the Cangdong Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,was tested and analyzed to clarify the high-frequency cycles of deep-water fine-grained sedimentary rocks in lacustrine basins.A logging vectorgraph in red pattern was plotted,and then a sequence stratigraphic framework with five-order high-frequency cycles was formed for the fine-grained sedimentary rocks in the Kong 2 Member.The high-frequency cycles of fine-grained sedimentary rocks were characterized by using different methods and at different scales.It is found that the fifth-order T cycles record a high content of terrigenous clastic minerals,a low paleosalinity,a relatively humid paleoclimate and a high density of laminae,while the fifth-order R cycles display a high content of carbonate minerals,a high paleosalinity,a dry paleoclimate and a low density of laminae.The changes in high-frequency cycles controlled the abundance and type of organic matter.The T cycles exhibit relatively high TOC and abundant endogenous organic matters in water in addition to terrigenous organic matters,implying a high primary productivity of lake for the generation and enrichment of shale oil.ZHAO Xianzheng PU Xiugang YAN Jihua JIN Fengming SHI Zhannan CHAI Gongquan HAN Wenzhong LIU Yan JIANG Wenya CHEN Changwei ZHANG Wei FANG Zheng XIE Delu 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:0
16Effect of mass transfer process on hydrogen adsorption on polycrystalline platinum electrode in sulfuric acid solution显示文摘The underpotential adsorption of hydrogen (HUPD) is one of the most attractive fields in surface electrochemistry and electrocatalysis. In this work, the hydrogen adsorption on polycrystalline platinum electrode experimentally as well as on single crystal Pt(110) and Pt(100) electrode theoretically were studied. The effect of forced convection on the adsorption and desorption process of hydrogen was studied through adjusting the sampling rate of the microporous sampler closing to the surface of the platinum electrode immersed in dilute sulfuric acid solution. The relationship between HUPD and surface structure sensitivity was built quantitively. The DFT simulation shows that the adsorption strength of hydrogen on Pt(100), due to the lower adsorption energy, is weaker than that on Pt(110). Moreover, the bridged position of hydrogen on Pt(100) and the short-range bridged position on Pt(110) were found to be the optimal adsorption sites. 17All-in-one phototheranostics based on BTP-4F-DMO nanoparticles for NIR-II fluorescence/photoacoustic dual-mode imaging and combinational therapy显示文摘Various phototheranostics have recently been developed for phototherapy.Through proper molecular design,the photochemical and photophysical properties of these phototheranostics can be promoted.Herein,an acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A)-structured dye,BTP-4F-DMO,was synthesized and prepared into water-soluble nanoparticles(NPs).The obtained BTP-4F-DMO NPs had strong absorption from650 nm to 850 nm and a fluorescence emission peak at~900 nm that tailed to~1100 nm.The NPs showed a superhigh photothermal conversion efficiency of 90.5%±5%and could simultaneously generate·OH and^(1)O_(2)with a^(1)O_(2)generation quantum yield of 4.6%under 808 nm laser irradiation.Due to these advanced properties,BTP-4F-DMO NPs can switch the role of autophagy from pro-survival to prodeath,thereby further promoting cancer cell death.These features make BTP-4F-DMO NPs a promising multifunctional phototheranostic agent for NIR-II fluorescence/photoacoustic dual-mode imaging-guided synergetic photodynamic/photothermal therapy.In general,this work provides a strategy for expanding the biomedical applications of organic A-D-A-structured phototheranostics.Ke Yang Bowen Yu Wei Liu Zequn Zhang Li Huang Shaojing Zhao Benhua Wang Jianing Yi Jun Yuan Yingping Zou Changwei Lin Xiangzhi Song Minhuan Lan 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
18iTRAQ-based analysis of 17β-estradiol induced proteome in Chinese tongue sole Cynoglossus semilaevis显示文摘The phenomenon of sex dimorphism prevails among many fi sh species. It has attracted the general research interest due to its close relationship to fi sh growth and thus aquaculture productivity. In Chinese tongue sole ( Cynoglossus semilaevis ), 17β-estradiol (E2) can be used reportedly to induce the feminization of fi sh, although the detailed regulatory network remained elusive. We treated the tongue sole fry before sex diff erentiation with E2 (10 and 30 μg/L) to identify potential targets of E2 in Chinese tongue sole. The E2 treatment indeed induced genetic male fi sh sex-reversal to phenotypic female. Using an iTRAQ-based comparative proteomic analysis, 409 proteins that diff erentially expressed after E2 induction were identifi ed, including 259 up-regulated and 150 down-regulated proteins. Furthermore, 19 diff erentially expressed proteins identifi ed in the comparative proteomic analysis were selected to assess their transcription and eight of them exhibited the same tendency. Functions of the eight proteins included mainly nucleotide and protein binding. Interestingly, a far upstream element-binding protein 3-like isoform exhibited the signifi cant upregulation both at transcription and translation levels after E2 treatment.
