| 1 | 多源多中继协作网络上行联合波束成形显示文摘主要研究中继协作波束成形和基站端线性均衡向量的联合优化设计问题。考虑在上行多用户中继网络中,每个用户可以独立地通过分布式的中继节点向多天线基站发送信号。针对以上模型,本文提出了两种有关联但是不同的设计方法。在第一种方法中,力求在每一个信干噪比不小于一定阈值的情况下,最小化所有中继节点总的传输功率;在第二种方法中,考虑在中继节点满足一定功率约束的情况下,使最小的信干噪比最大化。通过数学转换发现,最优化的基站端线性均衡向量是由中继加权向量唯一确定并可以写成闭式解的形式,这样便可以把多变量优化问题转化为单变量优化问题,进而利用schur补和半正定松弛等,将原问题转化成可以用凸优化方法直接解决的问题,仿真结果表明与已有方法相比,本文方法性能更佳。 | 刘琚 王超 许宏吉 董郑 Julian Cheng | 2014 | 数据采集与处理2014,29,3: | 4 |
| 2 | Impact of sesame lignan on physical and oxidative stability of flaxseed oil-in-water emulsion显示文摘Recent studies have shown that the highly susceptibility to oxidation ofα-linolenic acid(ALA)enriched emulsion delivery system was harmful for human health which limited their incorporation into functional food.Impacts of natural sesamol(SOH)and sesamin(SES)on stability of flaxseed oil-in-water emulsion were investigated.Results showed that SOH indicated higher antioxidant activity and significantly prolonged the time of emulsion oil-off by retarding oil droplet aggregation in a dose dependent manner throughout storage.Moreover,SOH showed substantial extended lag phase of lipid oxidation products,especially for secondary oxidation products(thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances,TBARS),with a maximum reduction of 70%with 800 M dosage.The antioxidative efficiency of SOH might relate to its strong ability of scavenging free radical and chelate transition metal.Furthermore,SOH significantly enhanced interfacial barrier property and reduced permeation rate of peroxyl radical across emulsion interface by hydrogen bonds between sugar groups of saponin molecules and SOH.However,no obvious change in barrier property of emulsion was observed in SES.SOH improved physicochemical property of flaxseed oil-in-water emulsion with higher antioxidant activity and stronger interfacial barrier property,so that it could be serve as plant-based antioxidant in oil-in-water emulsion delivery system. | Xintian Wang Kun Yu Chen Cheng Xiao Yu David Julian McClements Wenwen Huang Jia Yang Fenghong Huang Qianchun Deng | 2019 | Oil Crop Science2019,4,4: | 1 |

| 12 | 艾曲波帕治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜对血小板计数和出血的效果:一项随机、双盲、安慰剂对照试验显示文摘背景 艾曲波帕是一种口服、非肽类、血小板生成素(TPO)受体激动剂,可以刺激血小板生成而导致血小板产生增加。本研究评价单次口服艾曲波帕50mg/d的疗效、安全性和耐受性,同时探索剂量增加到75mg/d的效果。
方法本次Ⅲ期随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究中的慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)成人受试者来自23个国家的63个地区,外周血血小板计数〈30000/μl,在接受一种或一种以上的标准ITP治疗方案的基础上加用单次口服艾曲波帕50mg/d(n=76)或安慰剂(n=38)治疗6周。患者通过有效的随机化分配系统按照艾曲波帕:安慰剂为2:1的比例随机分配进入试验。治疗3周后,如果患者小板计数仍然低于50000/μ1,艾曲波帕剂量增加至75mg。主要终点是在治疗第43天外周血血小板计数≥50000/μ1的患者比例。所有接受至少一种治疗方案的试验纳入者均进行统计学分析。本试验已在Clinical Trials.gov登记注册,注册号为NCT00102739。
结果艾曲波帕组的73例患者和安慰剂组的37例患者为有效研究人群,对其43d的试验进行统计学分析。艾曲波帕组的43例(59%)患者和安慰剂组的6例(16%)患者治疗有反应[血小板计数≥50000/μ1.OR9.61(95%CI3.31~27.86),P〈0.0001]。和安慰剂组相比,接受艾曲波帕治疗的反应并不受到预先定义的各种变量(基线血小板计数,合用治疗ITP的药物,是否接受脾切除术)或者先前接受ITP治疗次数的影响:在有效分析的34例患者中增加了艾曲波帕的治疗剂量,10例(29%)有反应。通常在治疗结束2周后血小板计数返回基线水平。和安慰剂组相比,艾曲波帕组在试验中的任何时段出血均明显减少[0R 0.49(95%C10.26—0.89),P=0.021]。治疗中两组3~4级治疗副反应(艾曲波帕组2例(3%)vs安慰剂组1例(3%)]和由于副作用而终止治疗[艾曲波帕组3例(4%)vs安慰剂组2例(5%)1的发生率相似。

| 17 | Visible Light Communication for Vehicular Applications: A Novel Architecture with Proof-of-Concept Prototype显示文摘When there is an increasing interest in visible light communication(VLC), outdoor vehicle VLC has emerged as a promising candidate technology for future intelligent transportation systems. However, in VLC based vehicular applications, several challenges impede successful commercial application of VLC based products. This article first provides a thorough overview of the existing challenges. To overcome these challenges, we propose a novel architecture with tracking and environment sensing ability for practical vehicular applications. Moreover, a proof-ofconcept prototype is implemented to validate the feasibility of the proposed system. Experimental and simulation results show that the proposed VLC system can provide reliable communications with a bit-error rate less than 10-4for vehicles under strong interference lights. | 18 | Fish diversity reduction and assemblage structure homogenization in lakes:A case study on unselective fishing in China显示文摘Unselective fishing involves activities that target the entire assemblage rather than specific fish species,size classes,or trophic levels.This common fishing approach has been in practice for decades in inland waters in China but its implications for biodiversity remain unclear.We addressed this issue by studying fish assemblages in freshwater lakes(five fishing lakes,one reference lake,and a total of 51 sampling sites)between pre-and postfishing time-periods in Eastern China during 2017–2019.The effects of lake,fishing period,and their interactions on fish abundance,biomass,and diversity indices were assessed.Multivariate analysis was conducted to test for differences in fish assemblages among lakes and between fishing periods.After the implementation of fishing activities,significant reductions in fish species richness,abundance,biomass,and all three life-history strategies(opportunistic,equilibrium,and periodic)were observed in fishing lakes,whereas opposite trends were observed in the reference lake.Compositional similarity of fish assemblages among fishing lakes increased over the threeyear monitoring period.Our results suggest that unselective fishing reduces fish diversity and homogenizes fish assemblage structure in lakes.These findings have important implications for protecting both biodiversity and fisheries in inland waters in China and are applicable to other countries or regions that rely on fish as a major food source. | Han Liu Yushun Chen Rodolphe E.Gozlan Xiao Qu Wentong Xia Fei Cheng Lizhu Wang Craig P.Paukert Julian D.Olden Songguang Xie | 2022 | Water Biology and Security2022,1,3: | 0 |

| 20 | Outage-driven link selection for secure buffer-aided networks显示文摘In this paper, we investigate secure communication in a two-hop wireless network, where multiple buffer-aided relays assist to securely forward data from the sender to the destination threatened by a passive eavesdropper. To satisfy the security and delay requirements, we propose a novel link selection policy without the instantaneous wiretap channel state information. Different from the most current link selection policies,the proposed link selection policy is designed by joint considering the link secrecy outage probability and the buffer states. To evaluate the secrecy performance, we first characterize the system state transition matrix and the stationary state probability, and then derive the closed-form expressions for the secrecy outage probability and the secrecy rate. Moreover, we formulate a framework based on the queuing theory to analyze the end-to-end information delay at the source, the relays, and the queues, and derive the closed-form expression for the information delay.
