| 3 | Deep Reinforcement Learning Based Joint Edge Resource Management in Maritime Network显示文摘Due to the rapid development of the maritime networks, there has been a growing demand for computation-intensive applications which have various energy consumption, transmission bandwidth and computing latency requirements. Mobile edge computing(MEC) can efficiently minimize computational latency by offloading computation tasks by the terrestrial access network. In this work, we introduce a space-air-ground-sea integrated network architecture with edge and cloud computing components to provide flexible hybrid computing service for maritime service. In the integrated network, satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) provide the users with edge computing services and network access. Based on the architecture, the joint communication and computation resource allocation problem is modelled as a complex decision process, and a deep reinforcement learning based solution is designed to solve the complex optimization problem. The classical Jeffrey's updating rule and the linear updating rule are extended to the framework of IBSs. Both of them are recursively used to generate global diagnosis evidence with the form of Interval basic belief assignment(IBBA) by updating the previous evidence with the incoming evidence. The diagnosis decision can be made by global diagnosis evidence. In the process of evidence updating, the similarity factors of evidence are used to determine switching between the extended Jeffrey's and linear updating rules, and to calculate the linear combination weights. | 11 | Development and characterization of a clinical strain of Coxsackievirus A16 and an eGFP infectious clone显示文摘Coxsackievirus A16(CA16) is one of the major causes of hand, foot, and mouth disease(HFMD) worldwide, which is a common illness that affects children. The frequent occurrence of HFMD outbreaks has become a serious public health problem in Asia. Therefore, it is important to understand the pathogenesis and replication of CA16. In this study, a stable infectious c DNA clone of an epidemic strain of Coxsackievirus A16(CA16) was assembled, and subsequently a reporter virus(e GFP-CA16) was constructed by inserting the e GFP gene between the 5'-UTR and the N-terminus of VP4, with the addition of a 2A protease cleavage site(ITTLG) at its C-terminus. This was transfected into Vero cells to generate infectious recombinant viruses. The growth characteristics and plaque morphology, in vitro, in mammalian cells were found to be indistinguishable between the parental and recombinant viruses. Although the e GFP-CA16 showed smaller plaque size as compared to recombinant CA16, both were found to exhibit similar growth trends and EC50 of NITD008. In summary, this stable infectious c DNA clone should provide a valuable experimental system to study CA16 infection and host response. Our basic ideal is based on the clustering algorithm of Finite Mixture Models (FMM). The intensity distribution is first derived by the particle-PHD filter, and then the clustering algorithm is applied to estimate the multitarget states and tracks jointly. The clustering process includes two steps: the prediction and update. The key to the proposed algorithm is to use the prediction as the initial points and the convergent points as the es- timates. | 20 | A NEW METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FUZZY EVIDENCE BASED ON THE NON-CONSONANT RANDOM SET显示文摘Natural-language information is often mathematically expressed by fuzzy sets. With the random set theory as a bridge, this kind of information can be transformed into fuzzy evidence in Dempster-Shafer (DS) theory. Then Dempster's combination rule or other combination rules of evi- dence can be used perfectly for fusing natural-language and other information. However, this traditional transformation involves the use of α -cutsets to construct the focal elements which have to be repre- sented as consonant sets. This construction is very inflexible and unreasonable in some practical ap- plications. In this paper, with the desire to overcome this limitation, a method for constructing more general non-consonant focal elements is proposed based on the random set theory. Some examples are given to show the generality and the efficiency of this new method.
