| 1 | Quadrupole-Linear Ion Trap Tandem Mass Spectrometry System for Clinical Biomarker Analysis显示文摘The accurate and efficient measurement of small molecule disease markers for clinical diagnosis is of great importance. In this study,a quadrupole-linear ion trap(Q-LIT)tandem mass spectrometer was designed and built in our laboratory.Target precursor ions were first selected in the quadrupole, and then injected, trapped, and fragmented simultaneously in the linear ion trap(LIT)to reduce the space charge effect, enrich the target product ions, and promote sensitivity. The targeted analytes were measured with selected reaction monitoring using a positive scan mode with electrospray ionization(ESI).Ions with a mass-to-charge ratio(m/z)ranging from 195 to 2022 were demonstrated. When scanning at 1218amu.s^(-1),unit resolution and an accuracy of higher than m/z 0.28 was obtained for m/z up to 2000.The dimensionless Mathieu parameter(q)value used in this study was 0.40 for collision-induced dissociation(CID),which was activated by resonance excitation. And an overall CID efficiency of 64%was achieved(activation time,50 ms).Guanidinoacetic acid(GAA)and creatine(CRE)were used as model compounds for small molecule clinical biomarkers. The limits of quantification were 1.0 and 0.2 nmol.L^(-1)for GAA and CRE,respectively.A total of 77 actual samples were successfully analyzed by the home-built ESI-Q-LIT tandem mass spectrometry system. The developed method can reduce matrix interference, minimize space charge effects, and avoid the chromatographic separation of complex samples to simplify the pretreatment process. This novel Q-LIT system is expected to be a good candidate for the determination of biomarkers in clinical diagnosis and therapeutics. | Xiang Fang Jie Xie Shiying Chu You Jiang Yuting An Chang Li Xiaoyun Gong Rui Zhai Zejian Huang Chunling Qiu Xinhua Dai | 2022 | Engineering2022,,9: | 1 |
| 2 | New Material of Sinosauropteryx (Theropoda: Compsognathidae) from Western Liaoning, Chinae显示文摘An incomplete specimen of Sinosauropteryx prima collected from the Early Cretaceous Yixian Formation of the Dawangzhangzi area in Lingyuan, western Liaoning is depicted. It represents the first systematically described material of this feathered compsognathid outside the Sihetun area in Beipiao. This specimen shows some diagnostic features of Sinosauropteryx prima, such as the very short forelimb in relation to hindlimb with the length ratio of humerus plus radius to femur plus tibia just around 30%, and the long and massive first manual ungual subequal in length to radius. The presence of Sinosauropteryx prima only at Sihetun and Dawangzhangzi supports the suggestion that the fossil-bearing beds in the Sihetun and Dawangzhangzi areas are equivalent to each other within the Yixian Formation. | JI Shu'an GAO Chunling LIU Jinyuan MENG Qingjin JI Qiang | 2007 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2007,81,2: | 1 |

| 4 | Hydrogel-based catalysts for hydrogen generation by the hydrolysis of B–H compounds under external physical fields显示文摘Hydrogen is a popular clean high-energy-density fuel. However, its utilization is limited by the challenges toward low-cost hydrogen production and safe hydrogen storage.Fortunately, these issues can be addressed using promising hydrogen storage materials such as B–H compounds.Hydrogen stored in B–H compounds can be released by hydrolysis at room temperature, which requires catalysts to increase the rate of the reaction.Recently, several effective approaches have been developed for hydrogen generation by catalyzing the hydrolysis of B–H compounds. This review summarizes the existing research on the use of nanoparticles loaded on hydrogels as catalysts for the hydrolysis of B–H compounds.First, the factors affecting the hydrolysis rate, such as temperature,p H,reactant concentration, and type of nano particles, were investigated.Further, the preparation methods(in situ reduction,one-pot method, template adsorption, etc.)for the hydrogel catalysts and the types of loaded catalysts were determined.Additionally, the hydrogel catalysts that can respond to magnetic fields, ultrasound fields, optical fields, and other physical fields are introduced. Finally, the issues and future developments of hydrogel-based catalysts are discussed. This review can inspire deeper investigations and provide guidance for the study of hydrogel catalysts in the field of hydrogen production via hydrolysis. | Chunling Qin Wenliu Wu Hassanien Gomaa Shuai Wu Cuihua An Qibo Deng Ning Hu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11: | 0 |
| 5 | Safety and activity of WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)in patients with ALK-or ROS1-rearranged advanced non-small cell lung cancer:a phase 1 dose-escalation and dose-expansion trial显示文摘WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)is a novel, highly selective oral ALK and ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI).In this study, the safety, antitumor activity, and pharmacokinetics of WX-0593 were evaluated in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement. In the dose-escalation phase and dose-expansion phase, patients were treated with WX-0593 until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity,or subject withdrawal. In the dose-escalation phase, the primary endpoints were maximum tolerated dose(MTD),dose-limiting toxicity(DLT),and safety assessed by investigators. In the dose-expansion phase, the primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)assessed by investigators.Between September 25,2017 and October 15,2018,a total of 153 patients received WX-0593 treatment. Two dose-limiting toxicities(DLTs)including one grade 3 QT interval prolonged and one grade 2 chronic heart failure were reported at the dose of 300 mg in one patient.MTD was not reached.Overall,140 of the 152(92%)patients experienced treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)and 35 of the 152(23%)patients had TRAEs≥grade 3.The overall ORR was 59.3%(32 of 54)for the dose-escalation phase and 56.6%(56 of 99)for the dose-expansion phase. For patients who were ALK-rearranged and ALK TKI naive, the ORR were 81.0%(17 of 21)in the dose-escalation phase and 76.3%(29 of 38)in the dose-expansion phase, and for patients who previously received crizotinib as the only ALK TKI,the ORR were 38.1%(8 of 21)and 45.7%(21 of 46)for the two phases, respectively. For patients who were ROS1-rearranged,the ORR were 30.0%(3 of 10)in the dose-escalation phase and 44.4%(4 of 9)in the dose-expansion phase.WX-0593 showed favorable safety and promising antitumor activity in advanced NSCLC patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement. | Yuankai Shi Jian Fang Xuezhi Hao Shucai Zhang Yunpeng Liu Lin Wang Jianhua Chen Yi Hu Xiaosheng Hang Juan Li Chunling Liu Yiping Zhang Zhehai Wang Yanping Hu Kangsheng Gu Jian’an Huang Liangming Zhang Jinlu Shan Weiwei Ouyang Yanqiu Zhao Wu Zhuang Yan Yu Jun Zhao Helong Zhang Pei Lu Weidong Li Meimei Si Mingjing Ge Huaize Geng | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2: | 0 |
