| 1 | Feedback control of nonlinear differential algebraic systems using Hamiltonian function method显示文摘The stabilization and H∞ control of nonlinear differential algebraic systems (NDAS) are investigated using the Hamiltonian function method. Firstly, we put forward a novel dissipative Hamiltonian realization (DHR) structure and give the condition to com- plete the Hamiltonian realization. Then, based on the DHR, we present a criterion for the stability analysis of NDAS and construct a stabilization controller for NDAS in absence of disturbances. Finally, for NDAS in presence of disturbances, the L2 gain is analyzed via generalized Hamilton-Jacobi inequality and an H∞ control strategy is constructed. | 3 | Recent Advances in Single-Atom Electrocatalysts for Oxygen Reduction Reaction显示文摘Oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)plays significant roles in electrochemical energy storage and conversion systems as well as clean synthesis of fine chemicals.However,the ORR process shows sluggish kinetics and requires platinum-group noble metal catalysts to accelerate the reaction.The high cost,rare reservation,and unsatisfied durability significantly impede large-scale commercialization of platinum-based catalysts.Single-atom electrocatalysts(SAECs)featuring with well-defined structure,high intrinsic activity,and maximum atom efficiency have emerged as a novel field in electrocatalytic science since it is promising to substitute expensive platinum-group noble metal catalysts.However,finely fabricating SAECs with uniform and highly dense active sites,fully maximizing the utilization efficiency of active sites,and maintaining the atomically isolated sites as single-atom centers under harsh electrocatalytic conditions remain urgent challenges.In this review,we summarized recent advances of SAECs in synthesis,characterization,oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)performance,and applications in ORR-related H_(2)O_(2)production,metal-air batteries,and low-temperature fuel cells.Relevant progress on tailoring the coordination structure of isolated metal centers by doping other metals or ligands,enriching the concentration of single-atom sites by increasing metal loadings,and engineering the porosity and electronic structure of the support by optimizing the mass and electron transport are also reviewed.Moreover,general strategies to synthesize SAECs with high metal loadings on practical scale are highlighted,the deep learning algorithm for rational design of SAECs is introduced,and theoretical understanding of active-site structures of SAECs is discussed as well.Perspectives on future directions and remaining challenges of SAECs are presented. | Junxing Han Juanjuan Bian Chunwen Sun | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 6 |
| 4 | Sources and distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons of different glaciers over the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Twenty snow samples were collected from the Qiyi glacier in Qilian Mountains,the Yuzhufeng glacier in eastern Kunlun Mountains,the Xiaodongkemadi glacier in Tanggula Mountains,and the Gurenhekou glacier in Nyainqêntanglha Range over the Tibetan Plateau.The concentration and distribution features of sixteen priority Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined by gas chromatography equipped with a mass spectrometry detector (GC-MS).The sources of these PAHs were explored as well.Our results indicated that the average concentrations of PAHs in snow were in the range of 20.45 60.57 ng/L.Maximum PAHs levels were found in the YZF glacier andminimum in the XDKMD glacier.However,no apparent regional distribution pattern of PAHs was found in the glaciers over the Tibetan Plateau.Moreover,the 2 4 ring low molecular weight PAHs predominated in snow samples and the concentrations of phenanthrene was the highest.Integrated factor analysis and isomer pair ratios suggested that PAHs of glaciers over the Tibetan Plateau were derived from low temperature combustion of coal and biomass,and partially from the exhaust gas of locomotives.Air mass back trajectory indicated that organic compounds detected in snowpit of these four glaciers,in the period of time they represented,mainly came from Central Asia and the arid area of Northwest China by westerly wind circulation. | LI QuanLian WANG NingLian WU XiaoBo PU JianChen HE JianQiao ZHANG ChunWen | 2011 | Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,8: | 5 |
| 5 | Near Infrared Star Centroid Detection by Area Analysis of Multi-Scale Super Pixel Saliency Fusion Map显示文摘The centroid location of a near infrared star always deviates from the real center due to the effects of surrounding radiation. To determine a more accurate center of a near infrared star, this paper proposes a method to detect the star's saliency area and calculate the star's centroid via the pixels only in this area, which can greatly decrease the effect of the radiation. During saliency area detection, we calculated the boundary connectivity and gray similarity of every pixel to estimate how likely it was to be a background pixel. Aiming to simplify and speed up the calculation process, we divided the near infrared starry sky image into super pixel maps at multi-scale by Simple Linear Iterative Clustering(SLIC). Second, we detected the saliency map for every super pixel map of the image. Finally, we fused the saliency maps according to a weighted coefficient that is determined by the least square method. For the images used in our experiment, we set the multi-scale super pixel numbers to 100, 150,and 200. | 6 | Effects of soy isoflavone extracts on the growth of estrogen-dependent human breast cancer (MCF-7) tumors implanted in ovariectomized nude mice显示文摘In this study,we explored the effects of soy isoflavone extracts on the growth of estrogen-dependent human breast cancer (MCF-7) tumors implanted in ovariectomized athymic mice. The ovariectomized athymic mice were implanted with MCF-7 cells. They were fed with low,moderate and high doses of soy isoflavone extracts,at dietary concentrations of 6.25,12.5 and 25 g/kg,respectively. The expression of ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The pS2 expression in tumors was analyzed by real-time PCR. Estrogen level in the serum was measured by chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay. Com-pared with the control group,dietary soy isoflavone extracts had a significant stimulatory effect on MCF-7 tumor growth in mice (P < 0.05). The ki-67 and pS2 mRNA expressions in tumors were signifi-cantly increased by 6.25 and 12.5 g/kg dose of soy isoflavone extracts (P < 0.05). And,estrogen level in serum of 6.25 and 12.5 g/kg dose groups was higher than that of control group (P > 0.05). | 7 | Critical dwell time of switched linear systems显示文摘In this paper, we consider the relation between the switching dwell time and the stabilization of switched linear control systems. First of all, a concept of critical dwell time is given for switched linear systems without control inputs, and the critical dwell time is taken as an arbitrary given positive constant for a switched linear control systems with controllable switching models. Secondly, when a switched linear system has many stabilizable switching models, the problem of stabilization of the overall system is considered. An on-line feedback control is designed such that the overall system is asymptotically stabilizable under switching laws which depend only on those of uncontrollable subsystems of the switching models. Finally, when a switched system is partially controllable (While some switching models are probably unstabilizable), an on-line feedback control and a cyclic switching strategy are designed such that the overall system is asymptotically stabilizable if all switching models of this uncontrollable subsystems are asymptotically stable. | 10 | Change of Cytokines in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients and HBeAg are Positively Correlated with HBV RNA, Based on Real-world Study显示文摘Background and Aims:The natural course of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is widely studied;however,follow-up studies of the same patients are scanty.Here,we studied the dynamic changes of serum HBV RNA and cytokines in hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg)-positive patients treated with entecavir(ETV)to explore the relationship between the HBV serum viral nucleic acids and host immunity.Methods:Thirty-three chronic hepatitis B patients who are HBeAg-positive,with high virus load(HBV DNA>20,000 IU/mL),and received standard nucleos(t)ide analogue(NA)antiviral therapy(ETV)for more than 48 weeks were included.The serum levels of HBV nucleic acids and selected cytokines were measured at 0,12,24,and 48 weeks respectively.Results:Serum HBV RNA could still be detected while serum HBV DNA had fallen below the detection limit in patients treated with ETV.There was a strong positive correlation between HBV RNA and HBeAg,with a concomitant decrease in the secretion of cytokines from type 1 helper T(Th1)/type 2 helper T(Th2)/interleukin(IL)-17 producing T(Th17)cells.IL-4 and IL-10 were the main cytokines negatively associated with serum HBV RNA.Conclusions:HBeAg can be used to reflect the load of HBV RNA indirectly,because serum HBV RNA has not been widely used in clinical practice.Meanwhile,serum IL-4 and IL-10 might be explored in combination with HBV RNA in guiding future clinical antiviral therapy. | Qiqi Zhang Hui Huang Aijun Sun Chunyan Liu Zhidong Wang Feifan Shi Wei Duan Xueying Sun Qi Wang Ping Sun Chunwen Pu Yong Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,3: | 1 |
