1Wheat straw pretreatment with KOH for enhancing biomethane production and fertilizer value in anaerobic digestion显示文摘Wheat straw biodegradability during anaerobic digestion was improved by treatment with potassium hydroxide(KOH)to decrease digestion time and enhance biomethane production and fertility value.KOH concentrations of1%(K1),3%(K2),6%(K3)and 9%(K4)were tested for wheat straw pretreatment at ambient temperature with a C:N ratio of 25:1.86% of total solids(TS),89% of volatile solids(VS)and 22% of lignocellulose,cellulose and hemicellulose(LCH)(22%)were decomposed effectively with the wheat straw pretreated by 6% KOH.Enhanced biogas production and cumulative biomethane yield of 258 ml·(g VS)^(-1)were obtained increased by 45% and 41%respectively,compared with untreated wheat straw.Pretreated wheat straw digestion also yielded a digestate with higher fertilizer values potassium(138%),calcium(22%)and magnesium(16%).These results show that TS,VS and LCH can be effectively removed from wheat straw pretreated with KOH,improving biodegradability biomethane production and fertilizer value.Muhammad Jaffar Yunzhi Pang Hairong Yuan Dexun Zou Yanping Liu Baoning Zhu Rashid Mustafa Korai Xiujin Li 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,3:11
2Screening antagonistic microbes for seedling blight of rice and study on antagonistic mechanisms显示文摘It is shown by the result of the dual-cultured experiment that the inhibitory rate of DZW-47 was 60.42%,and the inhibitory rates of R.solani by actinomyces ZLR-2 and ZLR-11 were 43.75% and 43.05%,lower than that of DZW-47.The inhibitory mycelia growth mechanism of different strains on R.solani was quite different,with DZW-3 mainly on the aspect of hyperparasitism, DZW-21 on the synergism of hyperparasitism and metabolite,DZW-47 on the synergism of nutrient competition and secondary metabolite,ZLR-2 and ZLR- 11 on producing secondary metabolite.Controlling efficiency of seedling bed accorded basically with that of the broth.The controlling efficiency of DZW-47,ZLR-2,ZLR-11,DZW-21 and DZW-3 were 97.20%,95.7%,94.6%,93.6% and 89.20%,respectively.REN Li XU Fenghua ZOU Dexun LI Haihui 2007Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2007,14,2:1

6Comparative investigations on pilot-scale anaerobic digestion of food waste at 30℃and 35℃显示文摘Parallel pilot-scale anaerobic digestion systems were conducted to evaluate the influence of system temperatures(30℃and 35℃)on digestion performance,greenhouse gas control and economic efficiency.Biogas productions(6.64-12.96 m3/d)and methane yields(0.46-0.61 m3/kg VS)of 35℃digestion system were significantly higher than those of 30℃digestion system with the organic loading rate(OLR)of 2.0-4.5 kg VS/m3·d.Two regression equations of methane yields with increasing OLRs were fitted at 30℃and 35℃to predict the methane production of practical food waste(FW)digestion plants.By analyzing process stability,the optimal operating OLRs of 35℃digestion system(4.0 kg VS/m3·d)was found to be higher than that of 30℃digestion system(3.0 kg VS/m3·d),indicating that the 35℃digestion system had better processing capacity.The greenhouse gas emission under corresponding optimal operating OLR of 35℃digestion system was also calculated to be better than that of 30℃digestion system.Even the system temperature of 30℃was found to be more suitable for the digestion where OLR was less than 3.0 kg VS/m3·d,a higher operational temperature of 35℃was still a better choice for conventional high-solid digestion.Wang Long Zhu Baoning Yuan Hairong Liu Yanping Zou Dexun Li Xiujin 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1:0
