| 1 | Current status of diagnosis and treatment of hepatic echinococcosis显示文摘Echinococcus granulosus(E.granulosus) and Echinococcus multilocularis(E.multilocularis) infections are the most common parasitic diseases that affect the liver.The disease course is typically slow and the patients tend to remain asymptomatic for many years.Often the diagnosis is incidental.Right upper quadrant abdominal pain,hepatitis,cholangitis,and anaphylaxis due to dissemination of the cyst are the main presenting symptoms.Ultrasonography is important in diagnosis.The World Health Organization classification,based on ultrasonographic findings,is used for staging of the disease and treatment selection.In addition to the imaging methods,immunological investigations are used to support the diagnosis.The available treatment options for E.granulosus infection include open surgery,percutaneous interventions,and pharmacotherapy.Aggressive surgery is the first-choice treatment for E.multilocularis infection,while pharmacotherapy is used as an adjunct to surgery.Due to a paucity of clinical studies,empirical evidence on the treatment of E.granulosus and E.multilocularis infections is largely lacking;there are no prominent and widely accepted clinical algorithms yet.In this article,we review the diagnosis and treatment of E.granulosus and E.multilocularis infections in the light of recent evidence. | Memmet Mihmanli Ufuk Oguz Idiz Cemal Kaya Uygar Demir Ozgur Bostanci Sinan Omeroglu Emre Bozkurt | 2016 | World Journal of Hepatology2016,8,28: | 50 |
| 2 | A bibliometric analysis of academic publication on diabetic retinopathy disease trends during 1980-2014:a global and medical view显示文摘·AIM: To investigate diabetic retinopathy(DR) literature using the Institute for Scientific Information(ISI) Web of Science(Wo S) database and to analyse the correlation results between socio-economic development datas and number of DR publications.·METHODS: The statistical analysis of the documents published during 1980-2014 was analysed. The data of this study were based on the database of Wo S. 'Diabetic retinopathy' was used as the keywords to search the Wo S database.·RESULTS: The United States ranked first in the DR research with 1840 publications and 24.38% of the world production followed by England and Japan. Besides, the most productive country was Iceland. A high correlation was found between number of publications and 2014 gross domestic product( GDP) values of 81 countries(r =0.800, P <0.001). We found a significant correlation between number of publications and Human Development Index(HDI)(r =0.645, P =0.001). There is a moderate correlation between people with diabetes and number of DR publications for 81 countries(r =0.514, P <0.01). It could be analysed that estimated publication number with DR title will be 445 according to the regression curve constituted with cubic model in 2015(R2=1.000).·CONCLUSION: More DR studies have been published in developed countries, DR and other complications of diabetes have gradually increased in developing countries over recent decades. | 5 | 微生物燃料电池处理酿酒厂废水过程中的产电性能及其膜性能衰减(英文)显示文摘Electricity production from brewery wastewater using dual-chamber microbial fuel cells(MFCs) with a tin-coated copper mesh in the anode was investigated by changing the hydraulic retention time(HRT). The MFCs were fed with wastewater samples from the inlet(inflow, MFC-1) and outlet(outflow, MFC-2) of an anaerobic digester of a brewery wastewater treatment plant. Both chemical oxygen demand removal and current density were improved by decreasing HRT. The best MFC performance was with an HRT of 0.5 d. The maximum power densities of 8.001 and 1.843 μW/cm2 were obtained from reactors MFC-1 and MFC-2, respectively. Microbial diversity at different conditions was studied using PCR-DGGE profiling of 16 S rR NA fragments of the microorganisms from the biofilm on the anode electrode. The MFC reactor had mainly Geobacter, Shewanella, and Clostridium species, and some bacteria were easily washed out at lower HRTs. The fouling characteristics of the MFC Nafion membrane and the resulting degradation of MFC performance were examined. The ion exchange capacity, conductivity, and diffusivity of the membrane decreased significantly after fouling. | 8 | Automated integration of real-time and non-real-time defense systems显示文摘Various application domains require the integration of distributed real-time or near-real-time systems with non-real-time systems.Smart cities,smart homes,ambient intelligent systems,or network-centric defense systems are among these application domains.Data Distribution Service(DDS)is a communication mechanism based on Data-Centric Publish-Subscribe(DCPS)model.It is used for distributed systems with real-time operational constraints.Java Message Service(JMS)is a messaging standard for enterprise systems using Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)for non-real-time operations.JMS allows Java programs to exchange messages in a loosely coupled fashion.JMS also supports sending and receiving messages using a messaging queue and a publish-subscribe interface.In this article,we propose an architecture enabling the automated integration of distributed real-time and non-real-time systems.We test our proposed architecture using a distributed Command,Control,Communications,Computers,and Intelligence(C4I)system.The system has DDS-based real-time Combat Management System components deployed to naval warships,and SOA-based non-real-time Command and Control components used at headquarters.The proposed solution enables the exchange of data between these two systems efficiently.We compare the proposed solution with a similar study.Our solution is superior in terms of automation support,ease of implementation,scalability,and performance. | Emre Dalkıran Tolga Onel Okan Topçu Kadir Alpaslan Demir | 2021 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2021,17,2: | 0 |
