122株鸭甲型肝炎病毒的分离鉴定及其VP1基因的序列分析显示文摘为了解鸭甲型病毒性肝炎的病原特征,对2017—2019年从山东省采集的27份疑似鸭肝炎病毒感染的病料采用鸡胚进行病毒分离,并进行RT-PCR鉴定,随后对分离株的VP1基因进行序列测定以及遗传变异分析。结果显示:从27份疑似病料中共分离出了22株病毒,8株为鸭甲肝病毒1型(DHAV-1),14株为鸭甲肝病毒3型(DHAV-3);VP1基因序列比对显示:8株DHAV-1与12株参考株的核苷酸相似性为91.7%~98.6%,氨基酸相似性为93.7%~97.5%,分离株的核苷酸相似性为97.2%~100%;14株DHAV-3与12株参考株的核苷酸相似性为89.4%~98.9%,氨基酸相似性为92.1%~100%,分离株的核苷酸相似性为93.9%~100%,属于Ⅰ型(GⅠ型)。研究结果将为鸭甲型病毒性肝炎的防控提供了参考。管飘萍 Enkhbayar Munkhbayar 黄紫贝 陈诗涵 郭鑫 王海燕 刘文博 2021中国家禽2021,43,1:6
2茶叶中23株真菌的分离鉴定显示文摘我国茶叶特别是发酵茶叶中含有许多有益真菌,其代谢产物具有抗菌、抗癌、降脂、降压的功能。目前,关于茶叶中真菌功能的研究很多,但在畜牧业中尚无相关应用研究。取湖南安化金花茯砖茶、天福南糯山熟饼、天福茗茶、天福白茶、安吉普洱茶、天福普洱、祁门红茶和金茯茶共8种茶叶进行真菌分离、纯化,共得到23株菌株,通过形态学和ITS基因序列的鉴定,共得到拟茎点霉菌1株,变色栓菌1株,枝状枝孢菌1株,黑曲霉2株,曲霉菌1株,冠突曲霉2株,阿姆斯特丹曲霉6株,棕曲霉2株,格孢菌1株,扩展青霉菌1株,拟盘多毛孢菌1株,球孢枝孢菌2株,变色曲霉2株。结果为这些真菌的进一步研究和在生产实践中的应用提供了物质基础。并且将其中的优势菌属冠突散囊菌进行扩大培养,为后期的生产实践做好准备。管飘萍 Enkhbayar Munkhbayar 黄紫贝 黎顺庚 嵇静慧 陈诗涵 王海燕 刘文博 卞建春 2020江苏农业科学2020,48,16:6
3Analysis of heat flow diagram of small-scale power generation system:Innovative approaches for improving techno-economic and ecological indices显示文摘In this paper,the heat flow diagram of steam turbine model K-6-35 has been analyzed for innovative approaches towards improving the techno-economic and ecological indices of the small-scale power generation system.The numerical analysis is performed using IPSEpro process simulation software based on heat balance method under four different cases.It was found that the study of Solar Assisted Power Generation(SAPG)system has important practical significance in power generation with minimum pollutants and maximum efficiency.Both fuel-saving(FS)and power-boosting(PB)operation modes of the SAPG system are considered.Various types of stand-alone solar thermal power plants exhibited very low overall efficiency with many ecological advantages compared to the conventional thermal power plant based on fossil fuels.Besides,SAPG system with FS mode presented higher techno-economic indices and operation performance.An important reduction in fuel consumption and pollutant emissions could be obtained with SAPG system.Considering the hourly,daily,monthly,and yearly amount of saved fuel and reduced pollutants in the whole power plant,the SAPG system with FS mode can largely contribute to high ecological indices power generation.A thermal efficiency increased by 1.31%with specific equivalent fuel consumption decreased by 22.54 g/kWh was obtained with SAPG system.The coal consumption was reduced by 4.75%when SAPG system operates in FS mode.SHAGDAR Enkhbayar SHUAI Yong GUENE LOUGOU Bachirou GANBOLD Enkhjin CHINONSO Ogugua Paul TAN HePing 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,11:2

8High efficiency CZTSSe solar cells enabled by dual Ag-passivation approach via aqueous solution process显示文摘Ag substitution in Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe)is a promising way to mitigate Cu/Zn related defects,electrostatic fluctuations and Shockley-Read-Hall(SRH)recombination centers.However,high performance ACZTSSe solar cells are generally demonstrated with more Ag amounts and strenuous fabrication processes,which are not ideal when using cheap constituent materials CZTSSe.To reduce the Ag amount(2%-3%),local Ag substitutions into CZTSSe at front(F),back(B)and dual front/back(FB)were proposed.Experimental results revealed that F-passivation effectively reduced the Cu/Zn related defects and further limits the interface/bulk recombination whereas B-passivation improved the grain growth at the back interface and further allows enhanced transport of charge carriers.By employing the dual Agpassivation approach,the final ACZTSSe device parameters were significantly improved and remarkable power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 12.43%was achieved with eco-friendly aqueous solution process.Temujin Enkhbat Enkhjargal Enkhbayar Namuundari Otgontamir Md Hamim Sharif Md Salahuddin Mina Seong Yeon Kim JunHo Kim 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:1
