| 1 | Factors Controlling Hydrocarbon Accumulation in Jurassic Reservoirs in the Southwest Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘The sedimentary, paleogeomorphological and reservoir characteristics of the Jurassic Yan’an Formation in the southwestern Ordos Basin, northwestern China, were studied by means of casting thin sections, scanning electron microscopy, inclusion analysis and identification of low-amplitude structures. A model for reservoir formation is established, and the controlling effects of sedimentary facies, paleotopography, low-amplitude structures and formation water on oil reservoirs are revealed. There are significant differences in the sedimentary characteristics, structural morphology and paleowater characteristics between the reservoirs above the Yan 10 Member and those in the Yan 9 to Yan 7 Members. The Yan 10 Member contains fluvial sediments, whereas the Yan 9 to Yan 7 members contain delta-plain anastomosing-river deposits. The distribution of high-permeability reservoir is controlled by pre-Jurassic paleogeomorphology and sedimentary facies. Some of these facies exhibit high porosity and high permeability in a lowpermeability background. The main hydrocarbon accumulation period was the late Early Cretaceous, filling was continuous, and the charging strength altered from weak to strong and then from strong to weak. The Yan 10 reservoir is mainly controlled by the paleogeomorphology: hydrocarbons migrated upward at a high speed through the unconformity surface, and accumulated in the favorable traps formed by paleogeomorphic structural units, such as gentle slopes or channel island. Furthermore, groundwater alternation in these areas was relatively stagnant, providing good reservoir preservation conditions. The reservoirs in the Yan 9 and higher members are controlled by the sedimentary facies, lowamplitude structure and paleowater characteristics. | 2 | Enhanced microbial reduction of aqueous hexavalent chromium by Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 with biochar as electron shuttle显示文摘Biochar, carbonaceous material produced from biomass pyrolysis, has been demonstrated to have electron transfer property(associated with redox active groups and multi condensed aromatic moiety), and to be also involved in biogeochemical redox reactions. In this study, the enhanced removal of Cr(VI) by Shewanella oneidensis MR-1(MR-1) in the presence of biochars with different pyrolysis temperatures(300 to 800 ℃) was investigated to understand how biochar interacts with Cr(VI) reducing bacteria under anaerobic condition. The promotion effects of biochar(as high as 1.07~1.47 fold) were discovered in this process, of which the synergistic effect of BMBC700(ball milled biochar) and BMBC800 with MR-1 was noticeable, in contrast, the synergistic effect of BMBCs(300–600 ℃) with MR-1 was not recognized. The more enhanced removal effect was observed with the increase of BMBC dosage for BMBC700 + MR-1 group. The conductivity and conjugated O-containing functional groups of BMBC700 particles themselves has been proposed to become a dominant factor for the synergistic action with this strain. And, the smallest negative Zeta potential of BMBC700 and BMBC800 is thought to favor decreasing the distance from microbe than other BMBCs. | 12 | Acute Toxicity and Toxicokinetics of Tongguan Powder in Rats显示文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the acute toxicity and toxicokinetics of Tongguan Powder in rats,and provide references for clinical safe medication.[Methods]The classical acute toxicity test method was used,rats were given different doses of Tongguan Powder through the mouth and nasal cavity to observe the symptoms of toxicity,and make a record of the food intake,weight changes,and death.After the medication,blood was taken from each group of rats at different time points,and the plasma levels of benzoyl aconitine(BA),benzoyl hypaconine(BH)and benzoyl mesaconine(BM)were determined by the liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),and the toxicokinetic parameters were fitted with the aid of DAS software.[Results]Rats were given Tongguan Powder 3.75 g/kg(equivalent to 54 times the human daily dose)in the nasal cavity of rats.Rats were observed with reactions such as scratching and sneezing;rats were given Tongguan Powder LD50 and 95%confidence limit of 4.15(3.53-4.71)g/kg through the oral administration,which is equivalent to 60 times the human daily dose,rats showed slow weight gain,decreased food intake,decreased voluntary activities,prone,black stools,etc.One hour after nasal administration of Tongguan Powder,the plasma concentration of benzoyl aconitine and benzoyl hypaconine was below the lower limit of detection,and benzoyl mesaconine could not be detected at any time point;one hour after the oral administration of Tongguan Powder,the plasma concentration of the three components reached the maximum,the exposure level of benzoyl hypaconine was higher than that of benzoyl aconitine and benzoyl mesaconine;there was no gender difference in the kinetic parameters.[Conclusions]The toxicity of Tongguan Powder in nasal administration is much lower than that of intragastric administration.The target organs and mechanism of toxicity need to be further studied. | Qun FENG Xin LI Min XIAO Tao ZHAO Xianzhen WANG Fanbo JING Jingchun YAO | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,6: | 0 |
