| 1 | General regularity of dynamic responses of slopes under dynamic input显示文摘Through lots of numerical simulations with FLAC3D, dynamic responses of slopes are comprehensively studied in this paper and the general regularities of the isoline of the coefficient of the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the slope section are reached. Given a certain material slope, if the height of the slope is less than a certain value, the displacement, velocity and acceleration linearly enlarge with elevation in the vertical direction; if the height of the slope surpasses the certain value, the displacement,velocity and acceleration do not linearly enlarge with elevation any more, on the other hand, they fluctuate with a certain rhythm. At the same time, the rhythm appears in the horizontal direction, and the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the slope surface enlarge near the slope surface. The distribution form of the isoline of the coefficient of displacement, velocity and acceleration in the section of the slope is remarkably affected by the slope angle. In the certain area near the slope surface, the isoline of displacement,velocity and acceleration is parallel to the surface of the slope; in the mean time the strike direction of the extremum area is parallel to the surface of the slope, too. | 2 | Rainfall-induced landslide stability analysis in response to transient pore pressure——A case study of natural terrain landslide in Hong Kong显示文摘Transient pore pressure in response to short intense rainfall process plays an important role in shallow landslide occurrence. Using GIS technology, we carry out the rainfall-induced landslide stability analysis in response to transient pore pressure by means of transient and unsaturated rainfall infiltration modeling. A case study is performed on the shallow landslide stability analysis in Hong Kong. Detailed analysis and discussion reached some useful conclusions on the tempo-spatial behavior and characteristics of slope stability response and pore pressure response to typical rainfall process. Comparison analysis is performed on some important issues including landslide stability response in different types of slopes with different hydraulic properties, antecedent rainfall and landslide stability, and the nature of pore pressure response time. This will facilitate the continuous ob- servation of the sodium layer and the relevant upper atmosphere over Wuhan. | 4 | Advances in statistical mechanics of rock masses and its engineering applications显示文摘To efficiently link the continuum mechanics for rocks with the structural statistics of rock masses,a theoretical and methodological system called the statistical mechanics of rock masses(SMRM)was developed in the past three decades.In SMRM,equivalent continuum models of stressestrain relationship,strength and failure probability for jointed rock masses were established,which were based on the geometric probability models characterising the rock mass structure.This follows the statistical physics,the continuum mechanics,the fracture mechanics and the weakest link hypothesis.A general constitutive model and complete stressestrain models under compressive and shear conditions were also developed as the derivatives of the SMRM theory.An SMRM calculation system was then developed to provide fast and precise solutions for parameter estimations of rock masses,such as full-direction rock quality designation(RQD),elastic modulus,Coulomb compressive strength,rock mass quality rating,and Poisson’s ratio and shear strength.The constitutive equations involved in SMRM were integrated into a FLAC3D based numerical module to apply for engineering rock masses.It is also capable of analysing the complete deformation of rock masses and active reinforcement of engineering rock masses.Examples of engineering applications of SMRM were presented,including a rock mass at QBT hydropower station in northwestern China,a dam slope of Zongo II hydropower station in D.R.Congo,an open-pit mine in Dexing,China,an underground powerhouse of Jinping I hydropower station in southwestern China,and a typical circular tunnel in Lanzhou-Chongqing railway,China.These applications verified the reliability of the SMRM and demonstrated its applicability to broad engineering issues associated with jointed rock masses. | Faquan Wu Jie Wu Han Bao Bo Li Zhigang Shan Deheng Kong | 2021 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,1: | 8 |
| 5 | Method of Modulation Recognition Based on Combination Algorithm of K-Means Clustering and Grading Training SVM显示文摘For the existing support vector machine, when recognizing more questions, the shortcomings of high computational complexity and low recognition rate under the low SNR are emerged. The characteristic parameter of the signal is extracted and optimized by using a clustering algorithm, support vector machine is trained by grading algorithm so as to enhance the rate of convergence, improve the performance of recognition under the low SNR and realize modulation recognition of the signal based on the modulation system of the constellation diagram in this paper. Simulation results show that the average recognition rate based on this algorithm is enhanced over 30% compared with methods that adopting clustering algorithm or support vector machine respectively under the low SNR. | 6 | Phenomena and theoretical analysis for the failure of brittle rocks显示文摘Rockburst, an unstable failure of brittle rocks, has been greatly concerned in rock mechanics and rock engineering for more than 100 years. The current understanding on the mechanical mechanism of rockburst is based on the Coulomb theory, i.e. compressive-shear failure theory. This paper illustrates a series of tensile and tensile-shear fracture phenomena of rockburst, and proposes a methodology for the analysis of fracture mode and its energy dissipation process based on Griffith theory. | 7 | In situ generation of Li_(3)N concentration gradient in 3D carbon-based lithium anodes towards highly-stable lithium metal batteries显示文摘The uncontrolled dendrite growth of lithium metal anodes(LMAs)caused by unstable anode/electrolyte interface and uneven lithium deposition have impeded the practical applications of lithium metal batteries(LMBs).Constructing a robust artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and regulating the lithium deposition behavior is an effective strategy to address these issues.Herein,a three-dimensional(3D)lithium anode with gradient Li_(3)N has been in-situ fabricated on carbon-based framework by thermal diffusion method(denoted as CC/Li/Li_(3)N).Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that Li_(3)N can effectively promote the transport of Li^(+)due to the low energy barrier of Li^(+)diffusion.As expected,the Li_(3)N-rich conformal artificial SEI film can not only effectively stabilize the interface and avoid parasitic reactions,but also facilitate fast Li^(+)transport across the SEI layer.The anode matrix with uniformly distributed Li3N can enable homogenous deposition of Li,thus preventing Li dendrite propagation.Benefiting from these merits,the CC/Li/Li_(3)N anode achieves ultralong-term cycling for>1000 h at a current density of 2 m A cm^(-2)and dendrite-free Li deposition at an ultrahigh rate of 20 m A cm^(-2).Moreover,the full cells coupled with LiFePO4cathodes show extraordinary cycling stability for>300 cycles in liquidelectrolyte-based batteries and display a high-capacity retention of 96.7%after 100 cycles in solid-state cells,demonstrating the promising prospects for the practical applications of LMBs. | Wenzhu Cao Weimin Chen Mi Lu Cheng Zhang Du Tian Liang Wang Faquan Yu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1: | 4 |
| 8 | Method of neural network modulation recognition based on clustering and Polak-Ribiere algorithm显示文摘To improve the recognition rate of signal modulation recognition methods based on the clustering algorithm under the low SNR, a modulation recognition method is proposed. | 9 | Autonomous navigation method and technology implementation of high-precision solar spectral velocity measurement显示文摘The velocity information of spacecraft can be directly obtained by the autonomous navigation method based on astronomical spectral velocity measurement. It provides complete direct velocity measurement information for the traditional navigation methods represented by astronomical angle measurement and astronomical ranging, which is of great significance for spacecraft high precision autonomous navigation. This paper comprehensively introduces the principle and navigation method of astronomical spectral velocity measurement, as well as the technical realization of the solar atomic frequency discriminator for autonomous navigation(SAFDAN) based on atomic frequency discrimination velocity measurement. The new SAFDAN is the first instrument to measure the Doppler velocity of spacecraft relative to the Sun. | 13 | Joint observation results of Na layer and ionosphere in Wuhan during the Total Solar Eclipse显示文摘During the total solar eclipse on July 22, 2009 in Wuhan, the joint observation test of Na layer and ionosphere was conducted by using the daytime observation atmospheric lidar and the GPS ionosphere detector. The results show that the full width at half maximum(FWHM) of Na layer density slightly narrowed during the total solar eclipse and broadened after the eclipse, while the height of Na peak slightly decreased in the eclipse and increased after the eclipse. These implying that Na layer changes reflect the rapid process of sunrise and sunset. The ionosphere total electron content(TEC) and the sky background light noise also presented an obvious fluctuation characteristic with the changes of solar irradiation during the process of total solar eclipse. The difference lies in that the changes of FWHM of Na layer atoms are much slower than that of ionosphere, the reason for this might be that the Na layer, after being disturbed by the total solar eclipse, will generate a series of complicated photochemical reactions and momentum transport processes, and then recombine the Na atoms.
