1基于力反馈的个性化口腔种植钻孔手术仿真系统研发显示文摘目的:开发一套用于口腔种植钻孔手术的仿真系统,旨在利用力反馈技术模拟手术钻孔过程,进行术前训练,并对初学者进行培训。方法:以力反馈设备Omega.6为硬件平台,使用CHAI3D、Qt、VTK等免费开源软件库,对三维重建的模型进行网格细分,并提出一种逐级扩孔方法。结果:开发了一套基于力反馈的个性化口腔种植钻孔手术仿真系统DDS(Dental Drilling Simulator)。结论:基于力反馈的口腔种植钻孔手术仿真系统能模拟真实手术中的典型病例,实现真实手术中的逐级扩孔操作,有助于口腔种植手术的数字化信息建设。廖登宏 Farhad Alidad 廖书恒 陈晓军 Zeike A Taylor Alejandro Frangi 2017中国数字医学2017,12,3:5
