1Ultrasonography in diagnosing chronic pancreatitis: New aspects显示文摘The course and outcome is poor for most patients with pancreatic diseases.Advances in pancreatic imaging are important in the detection of pancreatic diseases at early stages.Ultrasonography as a diagnostic tool has made,virtually speaking a technical revolution in medical imaging in the new millennium.It has not only become the preferred method for first line imaging,but also,increasingly to clarify the interpretation of other imaging modalities to obtain efficient clinical decision.We review ultrasonography modalities,focusing on advanced pancreatic imaging and its potential to substantially improve diagnosis of pancreatic diseases at earlier stages.In the first section,we describe scanning techniques and examination protocols.Their consequences for image quality and the ability to obtain complete and detailed visualization of the pancreas are discussed.In the second section we outline ultrasonographic characteristics of pancreatic diseases with emphasis on chronic pancreatitis.Finally,new developments in ultrasonography of the pancreas such as contrast enhanced ultrasound and elastography are enlightened.Georg Dimcevski Friedemann G Erchinger Roald Havre Odd Helge Gilja 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,42:12
2砂土地基强夯室内模型试验及加固特性分析显示文摘为了获取德国莱比锡砂土地基强夯加固特性,采用自行设计的模型试验装置及量测系统,制备3种相对密实度的砂土进行了强夯室内模型试验,每组试验进行24击强夯。强夯过程中测量夯锤速度、位移、动态力、能量释放时间变化,结合PIV(particle image velocimetry)技术分析强夯后砂土颗粒位移结果,得到水平方向和深度方向的有效加固范围发展特性。结果表明:第6、12、18、24击的速度时程曲线在快速下降阶段基本重合,击数越高回弹速度越高、持续时间越短,体现为能量释放时间的不同;对于ID0.4、ID0.5、ID0.7试验组,从第6击到第24击的强夯能量释放时间分别下降38.9%、34.7%、31.4%,在第24击的夯锤位移回弹比分别达到65.3%、67.1%、69.0%;砂土相对密实度越高,夯锤冲击力越大,第6、12、18、24击之间的差别越小;随着夯击次数的增加,夯锤动态力峰值逐渐提高、上行曲线斜率变小,冲击行程逐渐缩短;ID0.4、ID0.5、ID0.7试验组分别在第20、18、15击后,水平方向有效加固范围增长大于深度方向。王锃 郑凌逶 罗嗣海 谢新宇 FRIEDEMANN Sandig 2020科学技术与工程2020,20,18:9
3针刺内关穴对正常麻醉大鼠血压的调节作用显示文摘目的采用不同手法手针刺激大鼠前肢内关穴,观察分析针刺引起的血压波动效应。方法正常雄性SD大鼠腹腔注射2%戊巴比妥钠后微量注射泵给予1%戊巴比妥钠PBS溶液(0.75~1mL/h)持续静脉麻醉,在人工呼吸及恒定体温控制条件下,对动物进行左侧内关穴的手针手法刺激。手法刺激分为捻转、提插和捻转加提插三种,频率均为1Hz,持续30s。手法刺激同时通过大鼠右颈动脉插管记录平均动脉压变化。部分动物进行迷走神经切除和颈部(C2)脊髓横切术。结果上述三种手法针刺大鼠内关穴均能引起大鼠平均动脉压下降(P<0.05),且此效应在迷走神经切除后更为明显。其中提插手针组和捻转加提插手针组降压效应强于捻转手针组降压效应。而行脊髓横切术后上述效应消失。结论手针刺激正常大鼠内关穴能够引起大鼠平均动脉压下降,手针信号的中枢降压作用部位可能位于脊上中枢水平。王智君 李为民 Thomas Friedemann 2009上海针灸杂志2009,28,3:9
4Interaction of hepatitis C virus with the type I interferon system显示文摘Hepatitis C virus (HCV) needs to tightly manipulate host defences in order to establish infection. The innate immune response slows down viral replication by activating cytokines such as the type I interferons (IFN-α/ β), which trigger the synthesis of antiviral proteins and modulate the adaptive immune system. HCV has therefore developed a number of countermeasures to stay ahead of the IFN system. Here, I will attempt to summarize the current state of research regarding IFN responses against HCV and the viral escape strategies.
