1Genetic analysis of 'all-fish' growth hormone gene transferred carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) and its F_1 generation显示文摘Recornbinant 'all-fish' growth hormone gene (GH) was microinjected into the fertilized eggs of carp. A comparison between the growth traits of transgenics and non-transgenics was carried out, and the transgenic individuals with significant 'fast-growing' effect were successfully gained. A comparison on the reproductivities was also given out between the transgenics and their non-transgenic siblings, and showed that the reproductive capacity of transgenics was substantially equivalent to those of the non-transgenics. On the other hand, the genetic separation and the characteristic distribution of the FI generation were genetically analyzed, which gave solid evidence for the hypothesis that 2-3 chromosomes are integrated with trans-gene. In addition, the distinct biological effects for multi-site-integrated transgenes were further discussed. 2Anomalous variations in ionospheric TEC prior to the 2011 Japan Ms9.0 earthquake显示文摘The ionospheric total-electron-content (TEC) data provided by the International GNSS Service (IGS) network and the VTEC data from the GPS reference stations of Crustal Movement Observational Network of China(CMONC) were processed and statistically analyzed to search for earthquake-related TEC anomalies prior to the 2011 magnitude 9.0 earthquake in Japan. Preliminary results showed that anomalous variations occurred 6-11 days and 0-4 days prior to the earthquake. After considering solar activity, geomagnetic conditions, and proximity in space and time to the earthquake, we tentatively concluded that the anomalous increase on March 5 may be related to the earthquake.Zhu Fuying Wu Yun 2011Geodesy and Geodynamics2011,2,3:8
3Excessive gestational weight gain in early pregnancy and insufficient gestational weight gain in middle pregnancy increased risk of gestational diabetes mellitus显示文摘Background:Gestational weight gain(GWG)is associated with the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).However,the effect of weight gain in different trimesters on the risk of GDM is unclear.This study aimed to evaluate the effect of GWG on GDM during different trimesters.Methods:A birth cohort study was conducted from 2017 to 2020 in Shenzhen,China.In total,51,205 participants were included comprising two models(early pregnancy model and middle pregnancy model).Gestational weight(kg)was measured at each prenatal clinical visit using a standardized weight scale.Logistic regression analysis was used to assess the risk of GDM.Interaction analysis and mediation effect analysis were performed in the middle pregnancy model.Results:In the early pregnancy model,the risk of GDM was 0.858 times lower(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.786,0.937)with insufficient GWG(iGWG)and 1.201 times higher(95%CI:1.097,1.316)with excessive GWG after adjustment.In the middle pregnancy model,the risk of GDM associated with iGWG increased 1.595 times(95%CI:1.418,1.794)after adjustment;for excessive GWG,no significant difference was found(P=0.223).Interaction analysis showed no interaction between GWG in early pregnancy(GWG-E)and GWG in middle pregnancy(GWG-M)(F=1.268;P=0.280).The mediation effect analysis indicated that GWG-M plays a partial mediating role,with an effect proportion of 14.9%.Conclusions:eGWG-E and iGWG-M are associated with an increased risk of GDM.Strict control of weight gain in early pregnancy is needed,and sufficient nutrition should be provided in middle pregnancy.Aiqi Yin Fuying Tian Xiaoxia Wu Yixuan Chen Kan Liu Jianing Tong Xiaonian Guan Huafan Zhang Linlin Wu Jianmin Niu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,9:5
4A statistical investigation of pre-earthquake ionospheric TEC anomalies显示文摘Previous researches show that the total electron content (TEC) in the ionospheric exhibits anomalous disturbances a few days or hours prior to earthquakes. The paper used TEC data from Internet GPS Service (IGS), and examined 50 earthquakes of magnitude Ms≥7.0 during 2007-2009 worldwide. 5Identification of the starting reaction position in the hydrogenation of (N-ethyl)carbazole over Raney-Ni显示文摘Hydrogenation of carbazole and N-ethylcarbazole over Raney-Ni catalyst were realized in the temperature range of 393-503 K. 4[H] adduct dominated the hydrogenation products and the formation of 2[H] adduct was the rate-limiting step during the period, in which the conversion of carbazole was less than 40%. The hydrogenation process followed pseudo-first-order kinetics and the hydrogenation activation energies of carbazole and N-ethylcarbazole were 90 k J/mol and 115 k J/mol, respectively. The reaction starting position as well as the pathway of the hydrogenation of(N-ethyl)carbazole were investigated by comparing the kinetic characteristics of hydrogen uptake of carbazole and Nethylcarbazole. 6Significantly improved hydrogen storage behaviors in MgH_(2) with Nb nanocatalyst显示文摘The study explores the excellent modification effect of Nb nanocatalyst prepared via surfactant assisted ball milling technique(SABM)on the hydrogen storage properties of MgH_(2).Optimal catalyst doping concentration was determined by comparing onset decomposition temperature,released hydrogen capacity,and reaction rate for different MgH_(2)-ywt%Nb(y=0,3,5,7,9)composites.The MgH_(2)-5wt%Nb composite started releasing hydrogen at 186.7℃ and a total of 7.0wt%hydrogen was released in the dehydrogenation process.In addition,5wt%Nb doped MgH_(2) also managed to release 4.2wt%H_(2) within 14 min at 250℃ and had the ability to absorb 4.0wt%hydrogen in 30 min at 100℃.Cycling tests revealed that MgH_(2)-5wt%Nb could retain 6.3wt%H_(2) storage capacity(89.2%)after 20 cycles.Dehydrogenation and hydrogenation activation energy values were decreased from 140.51±4.74 and 70.67±2.07 kJ·mol^(−1) to 90.04±2.83 and 53.46±3.33 kJ·mol^(−1) after doping MgH_(2) with Nb,respectively.Microstructure analysis proved that homogeneously distributed NbH acted as active catalytic unit for improving the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2).These results indicate SABM can be considered as an option to develop other nanocatalysts for energy related areas.Farai Michael Nyahuma Liuting Zhang Mengchen Song Xiong Lu Beibei Xiao Jiaguang Zheng Fuying Wu 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,9:3

8Boosting the hydrogen storage performance of magnesium hydride with metal organic framework-derived Cobalt@Nickel oxide bimetallic catalyst显示文摘In this study,a MOF-derived bimetallic Co@NiO catalyst was synthesized and doped into MgH_(2)to improve the hydrogen desorption and resorption kinetics.The Co@NiO catalyst decreased the onset dehydrogenation temperature of MgH_(2)by 160℃,compared with un-doped MgH_(2).The MgH^(2+)9%(mass)Co@NiO composite released 6.6%(mass)hydrogen in 350 s at 315℃and uptook 5.4%(mass)hydrogen in500 s at 165℃,showing greatly accelerated de/rehydrogenation rates.Besides,the desorption activation energy of MgH^(2+)9%(mass)Co@NiO was decreased to(93.8±8.4)kJ·mol^(-1).Noteworthy,symbiotic Mg_(2)NiH_(4)/Mg_(2)CoH_(5)clusters were in-situ formed from bimetallic precursors and inlaid on MgH_(2)surface,which are considered as'multi-step hydrogen pumps',and provides surface pathways for hydrogen absorption.Meanwhile,the introduced Mg_(2)NiH_(4)/Mg_(2)CoH_(5)interfaces could provide numerous low energy barrier H diffusion channels,therefore accelerating the hydrogen release and uptake.This research proposes new insights to design high-efficiency bimetallic catalyst for MgH_(2)hydrogen storage.Yan Zhang Jiaguang Zheng Zhiyu Lu Mengchen Song Jiahuan He Fuying Wu Liuting Zhang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12:2
9Temporal and spatial characteristics of VTEC anomalies before Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake显示文摘GPS and the COD VTEC data were studied in search of ionospheric VTEC changes in space and time that might be associated with the Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake on 12 May,2008.The result shows several significant anomalous decreases at 12:00 UT-16:00 UT on April 29 and an anomalously increase at 14:00 UT-18:00 UT on May 9.The anomalies had two humps,that were located on both sides of the geomagnetic equator and had a tendency of drifting towards the equator.Since the observed anomalies cannot be attributed to any other causes and since they occurred close to the time of the earthquake,we consider them to be possibly premonitory to the earthquake.Fuying Zhu Yun Wu Jian Lin Yiyan Zhou 2010Geodesy and Geodynamics2010,1,1:2
10Bullet-like vanadium-based MOFs as a highly active catalyst for promoting the hydrogen storage property in MgH_(2)显示文摘The practical application of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))was seriously limited by its high desorption temperature and slow desorp-tion kinetics.In this study,a bullet-like catalyst based on vanadium related MOFs(MOFs-V)was successfully synthesized and doped with MgH_(2) by ball milling to improve its hydrogen storage performance.Microstructure analysis demonstrated that the as-synthesized MOFs was consisted of V_(2)O_(3) with a bullet-like structure.After adding 7wt%MOFs-V,the initial desorption temperature of MgH_(2) was reduced from 340.0 to 190.6℃.Besides,the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite released 6.4wt%H_(2) within 5 min at 300℃.Hydrogen uptake was started at 60℃under 3200 kPa hydrogen pressure for the 7wt%MOFs-V containing sample.The desorption and absorption apparent activity energies of the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite were calculated to be(98.4±2.9)and(30.3±2.1)kJ·mol^(-1),much lower than(157.5±3.3)and(78.2±3.4)kJ·mol^(−1) for the as-prepared MgH_(2).The MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite exhibited superior cyclic property.During the 20 cycles isothermal dehydrogenation and hydrogenation experiments,the hydrogen storage capacity stayed almost unchanged.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)measurements confirmed the presence of metallic vanadium in the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite,which served as catalytic unit to markedly improve the hydrogen storage properties of Mg/MgH_(2) system.Zhiyu Lu Jiahuan He Mengchen Song Yan Zhang Fuying Wu Jiaguang Zheng Liuting Zhang Lixin Chen 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,1:1

12Auxin signaling module OsSK41-OsIAA10-OsARF regulates grain yield traits in rice显示文摘Auxin is an important phytohormone in plants, and auxin signaling pathways in rice play key roles in regulating its growth, development, and productivity. To investigate how rice grain yield traits are regulated by auxin signaling pathways and to facilitate their application in rice improvement, we validated the functional relationships among regulatory genes such as OsIAA10, OsSK41, and OsARF21 that are involved in one of the auxin(OsIAA10) signaling pathways. We assessed the phenotypic effects of these genes on several grain yield traits across two environments using knockout and/or overexpression transgenic lines.Based on the results, we constructed a model that showed how grain yield traits were regulated by OsIAA10 and OsTIR1, OsAFB2, and OsSK41 and OsmiR393 in the OsSK41-OsIAA10-OsARF module and by OsARF21 in the transcriptional regulation of downstream auxin response genes in the OsSK41-OsIAA10-OsARF module. The population genomic analyses revealed rich genetic diversity and the presence of major functional alleles at most of these loci in rice populations. The strong differentiation of many major alleles between Xian/indica and Geng/japonica subspecies and/or among modern varieties and landraces suggested that they contributed to improved productivity during evolution and breeding. 14Common susceptibility variants of KDR and IGF-1R are associated with poststroke depression in the Chinese population显示文摘Background Depression,one of the most frequent complications after stroke,increases the disease’s burden and physical disability.Poststroke depression(PSD)is a multifactorial disease with genetic,environmental and biological factors involved in its occurrence.Genetic studies on PSD to date have mainly focused on the monoamine system and brain-derived neurotrophic factors.However,understanding is still limited about the influence of the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of other neurotrophic factors on PSD.Aims The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between seven vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)family gene variants that occur with PSD.Methods A multicentre candidate gene study from five hospitals in Jiangsu Province from June 2013 to December 2014 involved 121 patients with PSD and 131 patients with non-PSD.Demographic characteristics and neuropsychological assessments were collected.Theχ^(2)test was used to evaluate categorical variables,while the independent t-test was applied to continuous variables.SNPs in seven genes(VEGFA,VEGFB,KDR,FLT-1,IGF-1,IGF-1R and PlGF)were genotyped.Single-marker association for PSD was analysed byχ^(2)tests and logistic regression using SPSS and PLINK software.Results Patients with PSD included more women and those with lower education levels,lower body mass indexes,lower Mini-Mental State Examination scores,and higher scores on the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale than non-PSD patients.Ninety-two SNPs with seven genes were genotyped and passed quality control.The rs7692791 CC genotypes,the C allele of KDR and the rs9282715 T allele of IGF-1R increased the risk for PSD(χ^(2)=7.881,p=0.019;χ^(2)=4.259,p=0.039;χ^(2)=4.222,p=0.040,respectively).In addition,the SNP rs7692791 of KDR was significantly associated with PSD by the logistic regression of an additive model(p=0.015,OR=9.584,95%CI:1.549 to 59.31).Conclusions Patients with rs7692791 C allele carriers or the CC genotype of KDR and the rs9282715 T allele of IGF-1R may have PSD susceptibility.Findings such as these may help clinicians to identify the high-risk population for PSD earlier and,thus,enable them to provide more timely interventions.Yingying Yue Linlin You Fuying Zhao Kezhong Zhang Yanyan Shi Hua Tang Jianxin Lu Shenghua Li Jinxia Cao Deqin Geng Aiqin Wu Yonggui Yuan 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,1:1

16Recent advances of magnesium hydride as an energy storage material显示文摘Energy storage is the key for large-scale application of renewable energy,however,massive efficient en-ergy storage is very challenging.Magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))offers a wide range of potential applications as an energy carrier due to its advantages of low cost,abundant supplies,and high energy storage capac-ity.However,the practical application of MgH_(2) for energy storage is still impeded by its sluggish kinetics,poor cycling stability,etc.Herein,we provide an overview of recent advances of MgH_(2) for enhancing the hydrogen storage,lithium-ion storage,and heat storage performances.For hydrogen storage,a particular emphasis was put on altering the kinetics and thermodynamics of MgH_(2) via catalyzing,alloying,nano-sizing,and compositing.Modifications to MgH_(2) as a battery anode material mainly focus on the effect of additives,electrolytes,and structure configurations.Prototype heat storage apparatus was proposed based on MgH_(2) and coupled with other materials or systems to improve the heat storage and economic efficiency.Besides,prospects of MgH_(2) in these fields are discussed.This review would stimulate more insightful and pioneering research for the design and preparation of MgH_(2) with excellent energy storage performances.Mengchen Song Liuting Zhang Fuying Wu Haoyu Zhang Hu Zhao Lixin Chen Hong Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,18:0
17Regional unconformities and their controls on hydrocarbon accumulation in Sichuan Basin, sW China显示文摘Based on outcrop,seismic and drilling data,the main regional unconformities in the Sichuan Basin and their controls on hydrocarbon accumulation were systematically studied.Three findings are obtained.First,six regional stratigraphic unconformities are mainly developed in the Sichuan Basin,from the bottom up which are between pre-Sinian and Sinian,between Sinian and Cambrian,between pre-Permian and Permian,between middle and upper Permian,between middle and upper Triassic,and between Triassic and Jurassic.Especially,16 of 21l conventional(and tight)gas fields discovered are believed to have formed in relation to regional unconformities.Second,regional unconformity mainly controls hydrocarbon accumulation from five aspects:(1)The porosity and permeability of reservoirs under the unconformity are improved through weathering crust karstification to form large-scale karst reservoirs;(2)Good source-reservoir-caprock assemblage can form near the unconformity,which provides a basis for forming large gas field;(3)Regional unconformity may lead to stratigraphic pinch-out and rugged ancient landform,giving rise to a large area of stratigraphic and lithologic trap groups;(4)Regional unconformity provides a dominant channel for lateral migration of oil and gas;and(5)Regional unconformity is conducive to large-scale accumulation of oil and gas.Third,the areas related to regional unconformities are the exploration focus of large gas fields in the Sichuan Basin.The pre-Sinian is found with source rocks,reservoir rocks and other favorable conditions for the formation of large gas fields,and presents a large exploration potential.Thus,it is expected to be an important strategic replacement.YANG Weij WEI Guoqi WU Saijun XIE Wuren JIN Hui ZENG Fuying HAO Cuiguo BAI Zhuangzhuang SU Yiqing LI Rong 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:0
18Enhanced hydrogen storage properties of Mg by the synergistic effect of grain refinement and NiTiO_(3)nanoparticles显示文摘As a promising hydrogen storage material,the practical application of magnesium is obstructed by the stable thermodynamics and sluggish kinetics.In this paper,three kinds of NiTiO3catalysts with different mole ratio of Ni to Ti were successfully synthesized and doped into nanocrystalline Mg to improve its hydrogen storage properties.Experimental results indicated that all the Mg-NiTiO3composites showed prominent hydrogen storage performance.Especially,the Mg-NiTiO3/TiO2composite could take up hydrogen at room temperature and the apparent activation energy for hydrogen absorption was dramatically decreased from 69.8±1.2(nanocrystalline Mg)k J/mol to 34.2±0.2 k J/mol.In addition,the hydrogenated sample began to release hydrogen at about 193.2℃and eventually desorbed 6.6 wt%H2.The desorption enthalpy of the hydrogenated Mg-NiTiO3-C was estimated to be 78.6±0.8 k J/mol,5.3 k J/mol lower compared to 83.9±0.7 k J/mol of nanocrystalline Mg.Besides,the sample revealed splendid cyclic stability during 20 cycles.No obvious recession occurred in the absorption and desorption kinetics and only 0.3 wt%hydrogen capacity degradation was observed.Further structural analysis demonstrates that nanosizing and catalyst doping led to a synergistic effect on the enhanced hydrogen storage performance of Mg-NiTiO3-C composite,which might serve as a reference for future design of highly effective hydrogen storage materials.Nianhua Yan Xiong Lu Zhiyu Lu Haijie Yu Fuying Wu Jiaguang Zheng Xiuzhen Wang Liuting Zhang 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,12:0
19FeCoNiCrMo high entropy alloy nanosheets catalyzed magnesium hydride for solid-state hydrogen storage显示文摘The catalytic effect of FeCoNiCrMo high entropy alloy nanosheets on the hydrogen storage performance of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))was investigated for the first time in this paper.Experimental results demonstrated that 9wt%FeCoNiCrMo doped MgH_(2)started to dehydrogenate at 200℃and discharged up to 5.89wt%hydrogen within 60 min at 325℃.The fully dehydrogenated composite could absorb3.23wt%hydrogen in 50 min at a temperature as low as 100℃.The calculated de/hydrogenation activation energy values decreased by44.21%/55.22%compared with MgH_(2),respectively.Moreover,the composite’s hydrogen capacity dropped only 0.28wt%after 20 cycles,demonstrating remarkable cycling stability.The microstructure analysis verified that the five elements,Fe,Co,Ni,Cr,and Mo,remained stable in the form of high entropy alloy during the cycling process,and synergistically serving as a catalytic union to boost the de/hydrogenation reactions of MgH_(2).Besides,the FeCoNiCrMo nanosheets had close contact with MgH_(2),providing numerous non-homogeneous activation sites and diffusion channels for the rapid transfer of hydrogen,thus obtaining a superior catalytic effect.Tao Zhong Haoyu Zhang Mengchen Song Yiqun Jiang Danhong Shang Fuying Wu Liuting Zhang 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,11:0
20The effect of different Co phase structure(FCC/HCP)on the catalytic action towards the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2)显示文摘High hydrogen desorption temperature and sluggish reaction kinetics are the major limitations for the practical application of MgH_(2).In this study,Co particles with a face centered cubic(FCC)structure and a hexagonal close packed(HCP)structure were prepared facilely and proved to be good catalysts for magnesium hydride.Co particles with FCC structure presented better catalytic effect on MgH_(2)than that with HCP structure.Both 7%(mass)Co FCC and HCP particle modified MgH_(2)decreased the initial dehydrogenation temperature from 301.3℃ to approximately 195.0℃,but 7%(mass)Co with FCC structure modified MgH_(2)has a faster desorption rate,and around 6.5%(mass)H_(2)was desorbed in 10 min at325℃.Hydrogen uptake was detected at 70℃ under 3.25 MPa hydrogen pressure and 6.0%(mass)H_(2)was recharged in 40 min at 150℃.The hydrogen desorption and absorption activation energy for 7%(mass)FCC Co modified MgH_(2)was significantly decreased to(76.6±8.3)kJ·mol^(-1) and(68.3±6.0)kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.Thermodynamic property was also studied,the plateau pressures of MgH_(2)+7%(mass)FCC Co were determined to be 0.14,0.28,0.53 and 0.98 MPa for 300℃,325℃,350℃ and375℃.The decomposition enthalpy of hydrogen(ΔH)for MgH_(2)+7%(mass)FCC Co was(80.6±0.1)kJ·mol^(-1),5.8 kJ·mol^(-1)lower than that of as-prepared MgH_(2).Moreover,cycling performance for the first20 cycles revealed that the reaction kinetics and capacity of MgH_(2)-FCC Co composite remained almost unchanged.The result of density functional theory calculation demonstrated that cobalt could extract the Mg AH bond and reduced the decompose energy of magnesium hydride.Our paper can be presented as a reference for searching highly effective catalysts for hydrogen storage and other energy-related research fields.Liuting Zhang Haijie Yu Zhiyu Lu Changhao Zhao Jiaguang Zheng Tao Wei Fuying Wu Beibei Xiao 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3:0
