1粪菌移植应用于慢传输型便秘的临床疗效及疗效影响因素:一项前瞻性研究的长期随访结果显示文摘背景和目的肠道菌群参与结肠动力的调控,菌群失调是便秘是病因之一。粪菌移植被证实可以恢复肠道平衡。本研究旨在评估粪菌移植治疗慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床疗效和预后影响因素。方法:52例STC患者接受标准的粪菌移植入组研究,对其进行至少6个月的随访。记录入组患者的排便习惯、结肠传输时间、便秘相关的症状(PAC-SYM评分)、生活质量(PAC-QOL评分)、治疗满意度和不良反应。主要疗效指标是平均每周完全自主排便≥3次的患者比例。结果:治疗后34周、912周、2124周,每周完全自主排便≥3次患者的比例分别为50.0%、38.5%和32.7%,均较治疗前显著提高(均P<0.01)。其他排便情况、结肠传输时间、便秘相关症状和生活质量方面,治疗后亦有显著改善;但这些短期改善在治疗后12周和24周逐渐减小。治疗前排便不尽是唯一的疗效影响因素。治疗和随访期间未发现任何治疗相关的不良反应。结论:本研究显示粪菌移植治疗STC安全有效,但远期疗效有所降低。治疗前排便不尽感较少甚至没有的患者接受粪菌移植的治疗效果更佳。Chao Ding Wenting Fan Lili Gu Hongliang Tian Xiaolong Ge Jianfeng Gong Yongzhan Nie Ning Li 2018Gastroenterology Report2018,6,2:7
2Oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane with carbon dioxide over silica molecular sieves supported chromium oxides:Pore size effect显示文摘SBA-15 with varied pore size from 4 to 8 nm were synthesized by tuning the temperature of hydrothermal treatment,the supports were then used to load the active phase Cr Oxthrough a conventional impregnation method.The resulting catalysts were characterized by small/wide angle XRD,N_(2) adsorption/desorption,FT-IR,TEM-EDX,XPS,TPR and CO_(2)-TPD to study the feature of structure,surface chemical state,redox and basicity.It was found from these results that the metal species could be well dispersed on catalysts with larger pore size.Cr^(6+)species could enter into the framework by substituting the Si atoms of SBA-15,and Cr^(3+)mainly exist on extra framework.Pore size had profound effects on reducibility,surface composition and basicity.Cr^(6+)species were necessary to activate the C-H bonds of alkanes,while the basicity played an important role in activating C-O bonds of CO_(2).The best performances were achieved over the sample Cr supported on SBA-15 with a pore diameter of 7 nm in oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane in the presence of CO_(2).Zhibin Deng Xing Ge Wenting Zhang Shizhong Luo Jun Shen Fangli Jing Wei Chu 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,6:2
3Bootstrap Inference on the Variance Component Functions in the Two-Way Random Effects Model with Interaction显示文摘In this paper,using the Bootstrap approach and generalized approach,the authors consider the one-sided hypothesis testing problems for variance component functions in the two-way random effects model.Firstly,the test statistics and confidence intervals for the sum of variance components are constructed.Next,the one-sided hypothesis testing problems for the ratio of variance components are also discussed.The Monte Carlo simulation results indicate that the Bootstrap approach is better than the generalized approach in most cases.Finally,the above approaches are applied to the real data examples of mice blood p H and molded plastic part’s dimensions.YE Rendao GE Wenting LUO Kun 2021Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,2:0
4Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction protects against ovalbumin-induced allergic rhinitis by inhibiting type 2 innate lymphoid cells in mice显示文摘Objective:As a traditional herbal formula,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction(MXFD)has been used to treat allergic rhinitis(AR).It regulates the transcription factor GATA3 in T cells,blocks Th2 skewing and rebalances the Th1/Th2 immunity.Type 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are closely associated with GATA3.However,it remains unknown whether ILC2s could be one mechanism through which MXFD acts.We sought to elucidate the efficacy and mechanism of action of this decoction in AR treatment.Methods:Forty C57BL/6J female mice were equally divided into control,model,loratadine-and MXFDtreated groups in random.AR was induced by ovalbumin(OVA),and then treatment with loratadine or MXFD was administered.AR scores were evaluated and compared before and after treatment.Pathological changes in the nasal mucosa and lung were observed using hematoxylin-eosin staining of tissue samples.Activation of ILC2 in nasal mucosa was assessed by immunofluorescence and quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis.ILC2 cell count in lungs was measured by flow cytometry and levels of interleukin-(IL)4,IL-5 and IL-13 in serum were detected by ELISA.Results:The decoction alleviated the symptoms of AR in mice,improved vascular congestion and expansion,glandular hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration in mouse nasal mucosa and slowly improved the interstitial pneumonia and lesions.Meanwhile,MXFD reduced the number and percentage of ILC2s in the nasal mucosa and lungs,downregulated the expression of GATA3 mRNA and RORa mRNA,and reduced the related inflammatory cytokine levels,including IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13.Conclusion:These data suggest that inhibition of ILC2s by MXFD may be an important means by which to treat AR.Hong Ren Wenting Ji Xue Yu Dongyu Ge Ruijuan Dong Qingguo Wang Min Liu 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2019,6,4:0
5Enhancement of CO_(2)photoreduction efficiency by supporting blue TiO_(2)with photonic crystal substrate显示文摘The catalytic performance of TiO_(2)in photoreduction of CO_(2)is limited by its weak absorption in the visible range.In this work,a photonic crystal supported blue TiO_(2)photocatalyst(BTPC)was prepared to demonstrate a 5-6 times higher activity and improved CH_(4)selectivity compared to the BT catalysts deposited on quartz plate.By investigating the influence of the reflection intensity and wavelength of PC support,the superior catalytic performance was found to be originated from the enhanced light absorption of BT and the increased surface electron density brought by the PC support.Based on the study of BT loading on support,multilayer BTPC catalyst was designed to take the most advantage of the transmitted light and achieve a higher conversion of CO_(2)in the unit area of irradiation.Dengpeng Lan Wenting Sheng Qianqian Fu Jianping Ge 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
6Accelerated Ring-Opening Polymerization of α-Amino Acid N-Carboxyanhydride via Inorganic Nano-initiators显示文摘While the accelerated polymerization of N-carboxyanhydrides (NCAs) has been utilized to synthesize versatile polypeptide materials in an efficient manner with minimized side reactions, the preparation of polypeptide-based inorganic/organic hybrid materials with the acceleration strategy remained largely unexplored. Herein, we report the accelerated ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of NCAs mediated by amine-modified inorganic nano-initiators, such as mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN-NH2), which is driven by the cooperative effect of the neighboring α-helical polypeptide chains in a dichloromethane (DCM)/water biphasic system. Well-defined nano-hybrids were prepared within 15 min from non-purified NCA monomers, through in situ purification and subsequent ultrafast polymerization process. NCAs can be rapidly initiated by amino groups of MSN uniformly dispersed at the interface of DCM and water, and subsequently formed the well-defined polypeptides within 15 min. The prepared inorganic/organic nano-hybrid with MSN as the core and polypeptide as the shell adopted spherical morphology and uniform size distribution due to the excellent controllability of ROP. Besides, this system is also suitable for a variety of NCAs and inorganic nano-initiators.
