| 1 | 食管和贲门癌前病变癌基因c-erbB_2、c-myc和cyclin D_1的表达研究显示文摘为了解食管和贲门癌变的分子生物学发生基础,采用免疫组化技术测定人食管和贲门正常上皮和癌前病变组织的癌基因蛋白c-erbB2,c-myc和cyclinD1的表达状况。研究对象来自食管癌高发区河南辉县。结果:在食管,未观察到c-erbB2的阳性表达(0/54);而c-myc和cyclinD1的阳性表达率分别为25%(6/24)和82%(94/115)。贲门上皮c-erbB2和c-myc的阳性表达率分别为73%(16/26)和78%(31/40),均明显高于食管组织的表达。贲门组织cyclinD1的阳性表达率为78%(31/40),但是,随着贲门上皮病变加重,cyclinD1的阳性表达率呈现下降趋势。提示同一地区食管和贲门癌前病变发生存在不同的分子学改变;食管和贲门癌变的不同阶段可能由多种癌基因参与作用;c-erbB2可能是贲门癌变的重要分子学变化。 | 王立东 周琦 李永欣 邢莹 刘保池 裘宋良 Susan Goldstein Stephenie T Shi Jun Y.Hong Chung S.Yang | 1995 | 河南医科大学学报1995，30，2： | 7 |
