1A Complete Analytic Model for Fault Diagnosis of Power Systems显示文摘现代大规模互联电网提高了电力系统运行的稳定性和经济性,同时也给电网的故障诊断增加了难度。对电网保护配置和断路器动作规则进行深入分析,提出一种新的电网故障诊断模型——完全解析模型,并为基于此模型的故障诊断提出一种实用有效的求解方法。在完全解析模型中,故障假说(即可疑故障设备的故障情况)与保护、断路器的动作情况及拒动和误动情况一同表示成逻辑变量,而保护配置和断路器动作规则以逻辑方程组形式进行充分表达,逻辑方程组的每个解析解对应一个故障模式(设备故障状态和保护动作、断路器跳闸状态及拒动/误动情况),是对故障情形的完整解释。本模型对故障诊断规则和保护、断路器的动作逻辑进行完全解析,并完整保留了故障设备、保护动作和断路器跳闸之间的耦合关系,克服了已有解析模型的缺陷。算例表明,保留完整耦合关系的完全解析模型可有效提高故障诊断的准确性和容错能力。LIU Daobing GU Xueping LI Haipeng 2011中国电机工程学报2011,31,34:33
2Structural and biochemical mechanism for increased infectivity and immune evasion of Omicron BA.2 variant compared to BA.1 and their possible mouse origins显示文摘The Omicron BA.2 variant has become a dominant infective strain worldwide.Receptor binding studies show that the Omicron BA.2 spike trimer exhibits 11-fold and 2-fold higher potency in binding to human ACE2 than the spike trimer from the wildtype(WT)and Omicron BA.1 strains.The structure of the BA.2 spike trimer complexed with human ACE2 reveals that all three receptor-binding domains(RBDs)in the spike trimer are in open conformation,ready for ACE2 binding,thus providing a basis for the increased infectivity of the BA.2 strain.JMB2002,a therapeutic antibody that was shown to efficiently inhibit Omicron BA.1,also shows potent neutralization activities against Omicron BA.2.In addition,both BA.1 and BA.2 spike trimers are able to bind to mouse ACE2 with high potency.In contrast,the WT spike trimer binds well to cat ACE2 but not to mouse ACE2.The structures of both BA.1 and BA.2 spike trimer bound to mouse ACE2 reveal the basis for their high affinity interactions.Together,these results suggest a possible evolution pathway for Omicron BA.1 and BA.2 variants via a human-cat-mouse-human circle,which could have important implications in establishing an effective strategy for combating SARS-CoV-2 viral infections.Youwei Xu Canrong Wu Xiaodan Cao Chunyin Gu Heng Liu Meriting Jiang Xiaoxi Wang Qingning Yuan Kai Wu Jia Liu Deyi Wang Xianqing He Xueping Wang Su-Jun Deng H.Eric Xu Wanchao Yin 2022Cell Research2022,32,7:6
3Gene characterization and molecular pathway analysis of reverse thermosensitive genic male sterility in eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)显示文摘The naturally occurring mutant eggplant line 05ms was identified with reverse thermosensitive genic male sterility(rTGMS),but its temperature-responsive fertility mechanisms remain largely unknown.Here,we studied the flower morphology,anther cellular structure,and genome-wide gene expression of this rTGMS line.Candidate genes for thermosensitive male sterility during the microspore development of 05ms and the temperature-insensitive line S63 under low-temperature(LT)and high-temperature(HT)conditions were identified.Under LT,tapetum cells were vacuolated and had delayed disintegration in 05ms.RNA-seq analysis indicated that DEGs were enriched in the KEGG pathways‘plant hormone signal transduction’,‘starch and sucrose metabolism’,and‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis’.We identified two genes,4CLL1(Sme2.5_00368.1_g00010.1)and CKI1(Sme2.5_10056.1_g00002.1),which could potentially regulate eggplant anther development and may be candidate genes for rTGMS.Finally,we propose a working model of anther abortion for rTGMS in eggplant.CKI1 responds to LT stress and causes expression changes in genes related to anther development,such as 4CLL1,and the cellular structure of the tapetum becomes abnormal,causing male sterility.The findings of this study explain the underlying molecular mechanisms of male sterility in eggplant rTGMS lines.Bing Li Xueping Chen Yanrong Wu Aixia Gu Jingjing Zhang Shuangxia Luo Xiurui Gao Jianjun Zhao Xiuqing Pan Shuxing Shen 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:5
4Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals defense responses against soft rot in Chinese cabbage显示文摘Pectobacterium carotovorum ssp.carotovorum(Pcc)is a necrotrophic bacterial species that causes soft rot disease in Chinese cabbage.In this study,plants harboring the resistant mutant sr gene,which confers resistance against Pcc,were screened from an 800 M2 population mutated by ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)and scored in vitro and in vivo for lesion size.The transcript profiles showed~512 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between sr and WT plants occurring between 6 and 12 h postinoculation(hpi),which corresponded to the important defense regulation period(resistance)to Pcc in Chinese cabbage.The downstream defense genes(CPK,CML,RBOH MPK3,and MPK4)of pathogen pattern-triggered immunity(PTI)were strongly activated during infection at 12 hpi in resistant mutant sr;PTI appears to be central to plant defense against Pcc via recognition by three putative pattern recognition receptors(PRRs;BrLYM1-BrCERK1,BrBKK1/SERK4-PEPR1,BrWAKs).Pcc triggered the upregulation of the jasmonic acid(JA)and ethylene(ET)biosynthesis genes in mutant sr,but auxins and other hormones may have affected some negative signals.Endogenous hormones(auxins,JAs,and SA),as well as exogenous auxins(MEJA and BTH),were also verified as functioning in the immune system.Concurrently,the expression of glucosinolate and lignin biosynthesis genes was increased at 12 hpi in resistant mutant sr,and the accumulation of glucosinolate and lignin also indicated that these genes have a functional defensive role against Pcc.Our study provides valuable information and elucidates the resistance mechanism of Chinese cabbage against Pcc infection.Mengyang Liu Fang Wu Shan Wang Yin Lu Xueping Chen Yanhua Wang Aixia Gu Jianjun Zhao Shuxing Shen 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2

10Expression Analyses of ABCDE Model Genes and Changes in Levels of Endogenous Hormones in Chinese Cabbage Exhibiting Petal-Loss显示文摘Abnormal formation of floral organs affects plant reproduction and can directly interfere with the progress of breeding programs. Using PCR amplification, ABCDE model genes BraAP2, BraAP3, BraPI, BraAG, BraSHP, and BraSEP were isolated from Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.ssp. pekinensis). We examined six development stages of floral buds collected from Chinese cabbage and compared between a line demonstrating normal flowering(A-8) and two mutated lines that exhibited plants having petal-loss(A-16 and A-17). The expression of ABCDE model genes has been analyzed by qRT-PCR. Compared with flower buds of petal-loss plants and normal plants, the expression of A-class gene BraAP2 was significantly decreased during the first to fourth stages, C-class gene BraAG expression was significantly decreased during the first to fifth stages,and D-class gene Bra SHP expression was significantly decreased during the first to third stages. Furthermore, B-class gene BraAP3 and BraPI and E-class gene BraSEP expressions were significantly decreased during all six stages of petal-loss plants compared with normal plants. Enzymelinked immunosorbent assays detected nine endogenous phytohormones during all stages examined here. Except for the second-stage and third-stage buds, levels of the auxin IAA and cytokinin dhZR were always higher in the petal-loss plants than the normal plants at corresponding time points. Meanwhile, concentrations of GA_(1+3) at the first, fourth, and fifth stages were higher in the petal-loss plants than in the normal plants. 16Construction of a high-density mutant population of Chinese cabbage facilitates the genetic dissection of agronomic traits显示文摘Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)is an economically important vegetable crop throughout the world,especially in Asia.High-quality genome sequences are available for Chinese cabbage,but gene functional studies remain challenging.To promote functional genomic studies of Chinese cabbage,we generated an ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)mutant population of~8000 M_(2) plants using the double haploid inbred line A03 as the parent.The genome of A03 was sequenced and used as a reference for high-throughput functional characterization of gene mutations at the whole-genome level.A total of 300 M_(2) to M_(5) EMS mutants were phenotypically screened and then sequenced,revealing 750629 SNPs and 46272 InDel mutations that cover 98.27%of all predicted genes in the A03 genome.A forward-genetics approach was successfully used to identify two genes with chloroplast-related functions that are responsible for the yellow leaf mutant trait.A reverse-genetics approach was also used to identify associations between mutations in five genes of the glucosinolate biosynthetic pathway and variations in glucosinolate content of the mutant plants.In addition,we built the Chinese cabbage EMS mutation database(CCEMD,www.bioinformaticslab.cn/EMSmutation/home)to increase the usability of this mutant population resource.In summary,we performed large-scale screening of a heading Chinese cabbage EMS mutant collection at the phenotypic and genotypic levels,which will facilitate gene mining of Chinese cabbage and might also be useful for the study of other Brassica crops.Xiaoxue Sun Xing Li Yin Lu Shan Wang Xiaomeng Zhang Kang Zhang Xiangjie Su Mengyang Liu Daling Feng Shuangxia Luo Aixia Gu Yu Fu Xueping Chen Shuxin Xuan Yanhua Wang Donghui Xu Shumin Chen Wei Ma Shuxing Shen Feng Cheng Jianjun Zhao 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,5:1

18Strain and Culture Medium Optimization for Production Enhancement of Prodiginines from Marine-Derived Streptomyces sp. GQQ-10显示文摘A mutant (GQQ-M6) of a Sponge-Derived streptomyces sp. GQQ-10 obtained by UV-induced mutation was used for producing prodiginines (PGs). Single factor experiments and orthogonal array design (OAD) methods were employed for medium optimization. In the single factor method, the effects of soluble starch, glucose, soybean flour, yeast extract and sodium acetate on PGs production were investigated individually. In the subsequent OAD experiments, the concentrations of these 5 key nutritional components combined with salinity were further adjusted. 20Involvement of long non-coding RNAs in pear fruit senescence under high-and low-temperature conditions显示文摘Pear fruit senescence under high-and low-temperature conditions has been reported to be mediated by microRNAs.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),which can function as competing endogenous RNAs that interact with microRNAs,may also be involved in temperature-affected fruit senescence.Based on the transcriptome and microRNA sequencings,in this study,3330 lncRNAs were isolated from Pyrus pyrifolia fruit.Of these lncRNAs,2060 and 537 were responsive to high-and low-temperature conditions,respectively.Of these differentially expressed lncRNAs,82 and 24 correlated to the mRNAs involved in fruit senescence under high-and low-temperature conditions,respectively.Moreover,three lncRNAs were predicted to be competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs)that interact with the microRNAs involved in fruit senescence,while one and two ceRNAs were involved in fruit senescence under high-and low-temperature conditions,respectively.A dual-luciferase assay showed that the interaction of an lncRNA with a microRNA disrupts the action of the microRNA on the expression of its target mRNA(s).Furthermore,four alternative splicing-derived lncRNAs interacted with miR172i homologies(Novel_88 and Novel_69)to relieve the repressed expression of their target and produce an miR172i precursor.Correlation analysis of microRNA expression suggested that Novel_69 is likely involved in the cleavage of the pre-miR172i hairpin to generate mature miR172i.Taken together,lncRNAs are involved in pear fruit senescence under high-or low-temperature conditions through ceRNAs and the production of microRNA.Yuhang Zhou Xueping Wang Kaijie Qi Jianping Bao Shaoling Zhang Chao Gu 2023Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,2:0
