Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event. | TiPei Li ShaoLin Xiong ShuangNan Zhang FangJun Lu LiMing Song XueLei Cao Zhi Chang Gang Chen Li Chen TianXiang Chen Yong Chen YiBao Chen YuPeng Chen Wei Cui WeiWei Cui JingKang Deng YongWei Dong YuanYuan Du MinXue Fu GuanHua Gao He Gao Min Gao MingYu Ge YuDong Gu Ju Guan ChengCheng Guo DaWei Han Wei Hu Yue Huang Jia Huo ShuMei Jia LuHua Jiang WeiChun Jiang Jing Jin YongJie Jin Bing Li ChengKui Li Gang Li MaoShun Li Wei Li Xian Li XiaoBo Li XuFang Li YanGuo Li ZiJian Li ZhengWei Li XiaoHua Liang JinYuan Liao CongZhan Liu GuoQing Liu HongWei Liu ShaoZhen Liu XiaoJing Liu Yuan Liu YiNong Liu Bo Lu XueFeng Lu Tao Luo Xiang Ma Bin Meng Yi Nang JianYin Nie Ge OU JinLu Qu Na Sai Liang Sun Yin Tan Lian Tao WenHui Tao YouLi Tuo GuoFeng Wang HuanYu Wang Juan Wang WenShuai Wang YuSa Wang XiangYang Wen BoBing WU Mei Wu GuangCheng Xiao He Xu YuPeng Xu LinLi Yan JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang AiMei Zhang ChunLei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang HongMei Zhang Juan Zhang Qiang Zhang Shu Zhang Tong Zhang Wei Zhang WanChang Zhang WenZhao Zhang Yi Zhang Yue Zhang YiFei Zhang YongJie Zhang Zhao Zhang ZiLiang Zhang HaiSheng Zhao JianLing Zhao XiaoFan Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yue Zhu YuXuan Zhu ChangLin Zou | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,3: | 12

Microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra-fine grained MoNbTaTiV refractory high-entropy alloy fabricated by spark plasma sintering显示文摘The MoNbTaTiV refractory high-entropy alloy(RHEA)with ultra-fine grains and homogeneous microstructure was successfully fabricated by mechanical alloying(MA)and spark plasma sintering(SPS).The microstructural evolutions, mechanical properties and strengthening mechanisms of the alloys were systematically investigated. The nanocrystalline mechanically alloyed powders with simple bodycentered cubic(BCC)phase were obtained after 40 h MA process.Afterward, the powders were sintered using SPS in the temperature range from 1500℃to 1700℃.The bulk alloys were consisted of submicron scale BCC matrix and face-centered cubic(FCC)precipitation phases. The bulk alloy sintered at 1600℃had an average grain size of 0.58μm and an FCC precipitation phase of 0.18μm,exhibiting outstanding micro-hardness of 542 HV,compressive yield strength of 2208 MPa,fracture strength of 3238 MPa and acceptable plastic strain of 24.9%at room temperature. The enhanced mechanical properties of the MoNbTaTiV RHEA fabricated by MA and SPS were mainly attributed to the grain boundary strengthening and the interstitial solid solution strengthening. It is expectable that the MA and SPS processes are the promising methods to synthesize ultra-fine grains and homogenous microstructural RHEA with excellent mechanical properties. | Qing Liu Guofeng Wang Xiaochong Sui Yongkang Liu Xiao Li Jianlei Yang | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11: | 11
In-situ fabricated anisotropic halide perovskite nanocrystals in polyvinylalcohol nanofibers: Shape tuning and polarized emission显示文摘We report an in-situ fabrication of halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbX3,CH3NH3 =methylammonium,MA,X =Cl,Br,I) nanocrystals in polyvinylalcohol (PVA) nanofibers (MAPbX3@PVA nanofibers) through electrospinning a perovskite precursor solution. With the content of the precursors increased, the resulting MAPbBr3 nanocrystals in PVA matrix changed the shape from ellipsoidal to pearl-like,and finely into rods-like.Optimized MAPbBr3@PVA nanofibers show strong polarized emission with the photoluminescence quantum yield of up to 72%.We reveal correlations between the shape of in-situ fabricated perovskite nanocrystals and the polarization degree of their emission by comparing experimental data from the single nanofiber measurements with theoretical calculations.Polarized emission of MAPbBr3@PVA nanofibers can be attributed to the dielectric confinement and quantum confinement effects. Moreover, nanofibers can be efficiently aligned by using parallel positioned conductor strips with an air gap as collector.A polarization ratio of 0.42 was achieved for the films of well-aligned MAPbBr3@PVA nanofibers with a macroscale size of 0.5 cm × 2 cm,which allows potential applications in displays, lasers, waveguides, etc. | Linghai Meng Changgang Yang Jingjia Meng Yongzhi Wang Yong Ge Ziqiang Shao Guofeng Zhang Andrey L.Rogach Haizheng Zhong | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,6: | 9
Matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 expression in early focal cerebral infarction following urokinase thrombolysis in rats显示文摘Activity of matrix metalloproteinase-9 increases following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,and is associated with cerebral microvascular permeability,blood-brain barrier destruction, inflammatory cell infiltration and brain edema.Matrix metalloproteinase-9 also likely participates in thrombolysis.A rat model of middle cerebral artery infarction was established by injecting autologous blood clots into the internal carotid artery. At 3 hours following model induction, urokinase was injected into the caudal vein.Decreased neurological severity score, reduced infarct volume, and increased expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 were observed in the cerebral cortex 24 hours after urokinase thrombolysis. These results suggest that urokinase can suppress damage in the acute-early stage of cerebral infarction. | Yuqiang Song Hongli Zou Guofeng Wang Hongxia Yang Zhaohong Xie Jianzhong Bi | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,17: | 6
Modulating the photoelectrons of g-C3N4 via coupling MgTi2O5 as appropriate platform for visible-light-driven photocatalytic solar energy conversion显示文摘Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) has become an attractive visible-light-responsive photocatalyst because of its semiconductor polymer compositions and easy-modulated band structure. However, the bulk g-C3N4 photocatalyst has the low separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers and unsatisfied surface catalytic performance, which leads to poor photocatalytic performance. As for this, MgTi2O5 with high chemical stability, wide band gap and negative conduction band was used as a suitable platform for coupling with g-C3N4 to enhance charge separation and promoted the photoactivity. Different from common approaches, here, we propose an innovative method to construct g-C3N4/MgTi2O5 nanocomposites featuring “0 + 1 >1' magnification effect to improve g-C3N4 photocatalytic performance under visible light irradiation. Additionally, compositing metal oxides of MgTi2O5 with g-C3N4 has proven to be a proper strategy to accelerate surface catalytic reactions in g-C3N4, and the photoinduced carriers were modulated to maintain thermodynamic equilibrium, which convincingly promotes the photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic performance of the nanocomposites was measured by hydrogen production and CO2 reduction under visible light. The developed g-C3N4/MgTi2O5 nanocomposites with a 5 wt.% MgTi2O5 exhibits the highest H2 and CO yield under visible light and excellent stability compare to the other MgTi2O5 contents in composites. According to surface photo-voltage spectra, electrochemical CO2 reduction, photoluminescence, etc. The superior performance can be related to an enhanced electron lifetime, the promoted charge transfer and the increased electronic separation property of g-C3N4. Our work provides an approach to overcome the defect of pure g-C3N4, which accesses to composite with the second component matched well. | Jiaxin Shen Yanzhen Li Haoying Zhao Kai Pan Xue Li Yang Qu Guofeng Wang Dingsheng Wang | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,8: | 6
The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. As there were obvious heterogeneity in autoantibodies and clinical manifestation in different phenotypes of the disease, we should take more factors into consideration when identifying type 1 diabetes mellitus. | Jin Liu Lingling Bian Li Ji Yang Chen Heng Chen Yong Gu Bingqin Ma Wei Gu Xinyu Xu Yun Shi Jian Wang Dalong Zhu Zilin Sun Jianhua Ma Hui Jin Xing Shi Heng Miao Bing Xin Yan Zhu Zhenwen Zhang Ruifang Bu Lan Xu Guangde Shi Wei Tang Wei Li Dongmei Zhou Jun Liang Xingbo Cheng Bimin Shi Jixiang Dong Ji Hu Chen Fang Shao Zhong Weinan Yu Weiping Lu Chenguang Wu Li Qian Jiancheng Yu Jialin Gao Xiaoqiang Fei Qingqing Zhang Xueqin Wang Shiwei Cui Jinluo Cheng Ning Xu Guofeng Wang Guoqing Han Chunrong Xu Yun Xie Minmin An Wei Zhang Zhixiao Wang Yun Cai Qi Fu Yu Fu Shuai Zheng Fan Yang Qingfang Hu Hao Dai Yu Jin Zheng Zhang Kuanfeng Xu Yifan Li Jie Shen Hongwen Zhou Wei He Xuqin Zheng Xiao Han Liping Yu Jinxiong She Mei Zhang Tao Yang | 2016 | Science China(Life Sciences)2016,59,9: | 5

Microwave-hydrothermal preparation of a graphene/hierarchy structure MnO_2 composite for a supercapacitor显示文摘Graphene/hierarchy structure manganese dioxide(GN/MnO_2) composites were synthesized using a simple microwave-hydrothermal method. The properties of the prepared composites were analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) measurements. The electrochemical performances of the composites were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectrometry(EIS),and chronopotentiometry. The results showed that GN/MnO_2(10wt% graphene) displayed a specific capacitance of 244F/gat a current density of 100mA/g.An excellent cyclic stability was obtained with a capacity retention of approximately 94.3% after 500 cycles in a 1 mol/L Li_2SO_4 solution. The improved electrochemical performance is attributed to the hierarchy structure of the manganese dioxide, which can enlarge the interface between the active materials and the electrolyte. The preparation route provides a new approach for hierarchy structure graphene composites;this work could be readily extended to the preparation of other graphene-based composites with different structures for use in energy storage devices. | Zhong Chen Jianling Li Yu Chen Yakun Zhang Guofeng Xu Jun Yang Ye Feng | 2014 | Particuology2014,12,4: | 4
A cross-linked polyacrylamide electrolyte with high ionic conductivity for compressible supercapacitors with wide temperature tolerance显示文摘The development of compressible supercapacitors (SCs) that is tolerant to wide temperature range has been severely hindered due to the poor ionic conductivity and absence of extra functions in conventional polymer electrolytes.Herein,a highly conductive and compressible hydrogel polyelectrolyte has been prepared from polyacrylamide cross-linked by methacrylated graphene oxide (MGO-PAM) and the polyelectrolyte can maintain its excellent elasticity at-30 ℃ as well as its original shape at 100 ℃.As a result, the SC based on the MGO-PAM polyelectrolyte outperformed those fabricated with the conventional poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/H2SO4 electrolyte over a wide temperature window between-30 and 100 ℃.Meanwhile, the device shows an excellent cycling stability (capacitance retention of 93.3% after 8,000 cycles at-30 ℃ and 76.5 % after 4,000 cycles under 100 ℃) and a reversible compressibility (a high capacitance retention of 94.1% under 80% compression). Therefore, the MGO-PAM polyelectrolyte enables the fabrication of compressible SCs with a wide operating temperature, rendering new insights for developing next-generation robust and multifunctional energy-storage devices. | Xuting Jin Guoqiang Sun Guofeng Zhang Hongsheng Yang Yukun Xiao Jian Gao Zhipan Zhang Liangti Qu | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,5: | 4
Specific Emitter Identification for IoT Devices Based on Deep Residual Shrinkage Networks显示文摘Specific emitter identification can distin-guish individual transmitters by analyzing received signals and extracting inherent features of hard-ware circuits.Feature extraction is a key part of traditional machine learning-based methods, but manual extrac-tion is generally limited by prior professional knowl-edge.At the same time,it has been noted that the per-formance of most specific emitter identification meth-ods degrades in the low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)environments. The deep residual shrinkage network(DRSN)is proposed for specific emitter identification, particularly in the low SNRs.The soft threshold can preserve more key features for the improvement of performance, and an identity shortcut can speed up the training process. We collect signals via the receiver to create a dataset in the actual environments. The DRSN is trained to automatically extract features and imple-ment the classification of transmitters.Experimental results show that DRSN obtains the best accuracy un-der different SNRs and has less running time, which demonstrates the effectiveness of DRSN in identify-ing specific emitters. | Peng Tang Yitao Xu Guofeng Wei Yang Yang Chao Yue | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,12: | 4
Mesoporous Ag nanocubes synthesized via selectively oxidative etching at room temperature for surface- enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Silver nanocubes enriched with {100} facets have been extensively used for surface-enhanced Raman scattering. Herein, we report a new water-phase synthesis method for weU-defined Ag nanocubes with tunable sizes via a two-step procedure at room temperature. First, irregularly shaped Ag nanoparticles (INPs) were prepared by reducing silver ammonia solution using ethylal. Second, the agglomerated INPs were selectively etched with HNO3 and C1- to yield {100} facet-rich mesoporous Ag nanocubes. The mechanism of Ag-nanocube formation and growth was investigated in detail by elucidating the involved chemical reactions and physical changes at each step during the synthesis. The addition of C1- anions was responsible for facilitating Ag nanoparticle growth by removing surface-adsorbed Ag+ species, thereby eliminating inter-particle repulsive forces. This agglomeration was found crucial for the subsequent selective oxidation of Ag nanoparticles because the protective agent used, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), was the most effective one for adsorption on the surfaces of Ag nanoparticles of size greater than approximately 50 nm. Importantly mesopores were found inside the Ag nanocubes; this can be attributed to the unavoidable imperfect packing during the agglomeration of INPs. The newly prepared Ag nanocubes were further used to enhance the Raman signal of rhodamine 6G, which is capable of reducing the detection limitation to 10-16 mol·L-1. | Lin Gan Meijia Yang Xi Ke Guofeng Cui Xudong Chen Shiva Gupta William Kellogg Drew Higgins Gang Wu | 2015 | Nano Research2015,8,7: | 4
Alteration of microbial properties and community structure in soils exposed to napropamide显示文摘The effect of pesticide napropamide (N,N-diethyl-2-(1-naphthalenyloxy) propanamide) on soil microorganisms for long-term (56 d) was assessed by monitoring changes in soil microbial biological responses. Soils were treated with napropamide at 0, 2, 10, 20, 40, and 80 mg/kg soil and sampled at intervals of 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, 42, and 56 d. The average microbial biomass C declined in napropamide-treated soils as compared to control. The same trend was observed on microbial biomass N after napropamide application. We also determined the basal soil respiration (BSR) and observed a high level in soils treated with napropamide during the first 7 d of experiment. But with the passage of incubation time, BSR with napropamide decreased relatively to control. Application of napropamide at 2-80 mg/kg soil had inhibitory effects on the activity of urease and invertase. Activity of catalase was enhanced during the initial 7 d of napropamide application, but soon recovered to the basal level. The depressed enzyme activities might be due to the toxicity of napropamide to the soil microbial populations. To further understand the effect of napropamide on microbial communities, a PCR- DGGE-based experiment and cluster analysis of 16S rDNA community profiles were performed. Our analysis revealed an apparent difference in bacterial-community composition between the napropamide treatments and control. Addition of napropamide apparently increased the number of bands during the 7-14 d of incubation. These results imply that napropamide-induced toxicity was responsible for the disturbance of the microbial populations in soil. | GUO Hua CHEN Guofeng LV Zhaoping ZHAO Hua YANG Hong | 2009 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,4: | 4
Rapid Urbanization Induced Extensive Forest Loss to Urban Land in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China显示文摘China has experienced rapid urbanizations with dramatic land cover changes since 1978. Forest loss is one of land cover changes, and it induces various eco-environmental degradation issues. As one of China’s hotspot regions, the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area(GBA) has undergone a dramatic urban expansion. To better understand forest dynamics and protect forest ecosystem, revealing the processes, patterns and underlying drivers of forest loss is essential. This study focused on the spatiotemporal evolution and potential driving factors of forest loss in the GBA at regional and city level. The Landsat time-series images from 1987 to2017 were used to derive forest, and landscape metrics and geographic information system(GIS) were applied to implement further spatial analysis. The results showed that: 1) 14.86% of the total urban growth area of the GBA was obtained from the forest loss in1987–2017;meanwhile, the forest loss area of the GBA reached 4040.6 km2, of which 25.60%(1034.42 km2) was converted to urban land;2) the percentages of forest loss to urban land in Dongguan(19.14%), Guangzhou(18.35%) and Shenzhen(15.81%) were higher than those in other cities;3) the forest became increasingly fragmented from 1987–2007, and then the fragmentation decreased from2007 to 2017);4) the landscape responses to forest changes varied with the scale;and 5) some forest loss to urban regions moved from low-elevation and gentle-slope terrains to higher-elevation and steep-slope terrains over time, especially in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.Urbanization and industrialization greatly drove forest loss and fragmentation, and, notably, hillside urban land expansion may have contributed to hillside forest loss. The findings will help policy makers in maintaining the stability of forest ecosystems, and provide some new insights into forest management and conservation. | YANG Chao LIU Huizeng LI Qingquan CUI Aihong XIA Rongling SHI Tiezhu ZHANG Jie GAO Wenxiu ZHOU Xiang WU Guofeng | 2021 | Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,1: | 3
Survey and evaluation of monocular visual-inertial SLAM algorithms for augmented reality显示文摘Although VSLAM/VISLAM has achieved great success,it is still difficult to quantitatively evaluate the localization results of different kinds of SLAM systems from the aspect of augmented reality due to the lack of an appropriate benchmark. For AR applications in practice,a variety of challenging situations(e.g.,fast motion, strong rotation, serious motion blur, dynamic interference)may be easily encountered since a home user may not carefully move the AR device, and the real environment may be quite complex. In addition, the frequency of camera lost should be minimized and the recovery from the failure status should be fast and accurate for good AR experience.Existing SLAM datasets/benchmarks generally only provide the evaluation of pose accuracy and their camera motions are somehow simple and do not fit well the common cases in the mobile AR applications. With the above motivation,we build a new visual-inertial dataset as well as a series of evaluation criteria for AR.We also review the existing monocular VSLAM/VISLAM approaches with detailed analyses and comparisons.Especially,we select 8 representative monocular VSLAM/VISLAM approaches/systems and quantitatively evaluate them on our benchmark. Our dataset, sample code and corresponding evaluation tools are available at the benchmark website http://gffzz3e1cca23d9984cb3h0uqof0u509ku665f.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/eval-vislam/. | Jinyu LI Bangbang YANG Danpeng CHEN Nan WANG Guofeng ZHANG Hujun BAO | 2019 | Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2019,1,4: | 3
Study on extraction of thiophene from model gasoline with brønsted acidic ionic liquids显示文摘Brønsted acidic ionic liquids(ILs),N-methylimidazole hydrogen sulfate([HMIm]HSO_(4))and N-methylpyrrolidone hydrogen sulfate([HNMP]HSO_(4)),are synthesized and employed as extractants to extract thiophene from model gasoline(thiophene dissolved in noctane). The effect of extraction temperature, extraction time and volume ratio of ILs to model gasoline on desulfurization rates is investigated. Then, the optimal desulfurization conditions are obtained:the ratio of ILs to model gasoline is 1∶1,extraction temperature is 50℃ for[HMIm]HSO_(4)and 60℃ for[HNMP]HSO_(4),extraction time is 60 min.Meanwhile, the desulfurization rate of[HNMP]HSO_(4)for model gasoline is 62.8%,which is higher than that of[HMIm]HSO_(4)(55.5%)under optimal conditions. The reason is discussed on the basis of the interaction energy between thiophene and ILs at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)level.Furthermore,the total desulfurization rate of[HNMP]HSO_(4)and[HMIm]HSO_(4)reaches 96.4%and 94.4%,respectively,by multistage extraction. Finally, the used ILs can be reused by vacuum drying, and their desulfurization rates are not significantly decreased after recycling 7 times in single-stage desulfurization. | Xiaomeng WANG Mingjuan HAN Hui WAN Cao YANG Guofeng GUAN | 2011 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2011,5,1: | 3

A Dual-Platform Laser Scanner for 3D Reconstruction of Dental Pieces显示文摘This paper presents a dual-platform scanner for dental reconstruction based on a three-dimensional(3D)laser-scanning method. The scanner combines translation and rotation platforms to perform a holistic scanning.A hybrid calibration method for laser scanning is proposed to improve convenience and precision. This method includes an integrative method for data collection and a hybrid algorithm for data processing. The integrative method conveniently collects a substantial number of calibrating points with a stepped gauge and a pattern for both the translation and rotation scans. The hybrid algorithm, which consists of a basic model and a compensation network, achieves strong stability with a small degree of errors. The experiments verified the hybrid calibration method and the scanner application for the measurement of dental pieces. Two typical dental pieces were measured, and the experimental results demonstrated the validity of the measurement that was performed using the dual-platform scanner. This method is effective for the 3D reconstruction of dental pieces,as well as that of objects with irregular shapes in engineering fields. | Shuming Yang Xinyu Shi Guofeng Zhang Changshuo Lv | 2018 | Engineering2018,4,6: | 3
| 19 | White-light emission from InGaN/GaN quantum well microrings grown by selective area epitaxy显示文摘Monolithic white-light-emitting diodes(white LEDs) without phosphors are demonstrated using In GaN/GaN multiple quantum wells(MQWs) grown on GaN microrings formed by selective area epitaxy on SiO_2 mask patterns. The microring structure is composed of {1-101} semi-polar facets and a(0001) c-plane, attributed to favorable surface polarity and surface energy. The white light is realized by combining short and long wavelengths of electroluminescence emissions from In GaN /GaN MQWs on the {1-101} semi-polar facets and the(0001) c-plane,respectively. The change in the emission wavelengths from each microfacet is due to the In composition variations of the MQWs.
